Nice MOC up Thrash of the roof design, where do you get your ideas from Very important point, I would also like to know where the stairs are located to reach the roof too, so whoever builds the lower level will include the stairs in their hallway, etc Told you I was off to build a module. Well they do pop up now and then, as I was after one for a long time, but the price was always too much. There is every chance they may make one for the Clone wars sets I guess. eBay US will have them more often and with more around you may pick it up a little cheaper. This will probably be cheaper than BL, esp the way the dollar is at the moment. Here is one Aussie one This one may work out cheaper. ISC

First post updated with the new layout and listings. I may have a crack at a few this weekend. Not telling what ones though.

To be honest I was getting over all the old names on the list. I agree that only placing completed builders on each module is better, and means I don't have to colour code the list either. It will also make people want to tackle something even if 3 people were already planning on doing it. Alpha and Beta stay, I love the whole rivalry thing at the moment. Once everyone is happy with the Module list and placement I will update the first post in each thread. Jerryman I was also intrigued by the gatehouse ideas too, so I may crack one of those as well.

Outstanding work! I think we should hold off on changing the teams till after the competition is voted on. Then we can set forth on the next chapter of this awesome challenge. I like the idea of new smaller teams using WIP shots etc to arrive at the best modules for their group. Lets see what others think too. So I will hold off on posting the new layout and floor plan if thats what others are happy with.

Great work on both entries Jerry, I esp love the action of the siege. Perhaps some more detail on the grounds of each if you have the pieces too. Maybe some wall rubble would look cool as well. You don't have to change them, just trying to be constructive.

I really love the amount of work that has gone into this layout Thrash! The wall height, huge modules for those game enough, districts. The more rectangular layout looks more fortified as opposed to the old layout. Its a thumbs up from methough I still have a few thoughts on module locations....see below I agree with some of this. A great idea would be a guardhouse in each section to keep the piece and maintain vigil over all the walled city. A simple 16 x 16 module should fill these needs and each module must have a feel like its surroundings. For example the Docks guardhouse would have some local fishermen scum in trouble with the law. Whilst one in the Government district would be buried under paperwork. Hows that sound? That will come soon enough You know we may have to make new teams up to tackle districts. This may just be the new evolution of the CCB, teams working together on a common design with modules for all members. This may be an organisational nightmare, and as we have built so many already people may not be as interested. Still food for thought. Once again Thrash, well done Im thinking this should be on a 32 x32 plate. Half on each side of the wall for more action, though if its already built on a 16 x 32 thats cool. We will make allowances for the larger size as well on the map.

Well there may be hope that the staff at each BigW list them incorrectly, though I doubt that. I would def buy an AAT for under $40 Same for Stormies vs Rebels this time last year. Took a long time to restock Stormies. Since the second Impulse wave has only just shown up, I assume no one has seen the BBQ stand yet?

Fantastic work on a dual module Lalande! Only a mother herself could build such an accomplished MOC and story so well. Its def on my shortlist as one of the best all round modules A little bit of intrigue and deception definitely belong within the EBCCB Community.

Well its official, we have filled the first post with too many pictures! I'm speaking to KimT about a fix to this situation as I would like to keep all the pics in one place as it looks great. Thanks Thrash and all the others for making this so much fun, the thumbnails, the discussions, and all the nice comments for my modules. I look forward to the Kitchen Erd. Thrash I don't know where to begin with the Tavern/Docks, but they are just awesome! all the great rooms, hidden details, characters etc make for a great little swinging establishment. The Dragon head reminds me of Bettlejuice for some reason. Poll added to first post too

Welcome aboard Jerry Man, I had seen you looking in on this thread quite regularly and windered if we would lure you in? I will put you into Team Alpha, so post your creations there. I will put you down for the Cooper. Thrash and I are about to expand the layout to include all the optional modules, so just assume it is a 16 x 16 module on the outer wall and build the wall like this Thrash, if we could discuss expanding the layout, that would be great, I'm thinking maybe an extra three modules on each side wall and three to four on the back wall. This Castle is a monster!

Unless I need the set right away or if its a TRU exclusive, I usually wait till Target of Kmart have a 15-20% off sale. Occasionally I buy of S@H and eBay too, but prefer to hunt out bargains in all the different retailers. I like to stretch my dollar as far as possible to maximise my Lego expenditure. I contacted Lego to find out about Pirates and 10193. I normally get passed onto an Aussie rep, however this time I got the generic response of Pirates should be available in your shops at this time, and 10193 is a S@H exclusive so may only be purchased through them. There is a chance DJs will get it in later in the year if its like the green grocer, but I think I will just order it when Endor and Echo Base come out on S@H, time to save I guess. No sign of any sales in my area at the moment, however once all the back to school sales finish they usually start to pop up.
