  1. Greetings Lucky! Are you lucky by name and lucky by nature too?
  2. Greetings Ivan - welcome to Eurobricks! This is excellent news, but I'll warn you... This is how it starts... After you've built all your old sets you'll be wanting more sets to build and that can get quite expensive!
  3. Welcome to Eurobricks Dr Designz! Congratulations on building your first MOC in decades - what do you call it?
  4. Hey sixoh! Welcome to Eurboricks, thank you for taking the time to author a well-written introduction. Have you built any MOCs previously or will this be an all new venture for you... After you construct the modular buildings collection?
  5. Notice how everyone else is submitting their Battle Packs in the Build your own Pirate LEGO Animal Battle Pack - Survey thread?
  6. I'd call for a new mould... A chimpanzee is an ape while a Capuchin is a monkey so physically they're a bit different.
  7. Now might be a good time to mention this is a Pirates Animal Battle Pack, not see how many different animals we can think of. The animals must either fit into a Caribbean/Central America or nautical setting. So only Llama, Jaguar (which is already an option) and Orca (which is too big) are relevant.
  8. Round up of suggested animals Need 1 more vote Baby Shark Seahorse Hermit Crab Need 2 more votes Flounder/Flat Fish Why am I not seeing chimpanzees and Pirates of the Caribbean together?
  9. Instead of delaying the survey for a couple weeks it's quicker to dive in and make people wait a day or two for their suggestion to be addressed. As this is an Adult Fan of LEGO Forum our focus is upon adults. LEGO is also categorised as an "Educational Toy" so if there is animal children aren't familiar with, they can be educated through future LEGO Pirate sets. Each animal needs two more votes before they can be used, but you can still create a Battle Pack based on the currently approved animals. We do? Please provide photographic evidence.
  10. And that gets them enough votes to be added! Walrus Hammerhead Shark Pelican Forgot no... Not got round to addressing your suggestion, yes! It takes time to do this you know? Anyway, Wild Boars aren't really indigenous to the Caribbean and Americas, but there is a type of native pig called Tapirs.
  11. Thank you for contributing but please remember your Battle Pack submission is invalid unless you post it in the Build your own Pirate LEGO Animal Battle Pack - Survey thread Another vote for needed for both of these: Hammerhead Shark Pelican As we are getting a high number of animal suggestions, all animals suggested beyond this post will require 5 votes to be accepted.
  12. You'll need to provide an example of a baby shark because their size and appearance seems to vary considerably, but here are possibilities to base your other suggestions: Seahorse Hermit Crab Flounder/Flatfish Something like that could work! Here is Playmobil's Sea Serpent - still has wings though or are they actually flippers?
  13. You mean this element? I'd think a Sea Serpent would be a bit bigger... 2 Votes for Walrus Then be sure to include them when you build your Animal Battle Pack. It's a mythical creature so therefore subject to interpretation.
  14. You certainly may! We need two more votes for Walrus! Please remember your submission is invalid unless you post it in the Build your own Pirate LEGO Animal Battle Pack - Survey thread using the following format.
  15. Jellyfish have been added! Narwhals are already on the 5 Point Animal list so use them as you wish.
  16. Mermaid = ACCEPTED Good idea! But in an ideal world a new Jellyfish element would be created - maybe with tentacles. Jellyfish = 2 votes
  17. This is what I was thinking! How could there be Dinobots (and Insecticons) on Cybertron? The Transformers needed to visit Earth before they had had something to base these alternate modes on.
  18. Did you design this element yourself? We probably should give credit to the designer if we're going to use it. Right you are... Sea Serpent = 2 votes One more and it's IN!
  19. First I need to remind... Please submit your Battle Packs in the Survey Thread Yes, they would! They just need 2 more votes each to be approved. Three votes! Parrot shoulder brackets are in! Good idea! But once again it needs 3 votes before you can use it, plus your Battle Pack Submission needs to go in the survey thread Also, you may submit one Battle Pack per week in the Survey Thread
  20. MAN! That's brutal! You've made Quirrell go the way of Dooku! Harry Potter is a bit out of my league so I'm not sure what to say about the set, but you've certainly entertained me with narrative towards the end of your review.
  21. It got away from us, but we got it back. You never know - if enough interest was expressed anything could happen!
  22. If you read the first post you'll have observed there are ideas for new animals plus the opportunity to suggest your own. So could you please be more specific when you say "new or uncommon elements"?
