What? Please clarify! What do you mean by "It's a long dkblue cape!" Do you want to say "It should have been a long cape." or that it actually is a long cape?

Maybe it is because your beam does not fit to the other formular? According to the beam formular you should have a beam of B = 13.27 ft and not of 31.66 ft. And with that you get a planking of 1.54 ft (=47cm). Does this make more sense? (Basically I have no clue what this is all about)

Thanks, I updated my previous post. Yes, Horizon is the newest active member, but I hope he will become active. A second post in the Hall without any conversation yet is a good sign, I think. Well, one can see how many active newbies are there, when the first quest is offered. If I remember correct, some of the last quests have also been long waiting for Heroes to sign up. Woooot?

If newbie quest means that you take everything below Level 10 or even 15, then you all are free to host more newbie quests ;) When I look over the introductions posts in the "Hello"-forum, then I see a lot people stating that they are interested in joining Heroica. Maybe there are even enough "young" Heroes available to start two quests with small groups (3-4 each) in December. And some others in January (to develop those Heroes). If the Sarge was not attending your group, Palathadric, I am sure, he could not wait to see a new quest coming

A clear statement like this helps me to feel much better. Even if it is self-evident. I just had a strange feeling when trying to understand why some users got banned. I think I have to be satisfied with this statement of yours. EB is a great community and we simply have to trust that all of you staff members are doing your job great and are monitoring each other on your own. Should not be that hard (to trust you ). It's time for Heroica Statistics Part II Active Heroes in Basic Classes There are currently 51 Heroes that are still alive and under Level 15 (6 Heroes are dead). Among these, 30 Heroes have already been on a quest. (Lvl >1) 11 Heroes are between Lvl 10 and Lvl 15. Here is a list of these Heroes: Some of them have not been active after signing up. Some of them are in the Hall, some are on a Quest. I can provide more information later on. Have to work now. Go for it! Just post some RP stuff in the Hall and wait for a Newbie Quest. (I hear there is something coming up ) After that you can decide if it is fun. (It will be) There are several players that only contribute 3 times a week. I think they have fun as well. Regarding the advanced game mechanism: You will learn it early enough I think. We low Lvl players do not have to think about it too strong. And it is not a shame to pause the game while you are not on a quest.

Hi staff. This is probably a very difficult topic and I do not want to start off a never ending discussion. But perhaps you can just think about my suggestion and post your opinion to it. I wonder often why some user got banned. This is a very large community and it needs severe moderation, for sure. And there is no need for justification of staff decisions. Nevertheless I feel it would be good if we'd know why somebody got banned. Sometimes I look at the user's last posts and cannot find anything harmful. Maybe it is because these posts were being deleted or as it was in private. It could be good for us to know as we could avoid doing the same "mistakes" like those user. I think of a locked topic where the staff posts a short message like "User xyz got banned for posting confidential images." or "User abc got banned for rude behaviour to other users." To ban an user forever is a very hard penalty and can only be spoken once. And even though I have a rather large experience in using online boards (very active user in some other boards), I sometimes feel afraid of posting something, because I am afraid to be banned without warning. While I think that you speak with these users in advance in the most cases, it does not become clear to other users. And maybe a warning system (like yellow cards or flags) could be helpful. These are just suggestions. I know these things from other boards and they make very good experience with it. btw: This is an example for a post that I almost did not dare to post.
