    I was fooling around with my new camera, made a villian for fun, decided to go-head and shoot some scenes :) The skull spider legs fold nicely into the POF style chest.

    The Defender of Ice blocks the path of a mysterious wanderer. Whoever he is, he is obviously not from the frosty Lands of the Wooden Table. Seeing the silent challenge from the icy soldier the Villain makes clear his intentions. "I from the Ashy Stove claim these lands." A battle ensues. The Defender of Ice regrets leaving his sword, his Mega Shooter seems useless against the The Villain of Ash's armor. The Villain of Ash's two sword style keeps his shield busy... The Defender of Ice is on the defensive. On his back, the The Defender of Ice counters an attack that grazes his head, knocking off his mask. The Villain stumbles from a kick to the face. The Defender grabs his mask and his enemy's sword while the Ash Villain struggles under the weight of his armor. But its too late for evil, the defender has removed the corrupting influence of the Skull Spider .... or was it just a mask?

    I love the extension piece, as long as dark bley is part of the overall colors the outcome is fantastic! ...also you can trap trans colors... Making them accents. Still playing with the legs on POI. Now he looks like the rest with bell bottoms. -the ekimu build is super nice... I may try it with Pohatus mask :) .

    My POI is getting that upgrade :) I also saw black ball-snap extenders, currently only in dark bley Skull Warrior also has a trans-blue torso! well all the skeletons have trans colored torsos! Ekimu has the trans-blue shooter on his hammer! Grinder has what appears to be a silver torso piece :D .... but wait... I think its the ribcage thats transparent on the skellies

    Toyed around and figured it out: his chest is a mixture of POF and POI, the chest pieces are smaller and sit behind the sternum, the sternum sticks out like POI. Its going to look awesome.

    hrmmm, I would love a green Brain piece has it been confirmed that they're using 2nd gen heads and that these skulls are masks?

    Its probably already been stated but those details match grinder check the nose holes. I'm liking the stop motion cartoons (the humor is accessible to anyone), would love to see a movie in that style ! Ekimu seems to have POI chest build. What's going on with the shoulders though? And what's that on the shield?

    Me too :( . . . Found it :) Very interesting... they only had to do one thing right... and they did it! Ekimu looks perfect! I'm okay with the new bones, I like exposing half a limb of bone on my MOCs.... I like skulls too and it seems I'll have many different skulls to choose from :)

    Thanks, I found out later POI looks better with shorts. I see what you did there with POE's pants. BTW do you have Pohatu, curious to see what that mask looks like on Ekimu. One more thing if you remove the new armor from his knees, you'll have the official Ekimu build :) He has silver feet and blue upper thighs, but I'm certain you nailed it! . . . There, POI with shorts, like the official build!

    @ Leewan: I really like the squat look of Ekimu I just completed my Protector of Ice! No new armor, under his chest you can see white teeth going around his waist mounted to an angled Technic joint. I like the Megatron style cannon here. (also kind of looks like a possible Ekimu hammer build hmmm) The knees are tight with the extensions, but I like the look. I considered adding a sword, but I really like this clean look. I filled in his back: Installed a ball joint on his back. you can see the weapon mods better here, they come off cleanly no peg left in the hand. Lets drop the back plating so you can see the shoulder build: Its my original mod. The teeth on the minifig arms cover the tops of his shoulders nicely. Group Shot! Of the three he's the best balanced, nothing heavy on his back. Ironically I planned on only doing a POI, but the colors of these kits were sooo nice. I think I'm taking a break till the new sets come out :P

    New trans parts would be welcome. I'm hoping we still get two masks per box... I just hope I like the second mask too.
