  1. This is the correct way, however the Ninja occasionally say Ninja GO! before they start to spin as well.
  2. They're silver Constraction Figure swords with green CHI stickers surging through them. It does seem a little confusing from the box cover, but it rises a question. Is there such a thing as Green CHI?
  3. Ah. The best part of the show!
  4. Didn't find the sets at the Fred Meyers I went to. I'll have to check some of the other Fred's around town.
  5. I felt like doing the same thing to Zane saying "Sensei" in the Korean version of one of the episodes of Ninjago they had before us. I died of laughter the first time I heard it.
  6. The LU beta had its moments as well. I hope this game will at least (somewhat) live up to LU.
  7. It can't be responded too, so there's no point in posting it. Everything about the Beta is confidential so I won't be able to post anything until open beta begins. All I can say is, it is very laggy where I'm located.
  8. It was disguised as a "confidential" e-mail, but I'm now a part of the closed beta!
  9. Wonderful... MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Will post my findings tomorrow afternoon.
  10. Or you could just avoid TRU altogether. Just five dollars makes a huge difference, especially when that $5 can be used on? You guessed it! Another Lego set. I stop in to TRU from time to time for exclusive polys, and am always disgusted by the prices they have, especially since the local Lego store is just across the street.
  11. Yep. This confirms the rumor that they are one and the same. You can look at the corner art on the boxes to compare. Love the look of the new sets! The Legend Beasts look SO much better than the prelims (not that I was really complaining, mind you). According to this Brickset article, there is going to be a Legends of Chima book that includes an exclusive minifigure. Dom de La Woosh and armored Shadowind are the most likely candidates (Shadowind even more so, now), being that it would be a shame to have just one bear or beaver.
  12. Managed to snag some brick bricks and olive cheese at the Tigard, Oregon Store. After I finished packing the cup I was filling, someone bought the rest of the box of brick bricks that was brought out. Other parts of interest I noticed were 1x2 trans-clear bricks trans-blue cone rounds 2x2 white jumper plates (single stud top) and 1x2 purple tiles
  13. Now that you mention it, I am getting that sort of vibe from her. I have this odd feeling that Pixal is really gonna grow on me.
  14. I'd also suggest working on smaller buildings complete with a roof and a uniform wall color as well. I'd also be careful with the pieces that your using. That's a M*** Bl*** plate that you used for a map table.
  15. It's much like the "Rise of the Snakes," and "The Final Battle" sub-names that earlier set waves had. It was revealed already that Lloyd was touring Ninjago. Whether he's with Garmadon (and Misako for that matter) remains to be seen.
  16. Why no premier date!?! That trailer was fantastic. Nice to finally understand what Pixal is, not to mention finding out that the Evil Eyes in Overborg's Crab Chair have some significance. It's interesting how the new Ninja gear appears to come from the people of Borg Tower. I'm sure that will be significant sometime in the show. I'm impatiently waiting!!
  17. Yes but that is one of the least appealing sets looking at the box, but one of the coolest sets outside of box. The Destructoid looks meh. I'm getting it anyway. Most of us agreed that Garmatron was meh until we actually had it in our hands, so this isn't something new for Ninjago. Only time will tell.
  18. Nope. The slope/dress lions are all male elders. At first it was like Ewald all over again. but then the "Hy-bear-active" webisode came out.
  19. And you sir have given us the first image of the official Gorilla Legend Beast set! I'm really curious why Chima is one of the last themes to get official images. I really want to see the finalized minifigs! Also on the subject of the Legends Beasts, I have to agree with Aanchir. For their size they are absolute works of art for Lego design at this scale. I also think that the preliminary images we got were early in the design stage, so I'm hoping on hope that some of the more ...er... odd looking bits of the Beasts are more streamlined. I'll probably pick all of them up before the Speedorz, to be honest.
  20. If the big gorilla was black and blue, its a 2013 set by the name of Gorzan's Gorilla Striker. One of my favorite sets from this year, might I add. If it's brown, it may be the gorilla legend beast from 2014. In other words more details would be nice!
  21. No. There's a trailer (-ish). This is the video CM4S was trying to upload earlier this week. It's finally available and gives us a look at Overborg, the Mechdragon, and Pixal.
  22. The end features scenes from the new season! Quick glimpses of Overborg, the Mechdragon and Pixal can be seen.
  23. We discussed these videos several pages back and in the thread in the Special Themes Forum devoted to the sets.
  24. I think its time I got full immersed into HERO Factory. Love these new sets.
  25. Here's what we know: -Cyrus Borg is a Nindroid manufacturer -Cyrus Borg is the "Overborg" -The show is set in New Ninjago City (NNC for short) -Borg Tower is located in NNC and dominates the city's skyline -Sensei Wu has a training school where the Ninja teach at -Lloyd is off touring Ninjago -The weapons the Ninja use are called Techno-blades. They turn average machinery into battle machinery. What we don't know (of what we've seen so far) -Is the Overborg an Overlord possessed Cyrus Borg? -Is NNC a different city than the Ninjago City that the Garmatron (and Great Devourer) attacked? -Where and/or when did Garmadon receive the status of "Sensei?" -Who is Evil Wu? -Who is Pixal? -What are the statuses of Dareth, Dr. Julien, and Misako? If there is anything I missed that is important, please let me know.
