"Damn cows!" exclaims Alexander, he shakes his head trying to clear his mind and attacks again the Mad Cows with his Fauxtrill Crossbows from the back row.

Alexander responded with a nod and a smile to Siercon's gesture "It's a pleasure to fight alongside you once again." Then the party headed to the Corn Maze; Alexander looks at their opponents and, hearing the orders from Erik, he attacks Mad Cows from the back row.

OOC: ok, sorry, anyway fixed :) I upgraded the Fauxtrill Crosbow from 13 to 14 WP and now I have 280 gold. Alexander arrived to the Field and met the rest of the party. He listened to Mr Donauld's words and to Erik ideas before spoking for himself "I agree on the location, indeed we should try go West, things could become interesting. And about the challenge, I'm ok with it, it sounds good."

Alexander entered the Market and went to Anwyl to upgrade his Fauxtrill Crossbow from 13 WP to 14 WP spending 140 gold, leaving with 280 gold. 420- 140= 280 gold

Alexander went looking for the choosen heroes and smiled, before leaving the Heroica Hall.

Alexander nodded "Thank you, sir." he sign up his name under Erik Tyrvarr's group "I hope to be skilled enough for your group, they seems all heroes with quite a story behind."

Alexander saw people preparing for a run at the Fields of Glory, why not going out for some challenges? He approached the human Battle Mage "Hello, sir. There is a free spot for an Hunter in your party for the Fields of Glory?"

The project announced by Admiral Cressen floated before them, a huge ship, longer than the mighty Akena-class dreadnought but thinner, slender. The vessel, called Kyogy, could transport starfighters and assault shuttles, the large hangar that had two secondary hangar and a secondary exit was able to manage and accommodate enough material as it could be transported on a cargo ship of medium size; there was also the same space in the holds. It wasn't a battle ship, but it wasn't defensless either, it's main defense were the advanced shields, the point-defense laser cannons, the missile launchers and the starfighters on board. But the purpose was another: the whole ship, with its compartmentalized holds, the set of industrial vehicles, laboratories and refining stations, the crew itself, was designed for the planetary exploit. The Kyogy would be the first to arrive on new planets and discover the resources, starting their exploitation. The engineer Alexander Vandangant had been designated by Admiral Cressen to head the project in a private meeting on the Akena and was now on its way to the ship that would be under his command. The Admiral smiled "What do you think, Engineer?" "Is long." he chuckled without looking away from the ship that was rapidly enlarging. "In fact, it's a completely different design than Akena or the Akira, but it's effective." The ship was now closer, the shuttle slowed down and oriented parallel to the large launch deck direct to the wide main hangar entrance. Other shuttles were shuttling between the ship, the orbital yards and the planet. The ship was preparing for its inaugural journey that will lead it directly to the battlefield. The shuttle slowed further and slowly walked into the cavernous main hangar; below them, there was a continual coming and going of men and droids. The typical frenzy of the incoming beginning of a new mission. Admiral Cressen led the engineer, his team, and their associated official, Commander Eirik Rekla, in a small tour of the ship: the hangar, the laboratories, and other parts of the ship. "The bridge." annouced the Admiral while the doors opened before them: around the main helm, the various stations had already mostly occupied, a slight chatter pervaded the large room as all the various pre-mission controls were carried on. "From now on, his mission will continue from be here." the Admiral led the way to the main helm, raised above the others and with a good view of the outside. "Commander Rekla will help in the management of the ship, and you will worry about the mission." Captain Rekla and Alexander exchanged a nod of acknowledge. "I would say we are, then." Admiral rubbed his hands, a smile on his face as he watched the bridge. "His first mission will be again on Mynderis, M.AN.T.I.S had opposed more resistance than expected and we need the ship as a moving base there." "Yes, sir." "I'm sure it will be a very good officer, makes Kawashita Group proud of him, Engineer." after slapping him on the shoulder, the Admiral turned to Rekla "Commander, I have great confidence in him." Rekla nodded "Thank you, Sir." "Good luck, you all." Admiral Cressen smiled, before starting to move to the lift tah will bring him to the hangar. The Commander and the engineer looked at each other "We'd better get ready." Alexander smiled and with a nod he left the command of the operation to Reckla. "First officer." Reckla called "Update me on the status of the ship." = = = = = = = = = Here with are, my second ship ever!!! This is a continuation of what I started in the Akena's Officers Quarters, the project mentioned there is that ship, the Kyogy. I tried to move from the usual battleship going for a more industrial ship, inside there is all the necessary for refining small quantity of material of every type, so it's perfect for looking for resources on new planets. I plan on building more inside, like a foundry, we will see if I can come up with something good; I plan to continue and deepen the interaction between Alexander and Reckla, as the characteristic of the squad that alway accompany Alexander in his missions. Fortress weren't build for nothing and the Galenas Fortress wasn't different: builded at mid mountain, in a small plateau, it dominated the union of two valleys and the traffic going on below. The mountains there were rich, under the forest cover, there were lead and silver, iron and copper, even gold was found; in this part of the mountains the mining of the galena, a mineral from which was extract silver and lead, was thriving. The work in the mines was hard, as the following refining, but it was profitable and needed: a lot of the refined metal was going in the other parts of Avalonia and as more were mined, less was imported from outside. Galenas Fortress, as the name said, was builded to control the mining and refining of the galena; a permanent garrison was stationed in the fortress, part of the refined metal too was stored there before being shipped away and the commerce was strictly controlled. Today, a single messanger was en route of Hidden Garden, to carry the latest monthly accounts and come back with fresh orders. = = = = = = = = = This was a troubled MOC, I started it months ago, like January/February but I couldn't finish it, then I worked on it another time around mid spring and then finally, like a week ago I finished it! I wished I could do more than the simple walls, but I couldn't find good ideas/techniques to do what I had in mind. It's been a while from my last freebuild, so I'm quite happy to post this! In mind, I have a small idea for another MOC to connect to this, but we will see! I hope you Enjoy!

