Selective reading: .... I also had... castle.... ;-) God Bless, Nathan

Shame... I wanted that badge, but didn't want to bid against the inquisition... God Bless, Nathan

Hey and a late welcome! God Bless, Nathan

Good to see a grand imperial mission statement! God Bless, Nathan

Hey and welcome, A few quick questions: -What is my faviourite castle set's #? -How many lego pirate sets were produced? -What is the diameter of the Earth to the nearest mm? -What is your faviourite lego castle set? -What is the Average Young's Modulus of PVC to 3 decimal places (I'm honestly curious about this one so if you could give it priority...)? X-D X-D X-D God Bless, Nathan

And here is the new version... not such a must for collectors. God Bless, Nathan

To be fair you don't build many castles... I might feel differently if I was a town builder, not sure about space... Ironically 'Juniourized' is NOT a word according to the oxford dictionary, it only exists as a word on lego fan forums because it carries a certain meaning X-D X-D ... God Bless, Nathan (who is just looking at the funny side)

I've heard worse ;-) . A nice ship, though it looks as i the builder's supplies may have been limited and forced some colour issues into the MOC.... God Bless, Nathan

Hey and welcome (from europe ;-) ), I hope no castles were harmed in your clean out... God Bless, Nathan

Wow! I love the amount of booty! And the removed cannons make it a tempting target! I also like the joining scenery you have created. For such a large brick based landscape it blends beautifully with the sets. I guess the old sets could stand up better to this sort of backdrop. Thanks for sharing! God Bless, Nathan BTW your avatar is one of my all time favourite pirate based lego covers.

On the same note: What do you think of this ebay item:seen here? God Bless, Nathan

But how much new lego do you buy? I have seen sets in the 90s with an element in the 'window' switched for another. I always checked before buying ;) I'm wondering if those display windows were hand-packed and therefore more error prone? God Bless, Nathan

The "woven/embroidered Black-Knight Badge" seen in the top of the photo. Your second question isn't making sense to me.... God Bless, Nathan

Much as this is a large pre-molded piece it isn't top of my complaint list because it performs a function you can't (easily ;-) ) achieve with a combination of smaller parts... For me that puts it in the same category as a decent cockpit, <insert that tiresome argument> but necessary. God Bless, Nathan

I'm guessing the fire uses one of the new exo-force fiber optic cables... God Bless, Nathan

OH! I want one... God Bless, Nathan

It isn't actually a qty issue... If I liked bley I would switch. I just think it looks bad as a castle/landscape colour... When I take over the company... ;-) God Bless, Nathan

Interesting, I noticed the stacking difficulty before, but never examined it closely... God Bless, Nathan

That is very perceptive of you if you inferred the location of Cork from the name of the stadium of Cork City Football Club... I drove past it daily for so long the name had to go on something ;-) ! God Bless, Nathan

Hey all, I have decided to clean out all the older MOCs from my Brickshelf Gallery as I am ashamed by their quality and I hope to make room for new and improved ones. The ones being cut are mainly old CC entries and Medieval Marketplace Standard MOCs. Most of them will still be visible in folders featuring whole layouts, it is only the folders containing the individual buildings that are being deleted. Here is a quick list of the items that will be going in case anyone wants to look at anything before it vanishes off-line: -A Medieval Fishing Scene -A Falcon Siege Ram -Occupied Inn -A Hawk/Falcon and Supply Store -A Modular 80s Castle this one had a nice twist, you could fold and unfold it like a regular lego castle, but the moat went with it... -A Luxury Furniture and Fabric Store -An Elephant Chariot -Crown Heist Vignette -A Stocks Scene -A lady's Fashion Medieval Marketplace -A Western Store Front -A "Treasure" Store -A Statue Maker's Medieval Marketplace -Smuggler's Stop -Securities Firm Medieval Marketplace -A Pillar Cart -Ninja Store -The Yellow Castle "Under Construction" -A Horse Merchant Medieval Marketplace -A Green Grocer Medieval Marketplace -Carpenter's Shop Medieval Marketplace God Bless all, Nathan

What would make a great Adventurer sub-theme?
Norro replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I'd have to ___th Atlantis (no idea how many people voiced it ahead of me X-D ). Though I wouldn't like to see the themes era changed (ie wild-west and old europe just wouldn't fit under the adventurers' heading). If we are allowing all possibilities, and you want to do Europe, why not the most interesting myth setting of all; Ireland of course ;-) X-D ! Our legends along with great locations (Giant's causeway and accompanying story, Dunluce Castle and the last of the spanish armada, Patrick's often moved grave, etc) would be great (and produce a whole new style of lego...) God Bless, Nathan -
I would love to see those distinctive tall thin rock in a massive tan scenery set it could include an ambush site and a mine entrance for playability... but would mostly remain an excuse for a giant tan bonanza. God Bless, Nathan

To be able to build on Belville scale is incredibly impressive though! (Not my fav but...) God Bless, Nathan
