  1. As much as I love Nexo Knights... Just give us a Space big-bang. Please Lego!!
  2. The Movie comes out digitally on May 19th and on Blu-Ray on June 13th in the US
  3. I'd imagine they're sending out the Summer Wave Flagship type sets first, as the Christmas season needs to be taken advantage of (it's the reason why all themes typically get their flagship sets in the Summer as well). Hence the really big sets. I wouldn't be surprised, actually, if the Winter 2018 wave was mostly smaller sets (below $100) for that reason as well.
  4. Now I wonder the scale of this set would be? Is it a village sized bridge, or are we talkin' about a city bridge? C-can the Fire Temple be outdone (I'll hold myself back from getting too excited)? Are there more details on the minifigs included in this one? So something similar to the Catwoman set from TLBM? Maybe just a bit bigger? Speaking of Ninjago City centered sets, I hope we get those newlyweds from Garmadon's attack in the trailer in a set just for the fun of it. Interesting. Jay's Mech doesn't look like an insect, but Nya's does. Could it fly? Might be a long limbed/tentacled Fish Army vehicle as well. Curious to see which one it is. And as always, thank you @Sir von Lego
  5. Keep in mind that like TLM and TLBM... ...there will be more than one wave for this movie. We didn't get Bad Cop's car until a later wave despite it being non-spoiler material. We aren't getting the Batwing until Summer despite it being non-spoiler material. Don't be surprised if they only give us a couple of the Ninja Mechs to start and then save a portion of them for later. (i.e. Cole's Mech) Also if I may theorize. Being that this is a movie about giant robots (aside from the titular Ninja of course) I see the final battle of this movie involving a typical trope for most media created to be centered around mechs typically involve... The good guys combing their mech into one larger ultimate robot. To say this will be a hypothetical set? I don't know. I'd sure love it if it was.
  6. *See's Shark Mech* When we wanted fish people... ...we got more than what we wanted. I need set images STAT.
  7. The amount of drool and tears of happiness... if it were pure water, it could end a drought. I'm in heaven. I'm mean sure it's not to scale, but it's really, really close. It also appears the Green Ninja Mech Dragon has those cool molded pieces that the movie-version utilizes for its maw. Also regarding mech size: Remember Emmet's Construct-o-Mech Although we adults would gladly spend several hundreds of dollars on movie accurate vehicles, Lego needs to cut corners in order for their target audience to enjoy their product at a reasonable price. Though I'm sure some AFOLs will conjure up full scale mods of these sets in no time. Destiny's Bounty was presented at the Toy Fair events. Being that that is the case, it is not the D2C exclusive. Lego does not reveal their D2C exclusive sets until about one month (sometimes one-and-a-half months) before their release date, despite not allowing photos. They wouldn't risk it. This includes at trade shows, unless that set is due out within that time frame (like the Silent Mary and the TIE Fighter before it). So the answer is no, it's not.
  8. I'll just pop in real quick to say that Zuckuss' speeder in that screencap is Anakin's Speeder Bike from the 2002 set Tusken Raider Encounter. I'm not too big on Lego Star Wars right now, but I'm seriously loving that the old ESB Bounty Hunters are showing up in sets after so long (despite some of them being around in older, more expensive sets, that is).
  9. That would make sense seeing as, much like the Lego Batman Movie, there will most likely be three store exclusives in this first wave (again which excludes the possibility of a D2C set).
  10. *Heavy Breathing* Oh, it better be...
  11. The little bot jetpack thingy has a male orange clip in order to attach to the Bot Drop Dragon's female orange clip (hence the name "Bot-Drop." It's a Squirebot dropship). Removing the jetpack from the Dragon itself allows the Dragon to attach to the Battle Suits as the Battle Suits also have a male orange clip.
  12. A character getting story expansion that doesn't need it, and is hard to market. If I'm getting small Unikitty sets, then I will completely ignore the potential failure this could be (and wallow in all the new Unikitties we absolutely must get).
  13. Cool... The US will be getting it April 1st, however.
  14. To those specualting Ninjago City is the $150+ set, Lego doesn't announce or give placeholders to any stores regarding D2C exclusives. If Ninjago City is a D2C, it's not on the list of blank pages and prices we just got. Come to think of it, no store but Lego gets to sell the D2C sets. So this website won't ever list Ninjago City regardless if it exists or not (or is a D2C in the first place).
  15. Adult Lloyd (kinda' spoilers but this is gonna boom throughout the community). I thought I would never see this day come.
  16. Leaks and rumors will be as tight lipped as both The Lego Movie and The Lego Batman Movie's. Expect nothing until practically a month before.
  17. That's what I was trying to say (I wrote it really confusing like, I agree). Four of the six packs I got each had Anvil of Trouble as the included red shield.
  18. I've had my Fortrex sitting here for three months now. Still don't see when I'll have time to building it. Being on Spring Break though, might help. Got my first six packs of Nexo Powers today. Is it just me or is Anvil of Trouble extremely common? I got four of them today. Each pack contains only one red power... I love the Nexogons as well (the combo shields). Their versatility is incredible.
  19. Someone hasn't read the past few pages. As interesting it would be to have the game run on the Switch, the idea of the console is that you can take it anywhere. Since the portable portion of the console has no USB ports (and guessing that you can't plug the toypad through the charging port, as you will need it for how much the console will suffer trying to handle that much content). That basically (and sadly if I may say so myself) means that this game would be extremely difficult to port. That is if rumors aren't true, of course.
  20. Was checking out the Nexo Knights sets at the Lego Store, and since it was quiet, decided to chat up one of the employees. They had a couple Fortrexes there despite being out of them over the weekend (I might frequent the store too much ) and enquired why they were the only Winter 2016 wave sets still left at the store. Turns out they were returns, but the employee let out a little tid-bit. I'm sure several of you know the company has an internal magazine. Apparently the most recent one has a "top 10 sets sold in 2016" section, that listed (higher than the Disney Castle, apparently) The Fortrex. It seems, whether this is entirely to be believed, that, despite Nexo Knights not showing up in the Annual Report's top 5 themes in sales, Nexo Knights might still be going stronger than other themes if there was any sort of doubt.
  21. Where does it say PotC? All of those ships are from earlier generic Pirate series.
  22. According to Toy Fair signage, June. It hasn't always been reliable in the past, but it has some weight to it, what with keeping distractions away from TLNM an such.
  23. Pretty sure there's room for all six of them in Jestro's Volcano Lair. If you want them to be displayed so you can see the covers, you might need some tight fitting, and shallow shelves. Plates and tiles are your friend.
  24. Excuse me. I meant, "promised by credible sources." I'm really holding out hope. Both Wayne Manor and Ninjago City.
  25. I'll believe it when we get that Wayne Major we were promised. Lego hasn't made a "D2C set for every Lego Movie" a thing yet (or rather, they haven't had the opportunity to). Would be wonderful, nonetheless.
