  1. Thanks guys! I knew someone would notice that... This way, the pond just looked the best by far and I didn't want to cut this piece, so it ended up like this

  3. Thank you! I also like the roof quite much, but it needs a long building time, since the dark brown slopes are only aviable in 1x2 Thank you Ferrik I'm also not sure about it... it looks more like the dwarves put wood plates on the ground, but I'd also prefer something natural. Some variety with the tiles (some longer ones, some shorter ones) could also work... Thank you Yeah, dark trans would be quite cool (I only have 3 cheese slopes in this colour ). Thank you
  4. Thanks guys for the feedback for the steam , I'll try it out
  5. Hey guys I know, this build is pretty old, but I still wanted to share it with you. I built it in february 2012, so it's one of my first bigger castle MOCs. Enjoy And the last picture... I would like to get your feedback to the trans clear steam. What do you think about it? Good or not good? For more pics go to my Mocpage: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/311973 Thanks for looking Soli Deo Gloria
  6. Thank you They're not my original, but I'm not sure who came up with it first... Maybe Sirens of Titans? He builds them since a loooooong time Thanks buddy! Thanks Kristel. The T-bone will be explained in the backgroundstory, which will be up with the second part of the challenge (the same MOC but one year later)... Thanks I already built a chimney in this style, on one of my best MOCs Thank you! Thank you Redhead! Thanks mate Thank you Thank you! Thank you so much for this comment, it made my day Btw. the snow on the roof I forgot totally at the beginning, so I had to rebuild the whole upper part of it...
  7. Hey This is the first part of my entry to the BW Contest. Critism is very apperciated, since I have to build the same MOC, just one year later... For more pics (also interior): LINK
  8. Thank you!
  9. Thank you guys I never thought that the sail would be so good, since it was much easier to build than the ship itself. Thank you! I only can agree. Official LEGO ships with these sails would be awsome, but there's one disadventage: It's not very solid and it's quite heavy, so the mast topples faster Otherwise it would be great Thanks! I thought the same about the high of it, but I didn't have any brown slopes left. To avoid this effect, I first used another water technic, but I just didn't look as cool as this...
  10. Thank you Thanks for the compliment
  11. Hey This is my first ship, which I built for a Lands of Classic-Castle Challenge (≈GoH ). It was pretty hard with the 180 Snot and at the end, I couldn't cover one black travis brick (You can't see it in the picture ). I would like to get your critsim on it, cause I want to build more ships/boats. It's just too much fun Thank you Buurli
  12. Thank you
  13. Thank you Btw. the metallic silver helm is also my favourite
  14. Thank you Do you think something like this would fit better?
  15. Thank you General Magma I'm also not sure about it, but I can say that this one looked the best. (I only compared them before doing the gray 3d effect) Yeah, this one I made already 1 year ago, but never used it. If you print them on minifigscale, you have no chance to see the difference, only in the original photo
  16. Hey I made some Templars decals, I know there are already some, but I'm not willing to pay (but still want some good ones), so I made them by myself. Here they're attached on the figs: And then, the decals. They're free for everyone, but please give credit if you use or modifiy them . I might also do some modified ones (for example a battle damaged with blood on it or something similar), so if you have suggestions, they're very welcome Have a nice day! Buurli
  17. Thank you guys!
  18. Hey Mark Nice to see you over here, especially with a MOC expert button ;) Congrats! Nice build btw.
  19. I first had vertical ones on the tower, but it didn't look good, so I turned them. I know it's a little bit unrealistic (especially with the vertical ones on the wall), but it looks much better.
  20. Hey This is my entry for the Landscape Contest at Flickr. It's my first time I tried to build a swamp (or something similar) and I'm quite content with it . I would like to get your feedback on it. Thank you Büürli Burri (The pictures are Links to Flickr)
  21. Seems like I joined just at the right moment
  22. In my country there isn't even one PaB store, but it's also has something positive: I'm from Basel (Switzerland), so I live 15 minutes from the border of Germany, means I can go to buy LEGO there and I get the tax (19 % !!!) back
  23. Sorry for the double post, but I made a third entry So here are my warrior beauties: Princess Akilah Orc Female Warrior Elja the Keeper (Will count for the contest, I won't add more! )
  24. I made another Figure and it was pretty much fun Orc Warrior Beauty
  25. It's quite easy... You take some 1x1 modified bricks with stud on 1 side and put a large plate on them. Behind the plate just build up a wall. Now put tiles and slopes on the plate, but don't fix the tiles well, so they are a little bit angled. That's everythin Do you understand it? Buurli
