  1. My joint guerrilla with Kai on K15.
  2. The peasants of Auner have had quite enough of the Desert King's tyranny and toss the tax collectors off of their tower into a heap of manure below. Down with the mummies! The interior: My joint guerrilla with Kai on K15... I really liked the chibi look this thing turned out with! Thanks for viewing, C&C are welcome!
  3. Lat've stared hard at his antagonist. He had been challenged by the mummy facing him for the hand of Lady Philici, on whom, as the city of Sands' End came in the deal, the Desert King had set his greedy eyes. His clever plans, however, were destined to be thwarted. The sword and spear clashed and the grating sound filled the air. While the mummy leapt about with the agility of a monkey, Lat've stood calmly on his guard waiting for the right moment to strike... After defeating his opponent in the duel, Lat've returned victoriously to Sand's End, where he proposed to to Lady Philici, by whom he was accepted - of course! A couple of different views: The proposal: My entry to WZ16... a bonus to anyone who knows what inspired the first build! If anyone can figure out what inspired the second though - now that would be impressive! Thanks for viewing, C&C are welcome!
  4. Thanks Kai, glad you like it! Thanks for the UoP credits as well!
  5. Excellent builds Kai, I especially like the the two on the right! (which is a good thing since those are the two which count! ) Very nice chair design as well, the crane, curved wall, and cage are great too!
  6. Fantastic counter Kai, great job on the monster and the micro-temple!
  7. Thanks GG! Thanks Captain B, I'm glad you like it! I was indeed trying to follow the requirements! Thanks a lot robuko! Thanks LJ, glad you like it! (Nothing for history though? )
  8. Excellent build BMS, as Kai mentioned, that first shot is very nice! The artist in the last picture is quite funny though, it looks like he just finished painting the other guys sleeve!
  9. Nice build CB, I really like your musicians on top of the wall! Very nice job on the wall too!
  10. I would like to receive UoP credit for [WZ14:F14, Ulandus] Who is getting chased out of town? for: History - 1 Architecture - roofing (2) and Architecture - wall techniques (3)
  11. The Ulanders and citizens of the Ocean District lay a trap for the traitorous traders who have sided with the Desert King... A close up of the chase on the street: And the guy on the roof, Before all the commotion Each of the buildings has an interior, the other two can be seen on my photostream Any chance of getting the UoP credit for History this time? I've been told that the third time's the charm Also, I would like to receive credit for: Architecture - roofing (2) and Architecture - wall techniques (3) If I win I would like H4 to be the next warzone. Thanks for viewing, C&C are welcome!
  12. I a keeping the points for Ulandus and MassEditor is for the other two teams... although I don't know that there will be an "official" release of the points until the end of the challenge, if anyone wants to know their current status you could just let me know @Marcu, right now you are an Apprentice with 15 points (when all the polls are shut I'm sure you will have a lot more though!)
  13. Another fantastic model LJ, I'm really liking your domes and the red and white building is superb as well! The tan/lavender/blue color-scheme is excellent, and the interiors are great (as always!)
  14. Yes, that is correct - Dr. Cogg was not told that he could not turn his build into a guerrilla when it would not work as a counter (the reason I suggested it to Andrew here and not to Dr. Cogg is that, while Andrew's makes perfect sense as a guerrilla, Dr. Coggs did not).
  15. As a representative of Ulandus I would approve of the DK's taking the two point square rather than the other two
  16. Fantastic counter MassEditor ( ), sorry for putting you through all of that! Yes, the mirror effect was quite difficult on this end as well - though I thankfully had mirrors available! - but it took about two days and a over a hundred pictures! (two of which turned out usable! ) I'm rather curious how you got such good lighting on it though, I took my picture outside and it turned out rather dark... Thanks for a good laugh as well!
  17. I'm afraid I don't have that power, but Ska or one of the regulators or mods could change it for you
  18. Excellent build Andrew, very nice arch, landscaping, and road! However, as robuko said, this would need to be DQed for a counter because it is far bigger than the original guerrilla, but maybe you could make it a guerrilla?
  19. Great build LD, fantastic use of the bionicle pieces and the URP! The sloping and sideways snow looks very good as well, maybe you should have joined Mitgardia...
  20. Nice build Igunnuk, it is quite refreshing to see something from Mitgardia just now! (ok, it really always is! ) The snow is nice as is the fig posing, and the little building for storing weapons is great The tree doesn't look bad either, but it could be improved by making the trunk with brown or dark brown slopes instead of round pieces. The studs-out approach to trees is an excellent technique as well As to photography, I would suggest trying to take pictures outside on an overcast day on a few white pieces of paper, which is what I do. A tripod also helps sometimes Great first MoC anyhow!
  21. Week Ten counters vs Week Nine Guerrillas: VOTING: Anyone can vote! Voting closes May 12th Which side won? Which was the best counter build? Judging criteria: This is a straight one versus one contest. The challenger versus the best (in your opinion) counter build (if there are multiple counter builds). So judge solely on Challenger versus best counter build. Remember, story should play a bit into your judging criteria. Also, a counter must effectively undo the guerrilla attack. Even if the Counter MOC is better, if you don't think it successfully undoes the guerrilla attack, you should probably vote for the guerrilla attack. Thank you! Zone: C15 Challenger: robuko What Faction can counter: High council No counter? Desert King wins by default. Zone: D5 Challenger: Brick Man Studios What Faction can counter: High council No counter?
