  1. Great work, especially on the side border and the background volcano!
  2. Great work, that's really a huge castle! And all that slime!
  3. I agree. But after all, it could end up looking better than I expected. Maybe. . .
  4. Of course, there's no way TMNT will be replacing Ninjago, seems like it's just a one-wave theme that will end at the same time as Ninjago (if not sooner. . .)
  5. Good guess, IMO. I've been wondering who the overlord could be.
  6. Thanks for the info, I'm looking forward to some pics! And a fire motorcycle sounds cool!
  7. Great work, especially on the subway. Love the way you did the street as well!
  8. Yes, Bricklink is a good solution. And I do have a friend in the US who ships me LEGOs, so I'm not doing too bad.
  9. I'm glad about the deadline as well, I've got several MOC's "almost" compleated that I'd like to finish first.
  10. Chile, SA (although that's not where I'm "from"). I am located near one of the few TLG stores here, but almost all the products are twice as expensive and no PAB.
  11. Thanks for the non-square idea. That might come in handy!
  12. Well, you guys are blessed to hve a LEGO store with a PAB wall near you at all; everything here is twice as expensive and no PAB! Most of my tan has come from the city farm set and Indiana Jones motorcycle chase sets (yeah, not much!). Anyway, are there any famous Kaliphlin places (like, say, a famous natural landmark - other than the chasm/mountains/volcanoes on the map - or an architecture MOC) that I could make a miniature model of for the gallery of one of my University MOCs?
  13. Mine as well. It's really too bad you weren't able to finish it in time! I love the guy in the water and the entire cliff face!
  14. I believe it has been confirmed that we wil get at least as far as Series 14. (Could be wrong, of course. )
  15. Those look great, especially the first one. Unfortuantly my tan bricks are kept in a constantly low supply as well. But you would probably do something like taht in stone (maybe a bit smaller) and accent it with tan? (And that was my 500th post! )
  16. I would have prefered a historical theme. But animal vehicles does sound intersting.
  17. Beautiful swampy effect! Love the wooden tower as well!
  18. Well, it does make some sense; Ninjago fans won't want to trasfer right away. And it seeems like we'l get the next episode (episode 7) at the beginning of october after all the other episodes replay.
  19. At least that can't happen to me; I orderd three and am hoping for at least one conquistador!
  20. Great ideas! We could use a pen and I love the idea of a pilgrim too!
  21. Yes, it's way to expemsive IMO, the Skeleton motorbike from last year was only a little bit smaller and $10 less expensive (USD). But the blacksmith's area does have some nice parts.
  22. Both of those do sound like good possiblities; while I'm sure LEGO could implement another ninja, it just doesn't make sense to me right now. I would like a golden suit though. . .
  23. That's gourgous, I love the sword on the side and the interior looks very detailed and realistic.
  24. I agree, a lot of poeple find sticking to one thing for a long time tough. So it's only natural that interest would drop over time (even TLG doesn't keep most of it's themes more than 2-3 years).
  25. "Hersbrucker" you used those lava/rock monster arms! I always loved those on minifigs! Is it perfectly fine to give our guild it's own topic, or better not to? (Of course, I understand it must be posted here regardless).
