  1. The technic buffers look great. For my eye the curved ones are the way to go
  2. Thanks all some really nice ideas, I think the hinge plates may be the way to go, even if they don't then open all that well.
  3. Thanks guys, Looking at this type of thing http://brickset.com/sets/10025-1
  4. Hi all, I am looking for ideas on how to build some brick built doors that can live in the middle of a carriage, not at the ends like they do in the HE and EN. I am working on a new grey version of 10020 and want some carriages to go with it.
  5. Very clever the way it keeps holding onto the wagon as its moved round

  16. Thanks all, I started with ldd and found it really hard to use. Mlcad seems really easy to me, but the grid was bothering me. I will try the settings subjected and see what happens.
  17. I dont think a small battery box is an issue, in the Space shuttle the micro motor was used to unfurl the solar panels of the transported satellite. The power for this was a long way form the motor as was the old 9V batter box, what was cool was the overall effect
  18. If you can get this to work it will be amazing, not sure you will get the clamping forces needed but home you can
  19. Hi all, I am trying to get into MLCad and have an issue with snapping to grid when using SNOT building. I am building a train but as soon as I try and attach the front i start to get thing not lining up, so i have to switch to the find grid and then its all OK, but allinging the next parts takes long than with the course grid. is this normal?
  20. Looks great in the wall
  21. Fantastic, the explication on your site is great as well
