  1. It depends on how you build them...and im dont think videos are sped up, some of them are slowed down
  2. oh yeah! i'd love having rc units! at the beginning of the second week of april i'll start building my own rally car :D i can't wait eheh do you know why lego interrupted RC models production?

  4. i think they use wired control for two reasons: weight and sun....the IR controller tends to fail when you're under the sun lol but there are some other videos with IR vehicles too....god only knows how much i'd like to partecipate at one of those rallies! :P
  5. Hey guys! yesterday i discovered on youtube some lego rally videos... It's been amazing watching them with some friends of mine! But then we got disappointed by the lack of videos...i mean how can be something that funny be so rare? It seems that only est european guys do such things :P and im not talking about trial that to me is slow and boring...im talking of something like this it would be amazing if there were more of these videos and more of these "competitions" :P
  6. Yeah i have the B model mounted on my Shelf :) so nice!!
  7. :P the oldschool look is hard to overcome!
  8. Hi everyone! I've already posted a wip of this model but anyway now i got the video and some decent pictures ^^ Some months ago I made this remake of one model that I really loved almost 20 years ago: the 8858! It's not an accurate replica, it's just made by eye :) Anyway it was funny to drive, it was powered by an XL motor with a gear ratio of 1:1. I used knob gears for the transmission to make it strong, so strong to make the XL motor stall sometimes! Hope you will like it! 8858 Features: - power functions - suspensions - return to center steering Measures: 27cm * 16cm * 15cm 794g weight
  9. does anyone know a shop where i can buy spare technic pieces in london? i know there's bricklink, but id like more going somewhere to buy something :P
  10. Yeah i totally agree with mbmc thats an heli with some lego parts attached xD
  11. ♥.♥ you made me feel really proud man! to me the wider the skiis will be the worse they're gonna be....mainly because of friction, and the second reason is that they are supposed to "cut" the snow... anyway try to see it in scale, the range of snow that it can afford is not more than 4 cm :P im so glad you took inspiration :D btw...this one was really heavy, more than 800g...it's al about how much snow there is lol
  12. yeah but i had to change the beautyful lynyrd skynyrd song with a crappy one XD
