Click the links at the top of this message. It will bring you to a German error page. In the address bar change the 8 in there to a 9 and you will be able to see the picture. You may have to search a little bit for the Mataron but it will work.

Enjoy yourself. Welcome to Eurobricks!

These are great guys! Keep them coming! If there are 25 entries or more I will be adding a grand prize that no LEGO moc builder wouldn't want! Be creative and have fun. For those who haven't joined in, try it out and build a monster!

It looks very Gundam except maybe the head. It looks to smooth to be a gundam head. Nice work.

Toa- remember that many of the members here do not speak English as there primary language. xwingyoda, sne, jipay, TT, and many others do communicate in English very well, much better than many of use would do at another language. Sometimes what they write is sort of . . . I will say odd. To you and me it may make no sense but to someone who learned English as a secondary language it makes perfect sense. If you don't get it try to step back and read between the lines. And always look at the smilies if there are any. An odd comment may come off as offensive if you don't correctly get it's intended meaning. Also, it is generally British English they learned which is a little bit different then US English. The complete oppisite is true. Often times you wil say something (slang, catch phrase) that will make no sense whatsoever to the person in Europe. Lets not take offense anyone. This is the best LEGO board for a reason. We are friendly. We can take a joke. We like leaked pictures/info. We are diverse in culture and background. Plus, we like LEGO stuff, which as everyone know rocks!

We like leaked pictures. *satis* I am not in charge here but I am sure that someone at LEGO watches this site and they have already contacted Jipay about the pictures. Don't worry about it and enjoy the pictures while they are here. If they dissappear then fine, I have them saved to my desktop. If they don't then all the better for us to talk about and share them with others.

No that is the size of the fish he caught I think. I always wonder if they are wearing bullet proof gear under the suit.

Welcome Neil. We all love vikings! Have fun and post responsibly

Chozo ruin translation. No, not leet here. I thought we were safe. I thought leet wouldn't come. It is like a sick growth. A tumor like infection that must be cut out of humanity. Too long did we leave it unaltered. No it has infected the very ground we cherish. The defender will come and save us if it is not to late already. We must leave behind ruins and artifacts and all the power ups for the defender to defeat leet. Know this then the numbers are actually a letter that is disguised to look like something else. I fear it is too late for us. Welcome user of 1337. Be nice and post in English though. This is a multilingual board and unless you want people saying things in languages you can't translate you will want to be on a fair speaking ground. Have fun and populate the space forum.

I think the airport looks very much like the newer airports you see in Europe. It is very nice looking and if you add a baggage claim and boarding area you could have a great airport. *satis* The hospital is a little odd. It has the 70's building look with a weird baseplate and setup. If I was into town stuff I would take it off and put it on a normal baseplate and add a garage for the ambulance. ;) I love the sleek look of the airplane. It must have five or six large parts but for a plane who cares. Those 80's and 90's plane could hold like what 4 passangers. I bet this bad boy can hold 20+. And think of the spaceship MOCs you could make with one or two of these. :o Fairly nice stuff. It isn't more police or firemen (mostly). Now next year they can make stores to complete a nice town. We houses (designer), police, firemen, airport, hopital, and now we need shops. A bakery, an outdoor cafe, a grocery store and a toy store. I mean who needs clothes or furniture? ;) Thanks LEGO for filling out town with some nice sets.

CLUES: The Mystery Continues
SuvieD replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Can I examine the chair for recent use and also the underside and legs for anything that may be helpful to the mystery? Does the desk have a drawer of any kind, if so lets oepen it and examine it's contents. Like Darkie said what is on the papers and what is the book? Does the sweater have pockets, if so lets turn them out and examine them? Why is the water not evapoated and did anyone notice if Dorian was missing his teeth? I am sure the body was removed but what about a a report of his condition or his cause of death? Is there an autopsy report? -
This attitude is spreading dangerously on lego fan sites. The pics (and the translated selling points) are meant to sell the items. All leaked pictures are in effect stolen. or at least posted without prior consent. If someone doesn't like leaked pictures don't look. The rest of us will look on with anticipation for the final product. Actually I am surprised it took this long to find leaked pictures. It is less than three months before these sets are in stores. That isn't very far away if you ask me.

