There's still a very important difference between the scoring in GoH and LCC that you might have missed. In LCC, you get the same amount of points for each freebuild you submit, means you get two points regardless of which quality your MOC is. Here there is a different scoring, so submitting a lot of small and not that good builds won't get you a lot of points , in comparison if you could add as many freebuilds as you want in LCC...

Just posted my second MOC for it, the story is also almost finished. Now I'm only missing an interior and a small vignette (because I didn't had the bricks to put it in the most recent build...)

Nice one Infernum, but what does Count Dooku there on the roof? I like how you incorporate the dark red in your builds lately and the technic for the tower looks also nice! How stabile is it?

I also thought I wouldn't have enough time, but when I saw that the deadline was extended I also started building... now I've already done 1/5 of the second one

Finally finished my first build for Challenge 6!

I have no problems with ripping off the arms of the minifigs, since I don't buy them to collect, I rather build with them . I also collected all col. minifigs, but since the people here in Switzerland pay a very high price (store price is 4$/minifig here, means I can sell a Spartan for 20 ) I got rid of most of my "non-Castle" collection...

They also came with the col. minifig elf from series...

I already finished the first house in my first build for challenge 6 , just to let you know...

Thank you for these kind words . Concerning the attic, I first had boxes, spider webs and a rat to there, but then the pot didn't stand out that much. So I removed all these details, so that it's clear and every "not-that-smart judge" gets the joke in it... Yeah, this is a chrome gold holy 3001 brick. On BL you find them under 3 bucks/piece. A friend from the SwissLUG gave that to me, it was a gift from the TLG to all their employers some years ago. Also the case (you can open it) and the red pillow in there are official LEGO elements...

Yeah, this is great! Also exactly the same happens at LCC (Lands of Classic-Castle, a copy of GoH) , but I also haven't seen any kind of blog or similar.
