For everyone's ease, I have tried to summarise the happenings of the last few months (last 2 months to be exact) . I hope I got everything correct. Recap December 2008 Inertia Tyrius The Dwarf council gathers at Eradim and discusses recent events. The Council disagrees on helping the Dragon Masters The Dwarves assemble an army and start marching on Orc lands to avenge their fallen brethren (see Zepher). Thaddius Thaddius is witness of a revolt instigated by Rotious at Drakon. He decides to seal up the keep and leave for Dragonator, together with Drayn and several other Air marshals. Zepher Sae'mas Sae'mas Likki and the Orc warriors of the Likki tribe attack a Dwarf village, killing nearly all dwarves. Recap January 2009 Zepher Fanger & Gregraz'ar Fanger informs Gregraz'ar that Sae'mas has been captured by Crown Soldiers on his way back home after his raid. Fanger proposes to use violence to get him back, but the witty Gregraz'ar decides to try and negotiate with the Crown King about Sae'mas's release. As they march towards Crown lands, the group is ambushed by Wolfpack and Gregraz'ar is captured. Dragonator Dragonator is informed by Marcus about the current state of things in the kingdom. Dragonator orders Marcus to prepare the defenses of Dragon's Keep in case Rotrigous attacks. He tells Marcus that he will leave on a personal quest for a while. Dragonator leaves together with Ragnir, while Marcus is rejoined by two old friends. Inertia Khan Makhmos Khan Makhmos fights the enemy Shanagh tribe in the Orcish Steppes. The fight is bloody but eventually the Shanagh are routrd and chased by Makhmos's boys. Thaddius & Drayn Thaddius, Drayn and other Air Marshals learn that Tyrius the Dwarf has sent two legions and several Magma Dragons to Dragon's Keep to aid them in its defense. WhiteFang Lord Jason Lord Jason entrusts Sir Lance with the mission to find and capture Sir Kenneth so he cannot reunite. BTW, where is everybody at? Can you please report here if you still follow the EBRP, just to get a general idea of the active members .

Cool! Instantly recognisable, the Playmobil hideout was actually the first thought I had when seeing this . Can't wait to see the finished version and some interior shots. Here's a full pic of the Playmo set for the people who don't know it: Maybe you can add a well, too? That might be interesting to see .

& G11 VINCENT tried to get some sleep. After the skirmish, the three of them had buried the bodies and had retreated back into the cave. Night had crept across the land and Kian and Bardock were already asleep. Vincent however, wasn't able to sleep at all. The cave was cold and moistious and critters were crawling all over the place, but that wasn't his problem. The events of today kept him busy. His mind was uneasy. He had seen the crests these two strangers bore: Bull Knights. It was a common known fact that Bull Knights and Knights Kingdomers were each other's nemesis ever since the Northern War. He had kept his background a secret from them, fearing their retribution. This wasn't the only thing keeping him awake, though. There was still the fact that he had killed, murdered, some of his fellow countrymen today. Even though he didn't know they were Knights Kingdom, he was their murderer. Vincent turned around on the cold, cavern floor and fell asleep. Memories drifted through his head. Knights wearing blue tunics emblazoned with a golden, rampaging lion rode into a small, rundown village, followed by foot soldiers dressed in purple and priests. As soon as they got into the village, the foot soldiers violently started rounding up all of the inhabitants, forcing them together on a small, central courtyard. They then forced the pagan villagers to have them baptised by the priests they had brought along. Those who refused were locked away in a barn and burned alive. Those who fled were rapidly hunted down by the mounted knights and were either hung, tortured or killed in the most savage of ways. The knight revelled in the carnage. Black figures set against the light of the blazing barn were maniacally laughing. Vincent jolted up, breathing rapidly. Sweat pearls dripped from his brow. He touched the scar across his cheeck and looked about. The Bulls were still sleeping sound.

Lovely MOCs! I really like how you turned ages of history in to 5, easily recognisable vignettes . The map of the world, showing English colonies is really well made . Can you tell what other nations you plan on doing?

If you mean the Bardock/Kian plot, then yes . I don't really know where to go with my other plots/characters .I'm not going to go really in depth with KK lore, like I have done with Ankoria, though. I want to keep it simple, so newcomers wouldn't have to study tons of history about all the nations before they join .

