  10. I seem to recall a very detailed post about this in Lugnet .pirates accompanied by an amzing MOC using the 4+ hull ('amazing' given the limitations...) Hope that helps make up for my personal lack of knowledge on the subject ;) God Bless, Nathan
  11. The Soldiers (pref still blue) could be dominant without Red Beard's brilliance and the pirates are reduced to smaller cutters while the soldiers get the large ships... God Bless, Nathan *viki* (had to get that viking in somewhere ;) )
  12. Absolutely amazing! (So good I had to comment here as well...) I like all the details...every last one ;) ! One of these days when I verge over to insanity, and crack, and build space.... It'll be your fault! :-D God Bless, Nathan
  13. Everytime I watch a Wallace/Gromit movie it makes me want to go build lego... they are so detail intensive it is insane, nothing I've ever built can compare. Aside from the inspiration this was also a pretty good movie... Thoughts? God Bless, Nathan
  14. That is it in a nutshell... aquaxone (the good lines=first two) and western are the two truly unique legolines that I enjoy (as opposed to ufo etc.. which are just strange). Western somehow preserves all the stability of the great lego years with a whole new look/feel... Brilliant! God Bless, Nathan
  15. If I recall correctly Lego have said this. Definately the 2fig and trophy set reads that way in a mag I have somewhere... God Bless, Nathan
  16. Hi and welcome... God Bless, Nathan
  17. Oh yeah... Thanks for that... God Bless, Nathan
  18. I was wondering if it was part of next years KK2... God Bless, Nathan
  19. Looking closely at the scene on the inside of the flap of 7018 Viking ship vs. something forgetable... I noticed a Vladek Clone Knight, from Vladek's castle, holding a double bladed axe with a bley handle, any relation to next year's KK2? This year's? He is on top of the sail of the Viking ship furthest right but still in open seas (rather than locked in ice...) Any interesting speculations? or has this been mentioned all ready? Thanks and God Bless, Nathan
  20. And 6 is..oh..bag it.... Welcome anyway :-D! God Bless, Nathan
  21. My screen name derives from Zorro and my own name (Nathan). It was applied to me late at night while watching....Zorro. Thanks for complimenting my MOC. I am a little water/waterfall obsessed when it comes to lego scenery... God Bless, Nathan
  22. Good to see I am in good company... God Bless, Nathan
  23. The western theme can still be MOCed... for example this shameless plug for my own Out Post...;) God Bless, Nathan
  24. Another soldier fan. As a kid I always loved the magazine pics (they were beautiful back then) but hated the pirates always winning... God Bless, Nathan
  25. He3y, I actually typed that '3' inadvertantly but I think it suits ;) . Large welcomes, build castle! God Bless, Nathan
