  1. I love when I see a Thirdwigg Unimog in someone else's video and it holds up to testing!
  2. Very cool design, and great idea combining these two sets for this MOC. I'm glad I could provide a little inspiration for the rear three point hitch. I hope you are able to try a couple of the implements for this tractor
  3. OK, version two of this truck is now done. Due to the modular construction of this build the cab and front axle is the same (albeit in yellow), but connects to a different rear axle that supports a different body and a rear attachment. Instructions for this version may be found at Rebrickable.com. It features: Steering RWD with fake I4 engine Opening doors Tilting cab Stake bed with removable sides Rear Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) Modular construction With TMA removed. I hope you enjoy.
  4. Thanks! Nope, each truck has a cab/front axle and a rear axle. Both are connected by four identical liftarms with pins and a drive axle; each in whatever length bed needs. Pull the lift arms, and change the axle, and you have a new wheelbase. Thanks, I would be honored if you built it! You bet, send me a PM, and I'm happy to send the parts in whatever file you need. Yeah, I agree about 42203, but I've stopped being disappointed by LEGO sets. I get them if they have potential, and then I give them that potential. I'm glad you like the truck, and I'm happy I got the hood just right. Yeah, I've never owned or built 42024, and I want to like it. In fairness it's so hard to get a skip loader or a hooklift truck to work perfectly. I didn't think about making this MOC into a skip loader, but I wonder if I can get that to happen. Let me tinker a little bit... Thanks again.
  5. Hi All, I have had a number of non-LEGO projects recently, so it feels good to get any LEGO MOC done this year. This simple little project grew out of seeing three Isuzu N- Series driving around my neighborhood one day. One was a lawn care truck, another was a hooklift with a dumpster, and the final was a box truck. I wanted to make a MOC that could easily accommodate each version of the truck, in 1:21 scale of course. The first is a hooklift with a plain dumpster, and instructions may be found at Rebrickable.com. It features: Steering RWD with fake I4 engine Opening doors Tilting cab Working hooklift Rear tailgate Modular construction Tilting Cab Hooklift Function And a video. Enjoy. I am working to finalize the other two shortly.
  6. Good job @Jundis, this turned out great. I like all the functions of the truck, and the crane looks great. I'm interested to see how the fast erecting crane turns out.
  7. Welcome back @Madoca 1977. I hope that you are well, and life is treating you kindly now. It's great to see you again back in this place, and we look forward to more builds from you. Congratulations on this build. It's a great addition to your catalog with smart features, nice capacity, and just the right size. Well done.
  8. Well done @kbalage, and well deserved.
  9. Again, another great MOC. I have always enjoyed your aesthetic language, and your functionality is right where it needs to be. And I'm always here for a tractor! I like the inclusion of the front bucket, and I would love to see more attachments. The trailer looks about 9/10 scale, but I like the simplicity and the functions included. The rake is pretty cool too, as specially with the single action/dual function feature. Great job!
  10. Stunning build! You keep getting better with these vehicles in this scale. Well done.
  11. My favorite is the forklift dumping the whole pallet and cargo into the hopper.
  12. Thanks again for another great contest. I'm sorry I couldn't give it my all, but I'm always happy to participate. Congratulations to all the participants, and to you podium recipients. Well deserved!
  13. Very clean design. I like what you did to access the battery box, and the little wheels on the blade is a pro move. Great job.
  14. Stunning build. I find motorcycles to be the most difficult subject area, and you nailed it. The proportions are just right, and I like the color even if you find red a little boring. I'm fond of the front suspension, and it make the front of the bike sharper looking. The engine details really flesh out the bike's design as well. Also, I love the exhaust. Great job!
  15. I try to post the final photos when I post instructions, but things got off this time. Either way, I have posted free instructions for the Tracked dumper at Rebrickable. Feel free to check them out if you want.
  16. Thanks! I'm glad I could encourage your participation in the contest. I really like what is possible with the T-Rex, so when I have a little more space, I'll put it back on the build table.
  17. Thanks @1980SomethingSpaceGuy, I'm glad you like this little build. I'll get back to the T-Rex at some point, but the low gear was the best option for right now. Yeah, I couldn't miss a contest, even if it's not my best work.
  18. I love the vibe of this build. It's strange and misproportioned in all the right ways. Like a Dr. Seuss machine. Great job!
  19. Mini Tracked Dumper Features: Moving tracks with traction wheel Tipping bed Cab door Opening tailgate
  20. Yeah, life can sometimes get in the way of building. I'm grateful for all the things, and even the little time I can build. OK, the build is not perfect, but it's done. I'll release instructions soon enough. We'll see if I get a video together. The build features: Moving tracks Cab door Tilting bed Rear tailgate
  21. Alright, I'm not going to be able to finish this build in time for the contest, but I have set it aside for later completion. But I still wanted to build something, and contests are a lot of fun for me. And since there are a lot of tracked dumpers, I decided to make one of those, but tiny. I threw some ideas together in Studio... Then I put it together in real bricks. It's a simple design with moving tracks, tipping bed, and a cab door. I think I can get this done in two days.
  22. The size of these MOCs is just incredible. All of my Technic pins are quivering in fear hoping they will not be used in a model so large.
  23. Very great job on this build. Certainly the mechanicals are just as they should be, but I'm most impressed with the patience it must have taken to get all the bodywork details just right. I love the grill, and the details on the wheels are such a great idea. Well done.
  24. Thanks a lot! I'm super jealous. I might have to come visit to check it out. F87 or G87 for you? Color? I'm glad you like the build.