G11, Falcon part of Warblewood Forest BARDOCK was happy. After several days of eating almost nothing, he had now killed a bird and speared a wild boar. He was heading back to the cave, where Kian was still fast asleep, boar slung on his shoulders. As he walked, rain started falling out of the sky and trickled on the leaves of the trees. Not again, thought Bardock as he looked up. He steadied his pace and made his way to the cave through the mud and the bushes. As soon as he had made it to the cave, he dropped the boar on the floor and took the bird out of his knapsack. "Kian, look, I've found us some f-" Bardock could not finish his sentence, an arrow had already found its way to the boar. "KIAN, WE'VE GOT GOONS!" he shouted. Kian jolted up and together they ran outside, confronting their attackers. The attackers numbered at least thirty, but fighting them was the only option they got. "REMEMBER, TRY TO TAKE THEM ALIVE!" the leader commanded his men through the pouring rain. Bardock threw his spear at one of the attackers, nailing him to a tree instantly. When he found himself surrounded, he swung his axe around to try and take down as many as he could. Kian was holding out quite fine, too. But they were tired and their attackers were many. Then, all of the sudden, whistling sounds came from through the fog and felled several soldiers. Others were hit in the legs or feet and crawled away. When more arrows came, the soldiers got frightened and ran off, leaving the two men behind. There they stood, in the middle of the small clearing in the forest, in front of their cave. They collapsed. Bardock listened attentively, but all he could hear was rain falling on the leaves. He breathed deeply, got up and started challenging the invisible, mysterious ally. ----- G11, Falcon part of Warblewood Forest RAIN fell out of the sky and drowned the entire forest. The ground had turned all muddy and fog had been formed between the trees, reducing visibility of anyone wandering through the forest. I should go home, thought Vincent, I'm not gonna kill anything in this wea'er. Vincent was walking back home as he suddenly heard the sound of clashing metal coming from the east of him. He ran towards it as quickly as his worn legs could carry him. It was difficult to navigate through the forest, even for an expert woodsman such as Vincent. He had nearly tripped over an uprooted root, but eventually he had made it to the origin of the sounds. Below him he could make out two men taking on several attackers in the fog. The men were heavily outnumbered and were giving everything they had left in them. Unable to make out who the assailants were, Vincent quickly readied his bow and loosened several arrows towards the enemy. Shades dropped on the forest floor as he sent more arrows flying. The attackers looked around surprised and started falling back. The two men defending dropped on the ground and breathed deeply. "WHO'S THERE?!", one of them started bellowing, "WHO'S THERE? COME OUT, SO I CAN KILL YOU, TOO!" Vincent crept closer and took a look at the two. One was sitting on the ground and held his head in his hands. The other one, the shouting one, had already stood up again and was now waving his fists around angrily. He had the looks of a classic brute. Vincent concluded they formed no real danger, they were too tired and worn to be a threat, and decided to reveal himself. "Those aren't the most welcoming words I've ever heard, but they'll do" Vincent came out and grinned. He had slung his bow on his back, but was still ready to grab his knife if a situation came up. "Who are you?" the big, burly brute spat. "Wot's it to you?" The brute was clearly very displeased with the rude answer. "Where are you from?" he continued. "Be'ind ye" Vincent simply replied. "My gut doesn't trust you one bit..." ,the big guy began, "but you've got courage and I like that" He reached out his hand. "Bardock's my name, and this is Kian" Bardock smiled. "Pleasure to meet ye" ,said Vincent as he shook Bardock hands, "Now lets have a look at your attackers, shall we?" Vincent stepped towards one of the corpses. He retrieved his arrow out of its back and turned the corpse around with his foot. His face went pale as he noticed the soldier wore Knights Kingdom arms. He had just killed a fellow citizen.

