  1. I guess I’m less worried about the snapping jaws, and more would like to see us getting some more veggie-sauruses. I would expect the Ankylosaur to show up again now that they have the moulds. I also think that Stegosaurus and Parasaurolophus have strong potential to show up sometime - as they are very recognisable and popular. Also - we already have the Stygimoloch and Theraziniosaurus, which it’s easy to forget are herbivores.
  2. Muppet Christmas Carol figures or set would be amazing.
  3. A Fraggle Rock series would be a dream. Gobo, Mokey, Wembley, Boober, Red uncle Travelling Matt, Cotterpin Doozer, Architect Doozer Ma, Pa & Junior Gorg Sprocket. oh look - that’s 12 figures. Perfect.
  4. @Robert8 thank you. I know I’m not the only one who has been avidly waiting to see what you pulled out of the blind bag for the final hurrah. This is a superb series, in a series of superb series. The fact that you have so many good ideas still on the draft list is frankly amazing. For series Z, fittingly, I have more favourites than in any of your other regular series - namely the Thai Dancer, the Scientist, the Frontiersman, the Caecilian, THOR, the Ogre, and Feral boy with that sweet, sweet wolf - truly these have been worth the wait! Really hope some more of your ideas see the light of day, you have captured so many characters so well, and it’s a joy to look back on the mammoth undertaking this has been. just, WOW.
  5. Interesting idea. Definitely something Lego have shoehorned in with TLM too (Shakespeare and Lincoln). I have seen other collectible blind bag toys do things like ‘cartoon classics’ with a roster of different animated characters across series and themes. To my mind, licenses depending, could be a great way of getting some classic figures. Also - there’s literally no reason why a CMF can’t be say just six figures in a series, so they could very much look at smaller rosters of characters, or one that has half and half of each (Sesame Street & Muppets; Hanna Barbera & Cartoon Network, whatever)
  6. Right. All you really need for completing the whole pyramid is a shitload of white slopes … no one *needs* to buy another whole set. Agree it’s marketing genius though @RichardGoring same idea as the big Spider-Man set with only half of a bridge!
  7. Pyramid officially released. It’s beautiful. https://www.lego.com/en-gb/product/great-pyramid-of-giza-21058
  8. Lol you mean Stadtler (the one with Whiskers is Waldorf)
  9. Lol - imagine if they issued a set of ONLY Big Bird variants, to confound packet feeling
  10. I dunno, there’s no reason that they need to stay exclusive to that set, and alternate face prints etc could be in reused versions for a CMF. Think you could easily get to 12 popular / desirable figures. The fact that some heads already exist as moulds would be a plus. Just as a quick stab at a line up of 12 Bert, Ernie, Big Bird, Elmo, Cookie Monster, Grover, Count, Oscar Abbey, Zoe, Rosita, Telly Monster (Kermit, Super Grover and Two headed monster would also be well known options, and on my subs list ;) )
  11. They were a part of the build of the Black Panther spaceship
  12. It would be much easier if all the crooks in real life wore masks and stripy shirts tbqh
  13. Ooooh. At least one of these promises to be Genius ;)
  14. I think that only speaks to the priority that different themes / licenses are getting, not least because of because tie-ins with movie releases, and licence agreements
  15. That was my point … the Monkie Kid version might have better eyes
  16. Possibly as far back as the Ancient Egyptians! Now I’m looking at those luscious tresses on my Lego CMF Egyptian Queen in a new light …
  17. That is a great insta thread!
  18. Those two Hidden Side sets were pretty sweet, to be fair, ignoring all the monster nonsense.
  19. Pretty sure that’s an insurance job
  20. Seems more likely if there’s a coastal subtheme like Harbour or whatever, I think
  21. Lol - but it’s not like the external part of the ear even does all the work! Minifigs don’t generally have noses either - how do they smell?
  22. Oh - good shout. I don’t have an arm cast part so I hadn’t though about that!
  23. Wow… that sounds, not good! was thinking about the wrist grip crutch/stick - would sure be a design challenge for Lego given the way the arms and torsos are, but it should be achievable - presumably gripped by the hand, and having a piece surrounding the lower arm?
  24. Love the build, but the puns ….
