    I mean, it was a slightly flippant and selfish suggestion - but in the past we have had characters like Tweety pie, Speedy Gonzales, Jiminy Cricket, and Chip & Dale appear as mini figures alongside other characters of very different scale. So, y’know 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

    Given that we are already halfway through the fourth quarter, and that B&P usually gets locked up before and over Christmas … it seems not to be forthcoming.

    It’s invisible, probably because it was priced too high. It hasn’t ever shown up, who knows if it ever will? Maybe alongside the CMF parts from the vending machine?

    Yes! Woohoo. I think @Roebuck is right with the species (European Robin & Nuthatch). The nuthatch is a wee bit weird given the mould shape, but I’ll take it. Robin looks lovely.

    And LO! It came to pass … at least in the U.K. the gorilla body & tan horse are now out of stock. Glad I got in early to redress the balance of my gorilla parts

    Also worth noting that, in the past when (animals) had been discounted and become cheap on B&P that this was the precursor to them becoming sold out & no longer available. So there's a good chance the discounted ones are on the way out …

    The Arctic fox in the U.K. has been halved in price, to £5.57, which is roughly the same! (still about four times what it should cost, but it’s movement in the right direction) 100% this. I’m not just grumpy about the Arctic fox, it’s the whole set-up that got us to the Arctic fox debacle. *** PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT *** guys, check Bricks & Pieces - as well as the fox being halved in price, the same has happened with a whole slew of current animals (sheep, tiger, gorilla, baby seal, turtle, smowl etc). Fill your boots / arks while you can!

    I know basically nothing about One Piece, Fortnite, Animal Crossing, Seinfield, Transformers, F1, and have never watched Bluey, played Legend of Zelda, Sonic, or Super Mario … yet here’s Lego producing sets, CMFs and whole dang themes about them! Outrageous.

    I actually wish the one with the vest was ‘solid’, and the retriever mould we got, as I think it’s much better. Fascinating that neither have been produced in black yet, too.

    Oh I forgot about the movie! I also wonder if they’d stick to just 12 slots, given the old issue of including the main family each time… Indeed! Who knows what weird conversations and caveats and issues go on with licensing deals though. Heck have they even touched the Muppets / Seesame Street with Brickheadz? By now we should have had AT LEAST a Sesame Street CMF and be onto a Fraggle Rock one …

    DC would be good. Would be nice to get some versions of the Teen Titans, Booster Gold, Blue Beetle etc. I’d love to see a full on Marvel X-men series too, and I don’t think revisiting the Simpsons is beyond the realms of possibility either. Sesame Street might also be a nice one, complementing the Muppets and the retired Ideas set.

    I mean I can deffo see a pirate ship and a helicopter costume somehow appearing. And I think the food costumes still have a whole bunch of fruits and veggies to explore 🥦🥑🍍🍎 … but I also don’t really want to accidentally will them into existence 😂

    Indeed, but a red fox *could* be done with simply one orange(ish) coloured mould and some face printing - especially given the size of it. Whilst dual moulding might be nice for the white/orange colours, just imagine how expensive and complicated that mould would be! … what’s that you say? Less complicated than a red panda or a toucan which have come in cheap retail sets & CMF respectively? Well, yes, but they’re already telling us the white fox is somehow very complex and expensive so they have to keep going with that schtick… As an aside - though I have limited use for the dogs-with-vests per se, I have to say that was an excellent mould & splendid pupper. The Golden one with the Christmas jumper is especially great.