Name: Vincent Fenix Age: 35 Background: A peasant originating from the Western Knights Kingdom. He makes a living as a hunter and various other jobs. He lives in the small town of Lydenham at the edge of Warblewood Forest together with his wife. Vincent carries all he needs with him on his long journeys through the woods. He is skilled with many weapons and knows the forests like the back of his hand. His only really weakness is his gruff and rude attitude towards everyone ('cept his wife). Faction: Knights Kingdom Class/place in hierarchy: Hunter, woodsman, tracker,... Equipment: Bow and arrows, knife and basic pack. Looks: Bit smaller than average, though, muscular stature. Sharp facial features. Has a stubble and short hair. Some scars adorn his face. Wears a ripped shirt and worn, wool fingerless gloves. Wears a filthy doo-rag most of the time.

You have an Orc map ? I just based it on the one posted here by TinyPiesRUs some time ago. I didn't really know there was any other .

Thanks .Right now, I'm working on the map for the Orclands as that is a map already filled with details and stuff. Won't be long till it's done. I don't mind all the fluff, I like some good fluff. I just want to keep things simple for everyone, so newcomers wouldn't be scared off . Hi everybody! First of all, I'd like to wish everybody here Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year ! I feel kind of ashamed coming back here after I left for so long without saying something or notifying . Anyway, I hope y'all can forgive me . First of, I reread some of the last pages of this thread and noticed some questions regarding EBRP lore. Let me try to answer some of them: Q: Does the continent have any name? A: No, I don't really want to name it. I just call it 'the Continent' . Q: How do the seasons work? A: Same as on the northern hemisphere. So right now, it's midwinter. Q: How does the calendar work? A: I think we should stick to our kind of calendar (12 months, +31 days a month) to keep things simple. As for the years, I think every nation has its own manner of counting years. For example, the Dragon Masters use the Agaetian calendar, while my Ankorians use their own calendar (Ankorians are very nationalistic, they rarely use anything made by outsiders ). I just wanted to say that I really like many of these creations (I especially love the carpenter )! I though this was a nice idea so I decided to build something too. Out of all ideas, the butcher seemed like the most fun one to do so I made one. I know there are already people to build the butcher's and that I didn't sign up or anything. My MOC doesn't count, I just wanted to show it to you. (Pic = link) Right now, I only have 2 pics since it's still WIP (need more slopes for roof ).

Your figs are spot on! You chose the perfect torso, head and hair combinations. The characters are instantly recognizable . Can't remember this scene though .

G-10, just entering Black Falcon lands "Ankoria, eh? Never been there before" said Bardock in his deep voice "then, on the other hand, I have never left our lands before" he continued and laughed "I heard Ankoria is quite special compared to all other nations" "It sure is special, but everyone finds it special in his own way. Some view the Ankorians themselves as special, others the land itself and some say it's the fauna that give Ankoria its stereotypical evil image. For me, it's one man..." Kian stopped. He sighed and looked up in the air. "Perhaps we should make camp here. Sun will be setting soon" he stated. "Sounds good to me, I could use a drink and some food" Bardock said happily while taking out his flask of whiskey and putting it at his lips "in the name of the Earthmother, you cannot be serious!" he yelled and peeked in the flask "it's empty!" He threw his metal flask in the ground and sat down, murmuring something non-understandable. Kian smirked. "Here, take a sip out of my bottle" he said while handing Bardock the bottle. Bardock took a huge sip but spat it out immediatly. "Bah, water! Are you trying to poison me, boy!?" he exclaimed while throwing the bottle back. Kian laughed and sat down too, throwing his pack on the grass. "So..." Bardock said gnawing in some salted beacon "care to enlighten me on the guy you wanna whack?"

I added a post describing the Kingdom of Ankoria to the EBRP summary thread . That's two factions already!

