Me too, I probably won't buy either the castle or the pit, so the only interesting part for me is the Rancor itself, which I can get separately online.
-
This is a great start, but as others had said, you should add an interior, and maybe some greebles, because I find the wings a bit plain. As for a question for everybody, do you think LEGO will run out of ideas so much as to release this version of the ship as an actual set?

Over 100 DC characters made in LDD and MS Paint

Will we see more Nolan-style characters other than Catwoman? -
I am unfamiliar with these two vehicles, do they appear on Utapau? Could someone get a screenshot of them?
-
Could someone PM me the pic, too, this theme is getting more interesting to me by the minute, and it was removed before I could see it. Help will be appreciated.

Ok, it's a lake, then, but my criticism still stands, the lake is too square. If you could round off the innermost corner of the lake it would look a lot better IMO.

This is an excellent start! I would love to go to the convention, but I'm not sure if I have time for it. The only thing I would change is the shape of the river; because of its shape, it looks like a swimming pool with a lot of plants in it to me.

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion

Yes, but in 2014, the year the film is released. -
I wouldn't get LEGO's decision on putting Darth Malgus into the battlepack, since he is a main character, and therefore a poor army builder.
-
That is not a Sith Warrior, but Darth Malgus. Are you thinking about these?

That cape part could be really useful for a Thor minifig, if it is released in metallic grey. I'm interested in how the cape connects to the part which goes around the neck.

I think I would go the Fire Brigade, mainly because it has great parts for a Ghostbusters MOC, will be going off shelves a lot earlier than the Kingdoms Joust, plus if you decide to keep the set you buy together, for me it feels like a much more complete building than the castl in the Joust.

I remember huge PoP sales here that Christmas, with the shelves full of the sets, so it is pretty safe to say that that line was a huge failure for LEGO.

I've got an idea with a couple of monoliths in the center, with the differnet areas all on different elevations, maybe with arches between the monoliths. -
Thanks for the pic! That really highlights how impressive this MOC is.
-
*oh2* That is the greatest Falcon MOC I've ever seen! That interior is just brilliant. I'm interested in how does this go up in scale with the UCS Falcon?

The Stonehenge one is a great idea, I might try to build something like that, but tell me if you want to enter something like that, because I don't want to steal your idea. -
The Modular Western Town would probably be a D2C set, which means the target audience would be different, so there wouldn't be much competition.

So, Challenge 5 is out now, what do you think? I really like the idea, but the biggest challenge for me is the size. I'm no expert in large MOCs, which means I'm usually facing big problems when I attempt to build something larger than 16x16. I don't own enough parts to build anything that size without it becoming too bland, so excuse me if I don't have an entry ready. -
I was thinking about its shape, plus the feather on the side resembles Jack's little thing in his hair on his right (I don't know what it is, maybe a piece of carved bone?)
-
Johnny Depp's hair in this film looks a lot like Jack Sparrow's (plus the headband), but unfortunately because of the bird, the piece can't be reused. Too bad for that, it would be nice to see that part reused in another fig.
