I think it's a very well done event that also seems to be reasonably fair and reasons the Wolfgang as an equal force for good as the other houses.

The city's defacto rulers are the ones with the most to gain from war, what sort of conflict of interest is that What the city's loose system is based around is free-market capitalism with individual firms providing their services (Some for free, i.e Sisters of Danab healing). Any public services are funded by private individuals primarily in their own interests. I'm not aware of any market regulation or tax system, nor public spending on infrastructure by the Dragonlord.

No point in getting into ideological discussions about the future and legacy and leadership. What is needed is a government for our fave fictional city. Simple as that. Doesn't have to be a good government but there needs to be an organisation to make and enforce laws, regulate markets, start a public sector, welfare etc.

I'm finding it really hard to remember any PC-PC romances, out of Alexis - Arthur / Althior and Jess - Haldor. The rest of the categories however, I'm stuck for choice..
