Custom LDD bricks and fixes
Takanuinuva replied to Equilibrium's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
Probably too late to fix it before the next update. But I noticed the LDD version of this part https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=49743c01&idColor=85#T=C&C=85 Doesn't let an axle pass all the way through. When it can on the real life part. Just thought I should mention that. -
Stud.IO Parts List
Takanuinuva replied to Ankoku's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
I want to export a parts list but not add it to a wanted list on bricklink. Just get a list of what parts are in the moc. But all I can do is make a 1 page instruction sheet with small pixelated versions of the parts. How can I export the parts list as a clear page? -

So why was the emergency box rejected then? You left that one out. -
Was for my own build. So thx.

Forgive me for bumping this but I wanted to know if this connection is legal? Trying it irl seems to give the parts a tiny amount of flex.

General Part Discussion
Takanuinuva replied to Polo-Freak's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
The Ninjago Aeroblade piece is back and redesigned. It now has a hole that goes all the way through https://rebrickable.com/parts/1941/plate-special-1-x-1-with-hole-through-stud-3-bars-and-3-bar-holes/71/ For sure want to get 1 of them for my palm tree. As I can hide it better by covering the top with green parts.- 5,507 replies

71033 LEGO Muppets CMF Series - Rumors & Discussion
Takanuinuva replied to Borex's topic in LEGO Licensed
So had an idea what Lego could do for Series 2 Muppets 1. Walter- With poster of Muppets 2. Constantine- Kermit but with mole. Angry eyes and dynamite 3. Daredevil Gonzo- With Rizzo 4. Scooter- With Robin the frog 5. Dr. Teeth- With Keyboard 6. Floyd Pepper- With Base Guitar 7. Zoot- With Saxaphone 8. Sam the Eagle 9. Clifford- With Pepe 10. The Newsman 11. Denise the pig. (Or Mrs Piggy in a different outfit and hairstyle) 12. Beauregard the Janitor- With mop accessory Also could add in Crazy Harry, Lew Zeland, Bobo the Bear or Uncle Deadly. Sweetums could also work but they'd have to use the long torso and legs from the avatar minifigures. -

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 23. Rumors and discussion

Odd the recolored dragon doesn't use the Vidyo dragon win piece. Though I guess they wanted a 1-1 recolor for it. -
71033 LEGO Muppets CMF Series - Rumors & Discussion
Takanuinuva replied to Borex's topic in LEGO Licensed
Didn't think this warranted a new topic. But I got Kermit yesterday and had to reference the obscure game Spy Muppets I'm the world's wettest secret agent. Good thing I stopped at Subway before this mission (Anyone care to guess what this is a reference to? It's not in the actual game) -
So decided to take a crack at fixing the Crystal King's front legs to give them movement. Still has the fixed knees. But considering he's 4 legged. Doesn't really need them for posing. Parts you'll need for the new hips. Though they don't have to be these exact colors as all but the click joints will be hidden. The assemblies you'll have to make. The hips will be 1 plate lower on the modded version so that the hip armor doesn't have to be changed. Meaning the 4x4 plate goes on top of the assembly rather than the bottom. Then just build the set the way the instructions say. And here are what the new hips look like. They have to stick out farther to work. Also made some other mods but you don't have to do those. Just thought the wings should be fuller and the back legs having more detail. Crystal blade parts were swapped for look alikes.

Custom LDD bricks and fixes

Do we have a set date for the next part update? -
If I had to guess. Shade, Killow and Ultra Violet are likely a similar race to the Shintari. Grey skin instead of white.

Even if they end up getting covered up. I hate it when my Lego sets have random colored bricks. I get it's to help build it more easily. But at least keep it to 1 or 2 colors that's not part of the colorscheme of the set. Biggest example is the recent Lego Ideas Green Hill Zone. Which has 2 unnecessary pink parts when they were already using White and Blue for the inside structure

Nice. Would these 2 parts happen to be on the way as well? https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=70694&idColor=108#T=C&C=108 https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=35635&idColor=115#T=C&C=115 (This one has existed since Ninjago Sons of Garmadon yet never got added) -

https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=80431&C=85#T=C&C=85 I assume this part is too recent to add? Though might be able to modify the geometry of a similar piece to make it. -
Custom LDD bricks and fixes

Hey how do I go about adding new prints into LDD? I wanna put some of the sticker details from Monkie Kid in for a mech I made for Mei. -
Another update. It's becoming more distinct from Zane's Titan Mech. Finally found a wing design I like that isn't too big. Still looking for feedback on the post above.

Ongoing Transformers Rumors and Discussion
Takanuinuva replied to NoOneOfImportance's topic in LEGO Licensed
Sadly I decided to pass on the set. But I am curious. Would the knee joint build in Zane's Titan Mech work for Optimus? I have to wonder how strong it is. It would probably be the best way to add in knees while still keeping the same silhouette in the front. -
