problem is Augustus Gloop is a boy, and the head used is a female head.

omg this is perfect!. the only thing i have against it is the face for willy wonka. i don't like the sunglasses... can't wait to see your oompa loompas!

i wouldn't be caught dead carrying a set of hannah montana, it won't be weird. it will just be downright embarrassing. i'll have to tell anyone who would listen that it was for my sister or something. unveiled at 6 tonight... meaning we'll see it tomorrow morning...

unfortunately, i believe u may be correct, only one more day until we find out for sure. but i think, if lego took the giant robot from Agents 2.0, and shrank it down to minifig size, they can use that robot cockpit as Buzz's new armour... if you get what i mean. and if they DO make hannah montana or high school musical sets... i would buy them. just for the collection of minifigs, more importantly female minifigs. (in flesh). lego always comes up with a good selection of minifigs even if the sets turn out to be crappy. i bought all the speed racer sets, and the only thing i liked about them were the figs.

i don't think you can use this for the contest... this is going to be considered a licensed theme... since this is a big comic book movie, which usually comes with a big tie-in line of merchandise. you need to use an original theme. not a comic book character. maybe you can create your own superhero with his own story.

your sister's hamster invades your lego? that's not too bad... at least you can control/man-handle the hamster... my sister invades my lego, and if i manhandle her she goes crying to our mother, meaning i get scolded... spiders are worst than mice though, i live in vancouver, there are lots of spiders here... they build their webs inside those dank, dark castle walls of Lego Hogwarts.

I would love to see Lego Darkwing Duck. haha. and toontown, you can't have disney without toontown. but im afraid that the license might just be restricted to pixar and live-action stuff...

i noticed you mention that you needed decals in the MCW contest thread... is this decal to be used for a contest entry? if it is, then we can't make it for you, cause you have to design and make your own decals if it's for the contest.

this is beautiful... but i think that the color scheme should be more dwarven... the blue looks too modern.

honestly... i would prefer a Hannah montana set over a jonas set any day... lego needs many more female figs, despite the fact that i still think miley cyrus looks like a guy.

thanks man, i wish i could mass produce these and make one to sell to everybody. however, the head is hand painted and hand sculpted, it will take forever, which will make it ultra expensive. i think what he meant by detail is not on the sculpted head, but in fact on the paint job... too much color for a lego head. the ewoks and wookies are all plain brown. i basically made the satyr horns on the harry potter headpiece. then i boiled it (since boiling can harden sculpey as well)... cuz if i bake it, the plastic headpiece will melt. i painted the horns with a 'pearl white' paint to give it a glossy/shiny look
