Who said there was a lot of demand for LEGO Pirates? In the official announcement video LEGO Ideas Design Manager, Samuel Johnson says: "It's been super exciting for us to see a real LEGO classic on the LEGO Ideas website and we know that there's this huge demand for such products, and you know, classic LEGO you can never go wrong with such a thing" So that's not quite the same as saying there is a lot of demand for LEGO Pirates, rather he seems to be saying there is a demand for classic LEGO. Unless, I've missed who you're referring to.

Over on Instagram, js_customs581 has submitted this diorama via DM which he built in collaboration with legoarmy1 With the massive rush of White Settlers in the area, the natives in the interior and other surrounding islands were campaigned against by the British to be wiped out. Captain Harding, to prove the worth of his regiment, went and fought about 170 Kai Colo people at Na Korowaiwai. The fight only lasted about 4 hours, with only 8 British Crown soldiers being killed and wounded.

Same set and pretty much the same reason for me! Something about it just sparked my imagination... so simple, yet so so perfect because the set still has enough components to construct a multitude of a backstories as to how Bo'Sun Will came to be on that desert island with the treasure. Was he digging up it or? Or was he burying it?

I event managed to post it in the wrong forum - hooray for me!

[SURVEY] Frontpage News Review: Have YOUR say...
Mister Phes replied to Mister Phes's topic in Forum Information and Help
Thank you to everyone who's taken the time to leave feedback! That's why I've created this survey, so we can determine what the community wants rather than randomly posting MOCs. That's great! I could certainly provide training however my jurisdiction is limited to the Pirate Forum so I wouldn't want to step on the toes of the other forum staff. @Stash2Sixx, do you have any thoughts on recruiting someone specifically to post Star Wars MOCs on the frontpage on a regular basis? When I was posting daily MOCs on the frontpage I was mindful to represent each theme forums as much as possible, depending if new MOCs were available. But at the same time, I'm not familiar enough with each forum to keep up with all the contests and events. Although, the people organizing the contests are responsible for their promotion. -

I was just wondering if anything came of it... and now I've got the information I was hoping for, so thank you.
