    FANTASTIC REVIEW RUFUS, I have been waiting for a EB review to pop up and i'm super glad you are the guy covering it. It's fantastic to see the set in all its glory and I love that you have taken a shot from every possible angle possible. The tower truly is outstanding and the dancing,saluting, bendy ent is the cherry on the cake. Not to mention the great figures. I was already going to get this set but your review makes me want it even more. If you get time would you mind taking a picture of it next to another tall set? Just for comparison . Thank you

    Alas, It is true, Do you think we may get them on the 17th along with VIP Orthanc? As long as we get them before the Jor-els run out i'm happy.

    True, Being a minifig man the barge may be one to grab, I would recommend waiting for a sale though (You can get the £120 palace for £80 here now!), Arkham is more than I would have expected but the whole thing really is brilliant, If i remember correctly the set was in ten bags and most of them had a figure in, Also as there are loads of different techniques used in on different parts of the building it always feels like you are doing something fresh, So in my opinion yes it is satisfying .

    Blimey Legodr that's a big list, Thankfully I have have quite a few of them so i may be able to help. Firstly i would recommend Arkham to anyone in the world, I am a massive DC fan as my name suggests but the set is a beautiful piece of kit that has something for everyone (Great parts, Figs, Intense beautiful design etc), In my opinion the sail barge looks Crap very,Very bad so if you must have something SW go for the Duel. Then it all depends on getting one exclusive or some small sets, I personally would go for the small sets as I would already have chosen one big set (Arkham),so would go for all the 3 smaller LOTRs (Black gate, Elrond council and wizard duel) Totaling $100 (I think) (I am in the UK so these are guesses) Arkham $130+ Duel $40 + LOTR $100= $270 So you would get a big set, Your wanted SW set and a selection of LOTR. Plus $30 remaining to either go towards another small set or towards a big set ;) (Just noticed the $20 jango set looks good?) This is just my opinion so feel free to ignore

    Alas no, Not on mine. I have noticed on the back right hand corner there is a small note for Orthancs release on the 17th for VIPs. Other than that nothing

    Hmm, I got the UK S@H catologue today and NO LOTR sets are in it. I am quite sad about this as I was looking forward to seeing them in print. Also all the other summer sets are in ther (SW, City etc) Oh well im sure we will have an official explanation soon.

    Aw that's a shame, I hope I can grab a few while the Jor-el exclusive is still on. Was it you who said they had a dodgy part and that is why they were recalled? Anyway hopefully we should see them back soon...

    Hi chaps, Just out of curiosity what sort of price would you be willing to pay for black gate figures, As I would consider getting a second one and selling the figures, But only if it is very worthwhile.

    Well after thinking about this for a day I am less and less impressed. I have looked over the parts and 99% of the structure I could MOC with spare parts. And the more I look at it the smaller it seems to get. I need to do more thinking