Kingdom of Ankoria (KKII Scorpion Knights) EBRP Players in Kingdom of Ankoria 1) KhoRne General Information Capital: Ozora Region: Eastern part of Ankoria, at the mouth of the delta of the Great River Palace: not yet stated Location: P 6 History of Kingdom of Ankoria... Ankoria is a desert land where harsh storms batter the people and damage the buildings. Life is hard, but in some places, where the desert recedes, life can be pleasant. There is one great river in Ankoria which provides ample farmland for the cities based around it. It also allows a good deal of trade to pass down it to the interior. Ankoria stretches from the western World’s End Ocean to the Dragontail mountains in the east and south. It goes into deep jungles in the high north where it is ultimately limited by the Inner Sea. It is currently ruled by the Scorpion King and his Grand Council. This used to be different however. In a time, now long ago, there was no such thing as a Kingdom of Ankoria. The lands where the kingdom is now situated was divided into many different kingdoms and citystates. It was the Great Scorpion King Ankor of Ozora who conquered the citystates surrounding the Great River and who laid the basic foundations of the Kingdom of Ankoria, named in his hounour. The kingdom continued to expand through the efforts of Ankor’s offspring until it was at about its current size. Ankoria greatly prospered under the rule of Scorpion King Khesek who built many great watchtowers delineating the borders of his Kingdom. Things changed however, when the King died with no son to take his place. The many nobles and petty princes started infighting on who was worthy enough to take the King’s place. Soon, Ankoria was engulfed by civil war which raged on for three years. Its end was finaly marked by the conquest of Ankoria by the Dragon Masters. For years, Ankoria was no more than a province of the Dragon Masters. After a hundred years of opression by the Dragon Masters, a man named Nekhesh rose up and rallied his people to his cause. Marching under the outlawed banner of the Scorpion they ousted the Dragon Masters and proved yet again that even a tiny creature like a scorpion can deal tremendous pain. Together with the outlander Aquartos, he took control of Ankoria and marched on Dragonskeep. There the glorious warriors of the Scorpion King waged bloody battle for ten days and ten nights until the opponent came up with a treaty which called for an immediate truce and recognised Nekhesh as the official King and Ruler of the reborn Ankoria. After the Great War, Nekhesh immediatly began reorginazing his victorious country. Everything that reminded the people of the Dragon Masters was destroyed and many name temples were raised in the name of the Scorpion and its embodiment on Earth: the Scorpion King. Ankoria was ruled with an iron fist and a strong sense of nationalism and loyalty to the King was instilled on its people to prevent such a great disaster again. The Ankorians were the oldest civilization in the world, it was their fate to rule the others, not to be ruled by the others. E-10, KKI/Bull border Bardock continued walking. Just a few more meters and he'd stand on top of a small hill, overlooking the region. He had just exited Dimwood, a large forest covering most of the southwestern part of the Bull Knights' territory. Not a lot of people tend to travel through Dimwood and prefer to walk many miles around it, for as its name indicates, Dimwood is known as a dark, mysterious forest said to be haunted by spirits and witches. Bardock couldn't care less though, he never paid much atention to local folklore, plus he likes to walk in a forest, it calms his mind. Bardock paused for a moment. He took a metal flask from under his armor and took a sip of rum. He tossed aside his weapons and shield and sat down, wondering where to go next. He had crossed Bull lands from west to east, north to south, he longed for more. He unpacked something to eat and enjoyed the warm sun rays falling on his head.

Actually, it's WhiteFang's idea, but we'll try to flesh it out together.I'll hear what WhiteFang has to say about it, but right now we agreed it would be only me and him adding to the summary . If I let you do it, I'm afraid that everyone will want to do 'their' faction and thus it will be difficult to maintain one 'equal' structure for each faction. Plus, it's just a summary, no big, complicated history book detailling every event that occured in the faction for the last 50 years . Anyway, like I said, I'll wait on WhiteFang's input before I make up my mind .

Great interview ! I thought the name WhiteFang came from Gundam Wing. It's a Japanese anime in which there is an organisation called like that. 6086 is one of my favorite sets too. When I was a kid I always wanted it, but they weren't for sale anymore, so a few years ago I bought one of Bricklink in an almost new condition (together with several other BK sets). The white Dragon Knight is certainly one of the most memerable figs IMO. Btw, how old are you actually if I might ask?

This thread will contain every bit of RP'ed information regarding the factions of the EBRP. Each post made in this thread will represent one faction, so there will be 21 posts in total. In these posts you will find out who's the king of a certain faction, his family, etc. There will be a list of player characters belonging to this faction and a list of important places. It will be a summary containing the most important information so it will be easier for new players to gain up on all the information instead of going through 20+ pages . Last, I'd like to say that this is still BETA, it may be subject to changes in the future. Plus, don't expect this to be up and running in just a few days, there is A LOT of info to be gathered .