A couple of days before, Alexander Vandangant had found a message, with the highest priority set, which flashed on the computer "At the attention of Engineer Alexander Vandangant." was the headline and the message recited "13 Augustali 3815. It's required his presence on the Akena on 15 Augustali 3815; a shuttle will be waiting at the spaceport on 14 Augustali 3815 for his transfer on board. This meeting has priority over any other commitment, they are all revoked until further notice. Lieutenant Elmer Admiral Grensen's staff" Alexander was surprised by that message, he was only an engineer and, apart from the last raid on Mynderis, he had never participated in any other military actions. Yet the message came from the staff of Admiral Grensen, the Admiral at whose command had been placed the Akena, the flagship of the new series of Akena-class dreadnoughts. For a moment he wondered if this could be a message specially created by a hacker, probably in the pay of their competitors, to bring him in an ambush. With a quick round of calls, however, he discovered that the rest of his team had received the same call to appear on board. If it was all an evil plan against them, it must have been really well thought out. Despite his initial concern, the flight was uneventful and on the evening of 14 Augustali, his team came on board of the Akena. No explanation was given, they were simply housed and left waiting for orders. The following morning, an ensign came to summon Alexander and led him up to Admiral Grensen's suite. The officer left him in front of the locked door that opened immediately "Come ahead, engineer." the voice invited him to come and Alexander walked in with a firm step. His gaze went through the room and only then he saw Admiral Grensen watching the space out of a large portholes "Reach Lieutenant Rekla, engineer." the Admiral said without turning. The engineer and the officer looked at each other but neither spoke, merely waiting for the Admiral. A few minutes passed slowly while the superior officer gazed at the stars out of the glass "I think we can begin." He said joining them in front of the hologram. "Welcome aboard, engineer. I hope it was all to his liking." "Yes, sir." "Great. So, I think we can get to the heart of the matter." he paused for a brief moment "Friction with our competitors has intensified in recent weeks, innovation is the key to keeping us one step ahead of the others in this space race. A new project is born to carry on the colonization of the galaxy. You, engineer Vandangant, was chosen to command this new project. " "It is an honor for me, sir. But what will become of my team?" "Oh, his team will follow you. But let me explain what this project is all about..." Here we are with my entry for Challenge 2 Category C! I really enjoyed building this Officer Quarters and they fit perfectly my sci-fi idea of quarters. I took the chance to start a bit of story for my character, this is the first installment and I hope to continue it with the next MOC. Hope you Enjoy!!!

Fishing... Along with hunting and agriculture, fishing is also important in the people's lives here in the mountains. In the tumultuous rivers flowing down the mountains, there is an abundance of fish and, when creating these artificial barriers to harness the power of the river, you will also create lakes perfect for fishing. Even Alexander Vandangant, although it isn't one of his favorite things to do, sometimes goes fishing, so that in the evening meal there is fish on the table. However, when the fresh breeze is blowing, the sun is warm and all is quiet, Alexander tends to "wander off"... = = = = = = = = = Hello all, finally I'm back building for the Guilds of Historica! Quite a time passed but I'm appy to be here again! This is my first entry for the Historica Husbandry; while following the main scope of the challenge, "show your character procuring, processing, or delivering, food somehow", I tried to add a bit of humor to the situation! The new objective of the Kawashita Group was Mynderis, a incredibly hot planet, constantly erupting and changing. It was choosen for its large reserves of Awesomnium but seemed MANTIS already placed a few plant and facilities on the planet but this didn't stop the Kawashita executive to carry out its plans. Engineer Alexander Vandangant was tasked to be part of the plan; thi time not to build from scratch a new outpost but to take control of one of these facilities, why destroy them when you could take the control and save resources and time? With a Covert Operation squad to support them, Alexander and his squad of enginers landed on Mynderis and started their work, silent and swiftly... = = = = = = = = = And here we are! I'm really happy again with the result again, AG is really stimulating me to bring some nice works out of me! I hope you Enjoy!
