  1. They are there. Just search for them in the search bar. All say Coming January 1st. (In the US)
  2. Well you do have instructions? If it has a character add... the Lions and Eagles are on the blue side, and the rest are on the red side. The backgrounds of their character windows on the front of box sets reflects this as well. Also, bad guys have red Chi weapons, and good guys have blue Chi weapons.
  3. Oh dear. I just watched LotR Fellowship of the Ring... I'm feeling... Elf-y...
  4. Even then, there are barely any mechanics. The only chore would be make a working way into the cell from the controls. There is barely enough room for a trap door as well.
  5. 54 is an impressive number of leaves. My little forest build I just finished looks sad when compared to this one. Suppose I should look into modifying it... Oh yeah, the build is wonderful by the way. Your brother is very thoughtful.
  6. Ermagerd! Spersh Palersh Tree Preshinct!!

  7. Are you slated for releasing your stock on the first like my local store? They have said multiple times that they have the sets, they just can't open them.
  8. Knifes aren't strange! The Jalopy is a work of art, thank you very much. It has no walls to the back of it. It can hold up to two ZX Ninja, with shoulder pads, overlapping face forwards, or back to back while facing the sides.
  9. I have this sudden urge to perfect my Garmatron

  10. Oh dear. I thought you just beat me to the hall of discussion! Anyway, the build is wonderful, and sadly lacking in Owlans... let me guess, It's the mail shirt with the Heart of Ages around the neck that kept you from making him?
  11. In fact, we have had very tiny set images for the past 48 hours.
  12. Temple, Worriz, Bike, then Mech for me. Sure the mech is supposed to have arms that can touch the floor, but they didn't have to give it scrawny legs to do that.
  13. Garmatron and Golden Dragon start this 2013 season...

*sigh* I just wish I could start the 2013 season...

I would suggest you start with these!

Kind of doubt I will as I'm not a dragon fan and from the pictures the Garmatron does not look great to me... I do like Kozu though!

  14. You can't judge prices by box size anymore. Lego has compacted their box sizes. The CHI Temple is obviously the $120 flagship. The Croc Hideout is the Summer TRU Exclusive. Think around Ninjago Lightning Dragon Size. I can confirm that my local store has all sets ready in the back. They WILL NOT bring them out until the first. They will be the last of ALL 2013 sets to be put on shelves of this initial release period.
  15. Those are not white backgrounds on for the minifigs in Worriz's Combat Lair. That is Worriz and the Wold Leader's capes obstructing the red. Also Rawzom is not included in the Gorrila Mech. No gold is visible on the included raven. The large creatures on the minifigure list for the CHI Temple are Lion King and Laval. Their capes make them look wider. It would also be wise to note that the Gorillas are white (preliminary molds common with Summer molds being revealed this time of year. Expect it to be the same at Toy Fair).
  16. Going to the Lego Store today! I'll see what I can pick up! EDIT: I picked up Golden Dragon and Garmatron (Thickest box I've seen for a set this cheap!) I will have my final verdict up later today. All the new sets were available and were flying off shelves rapidly. Almost every purchase I saw completed practically included a Ninjago set. EDIT 2: The Golden Dragon has not a single yellow piece! IT'S ALL PEARL GOLD (excluding support pieces which still are not the color yellow)!! It's larger than the Ice Dragon significantly, but only a tad larger than the Fire Dragon. The Golden Dragon uses the same "wing flapping" technique as the Ice Dragon. The Stone catapult is filler, and has no need to have further details. The minifigures are icing on top of the cake! Garmatron doesn't transform, is misproportionate, lacks side guns, and has a top completely unworthy of a Lloyd/Overlord confrontation. I love it! If I never saw the show, this set would practically be flawless! Sadly, it barely even matches the show, besides the fact that the cannon slides out of the mouth (just barely). The color scheme is fantastic, and Kozu is just plain BEAST! Zane's Crawler is nice, but it is filler as well. It would have been awesome if it were in the show, so don't get me wrong. Zane's sword is very misleading on the box, and glows blue. There is a very slight tint at the bottom of the blade, other than that, the blue goes unnoticed. However, the foggy trans-clear that is very much visible still looks like ice. It makes me wish that they figured out his "ice color" before Alpha Team: Mission Deep Freeze started. The instruction are very different, as one booklet is a small rectangular booklet, where as the second booklet (which is the instructions for Garmatron only) are the medium square shape. The box is the same shape as last year's $20-$30 boxes, except it has the thickness of a Modular Building box! Just thought I'd share those last two tidbits. My mini review rank (10 being the greatest) The Golden Dragon 7/10-Its a dragon. We've seen this before, but the color and style do differ from the others. The minifigs are the star here. Garmatron (compared to show) 5/10-Sad representation of a truly magnificent Doomsday Device. The size is sad, but fits the price point. Minifigs are big here. Garmatron (As a set/ignoring the show) 9/10-Almost flawless. It needs just a couple more additives, and a better Ninja vehicle but this is definitely the first set to get. I now have every Stone Army Minifigure variation, and I must say, they look nice side by side. I'll share some pics of these if there is enough demand.
  17. WOW! I wasn't expecting it to look like that at all! I LOVE it! I would be surprised why they didn't make 3 normal modulars then a corner, but then I remembered that Market Street, although proportionate, was an under-developed Factory Set. New Corner, here we come!
  18. Looking wonderful MayDay! Also kibosh, you need to remember to edit photos out of quoted posts. You can then replace them with "*snip*" when you have.
  19. Uhhh... The best "base" in years! Space Police Central was BEAUTIFUL. I kick myself every time I see it for not getting it!
  20. 1...2... CHIIIIIII!!

  21. The Croc Hideout is an exclusive. Its set number comes after the winter wave's exclusives' set numbers. Since multiple exclusives (think 2012 Ninjago) are grouped together in the set number list, this proves it even more. Especially how all this years winter sets are grouped together, and the Speedorz as well, albeit with higher numbers then the former. I saw the pics and I'm very pleased to see that the Lion King will be in the Summer sets (CHI Temple). However, it doesn't seem like the Gorrilas are going to be very frequent throughout. Also it says the sets are slated for a June release as opposed to August (No Waiting!). I cannot wait for the Toy Fair. Aanchir (or anyone who can make it for that matter) we are counting on you!
  22. By the looks of it in the US, Eagles Castle will be at Toys R Us Razar's Chi Raider will be at Target and Equila's Ultra Striker will be Wal-mart. Also when looking at todays wonderful reviews (on several Lego Fan sites) all boxes have punch holes. So Lego is shrinking their box sizes for easy storage, but since neither sides have taped seals, they can't be folded flat for us who like to keep boxes. Its a sad compromise, but at least Lego is listening about our distaste of their sticker addiction. It looks like they are entering a several year spanning hangover which I am glad to say is something I've been waiting for!
  23. Most unwise to hear that ghastly monarch's counsel. He may be wise, but his intentions are never truly for the good of Historica. It was wonderful when King Regis, one of Historica's former kings slayed that monstrocity! Do what you wish, but beware (wonderful re-do MOC!).
  24. True. I suppose thats also a possibility with Ewald Also in that image, you will notice that both Leonidas and Lennox stand out among what appears to be a Longtooth army... I guess they will get spotlighted unlike most of the "below Generals" in the armies used in Ninjago.
  25. Thank you! Must resist...REVIEWS!! If you watch the video preview for the show on page 49 of this topic, in the scene where the King Lion is walking toward a pool, in the pack of Lions around him, there is a Lion in a dress. Looks like Crominus isn't the only leader with a Queen
