Like iirc It was only a few days in ninjago time from when Zane was sent to the never realm to when the rest of the ninja show up. But decades in Never realm time

Went and removed the wings and added jets. Not fully keen on the jet engines. Did kind of prefer the wings. But I wanted an opinion on it anyways Also opened up Studio to import the model. To see how the digital sword pieces looked. Can safely say not a fan of how Studio works compared to LDD. Sword does look good though Edit: Did put the wings back on but made them a bit smaller. And kept the lower booster jets

I'm using LDD. I haven't used Stud.io but I could give it a try if I can import this over. And I might get rid of the wings now that you mention it. As they will probably weigh down an actual irl model. I did update them slightly to add boosters. I was going to use the Dragon Jet's wings but accidentally saved over the file and would have to rebuild them from scratch. But that shouldn't be too hard to do. Just need to swap out the click hinges for ball joints.. That or some jet boosters. And as for the sword, I have those parts IRL. So I'll make a moc up of it with the hand build and post a pic of that here. (Colors won't be the same but should give an approximation of scale.) I can also share the LDD file if you want to take a crack at this.

Decided that for the IRL pics I would edit the original post and post the pictures here. (Sword Pics will be in 2024 though) Mainly wanted to get this out before the set version releases. Used Zane's Titan Mech as the template but heavily modified. Shoulder pads use the design from Mei's Dragon Jet Tail sadly needs the clear brick as it's too heavy to hold itself up Dual cannon arms and shoulder cannons. (Wish I could add more blasters but no idea where) Flip out blades. Cockpit closeup Detachable Jetpack and Mei. (Used the Nexo Knights Year 3 armor as that looks techy enough and attaches to the jetpack) Last pic. I might retake them to be bigger in 2024 but for now enjoy.

I'm gonna try doing my combo build idea between Mei's Horse Dragon Jet and Zane's Titan Mech in LDD Though I might also throw in Mei's car as well. As I had an idea of a Mech dragon that could transform into a robot form.

Can't build up from the bottom. However I did come up with a solution. I got rid of the 1x4's and just used 1x1's Then attached shield pieces. As the main issue was finding detail to fill in the space above the engine.

It being Nya's Samurai X mech has me intrigued. I wonder at that price range if it will be a 2 pilot mech with both Nya and Pixal. Since Pixal is currently Samurai X.

I have not. But the problem I've run into is any type of snot assembly will prevent any length of plate from attaching. Even 1x3. Funny thing is. 2 of these brackets bottom to bottom originally let me attach a plate to them. https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=36840#T=C But for some reason. It doesn't anymore. Like some kind of weird mandella effect.

Please move if in wrong topic. Or direct me to an existing topic if there is one. So I'm working on a biplane moc. And I need to have a connection on top of this assembly. And if there isn't any studs on top. The top wing will only be connected by 2 studs. I've tried every bracket and snot technique I can think of but I can't get any 2x2 2x4 1x2 or 1x4 plate to connect at the top. I'll take any connection at this point. Just something that would connect the black plate to the grey assembly. Anyone got any ideas?

I might be wrong. But I think Skybound was based more on the show than the sets. As neither Zane or Lloyd's vehicles appeared.

I would have loved that theme. I don't think there has ever been a good guy skeleton in Lego since El Fuego in Hidden Side.

Master of the Mountain was already underground though with a DND theme. Dark Temple and Crystal King could be on the Dark Island. Vengestone mixed with Dark Matter could make for a powerful foe.

That is true. But the vehicles are Golden Dragon inspired. Any info if Nya is in this wave?

Shame. But might still be cool. I'm wondering if Crystal King is a mech made of vengestone. Or something like Demon Bull King/Oni Titan/Power Miners Crystal King All the ninja's with Golden Dragons. I wonder where this is going. (Might be Vengestone warriors similar to the Stone Army.) Heck with all the golden. Could be a new form for the Overlord. Him acquiring vengestone to counter the Ninja seems like something he would do.