They say you can Gamecube games on it. It has a little flip on the side so you can plug up to four GC controller in. Besides what would be the point of releasing a zelda game just a month or so before the Revolution if half of the peole couldn't play it? So it must be able to play GC games. It is free online super smash that I am looking forward to.

I can't say I like them or don't as I am not much into Bionicle. I just think it is funny that people don't want to look at the pictures and they think that Bionicle 2006 is now ruined. I like sneak peaks which is exactly what these are. These pictures are like teaser trailers for movies. Just a hint at what is coming. These aren't the final thing. These don't show the whole product, just one poorly lit camera angle to give a retailer info about what is coming. I really like the way the axe guy looks like. Sort of like a gorilla with an axe. Besides who is kidding who? If you like bionicle you will get nearly all of these even if they look stupid. Why because it is what you collect and play with. Besides even if you don't like them just get the new Exo-Force sets. Those are pretty cool too.

Actually, he isn't directing he is producing it. I usually get confused aboiut this as well but really that means he is in charge of picking the people who will be involved in the film and also getting the script to usable state. they will be incharge of running the movie and its operations but he is not directing it. Meaning it will not look like a Peter Jackson movie but it will have a PJ script, the artists he wants, the actors he thinks work best and the rest of the stuff needed to make it all work the way he wants within his budget. The director will call the filming shots and determine the creative spin they will give it. They will also pick the scenes that they like best and in gerenal give the movie the overall look and feel it will end with. But beside such a rant I agree this can only mean good for what may have been another game-to-movie bomb. This will mean the movie could actually be good.

As you can see I went ahead and made a few alterations to your drawing to help show you what I think you could improve on. If you are going for a cartoon like look then what I say may or may not help you. If you are looking to draw something somewhat realistic on perhaps more of a manga style then this might help. The head is somewhat off for the body as a whole. Not just is size really but in shape. If you go by the size of the head you will need to remember a few things. At the half way mark of the head you will see the eyes and ears. Though not exactly half you will generally see them just above, right on or below the very middle of the head. The bridge of the nose also should start here and end a little above the 3/4 mark. If you look at the red circle you can see where I mean. The "bulb" and nostrils should be entirely located within that circle unless the person has a rather large nose or it is more of a beak like nose which may dip down a bit more. The eyes should have lids for both the top and the bottom. You can see in brown the little movement I would suggest for this. The mouth is very low and too close to the chin. Though this is possible for people to have their mouth near there chin it is usually because the chin is smaller and closer to the mouth. Not because there is a huge gap between the nose and the mouth. I added a few crease lines as he looked a little young with out them. You can see where the upper lip is covered over with the hair and the bottom lip is exposed. The red lines in the face show the overall shape though I think you would see some of the ear on both sides which you didn't have. Another small thing is that your viking has no neck. I don't mean he has a thick neck so it is the same size as the head I mean it doesn't exist. I drew in a little red box to show about where the neck would be. As for the rest of the drawing the shoulder on this fellow should sit out at about the width of the head from the neck. You can see the red line in the extended area where this should go. This will drop the armor down a little and give him a little more girth. Because he is a viking I also added a little extra to the beard for fun. I hope this will help you in future drawings. I am not sure if this is the "better" you were looking for but it is something. As far as your style it is clear that you can draw and make your lines well. the details in the helmet are excellent and the horns attached look quite nice. The overall shape of the head is done well if somewhat cartoonish. The body looks odd due to there being no neck. You should consider drawing in pencil only and working on adding some shading under the rim of the cap, around the eyes, under the nose and near the mouth. If you get a little practice doing that switch back to color and try shading that way. On a final note, unless the cut on his face is just a scratch you would probably see a little bloody cheek bone through there. That is a big cut. Have fun and keep drawing.

I am going to take a guess at this bu by judging from the pictures this years KK2 is a little different than past years. A little while back the summary from the scholastic book was released and it mentioned King Jayko and his new knights. Though I seem to remember something about how he only had two knights. Yet there are four knights. So sit back and enjoy my thoughts if you will. After the defeat of vladek at his castle, his power is weakened and no longer can he control the shadow knights as he once did. Jayko has taken the place of the elderly king Mathias and the older knights have returned to their homelands. Yet Vladek has indeed escaped and is plotting anew! Like Jayko before them, new knights are entered into the service of the code and their king. Two of them to be exact. One hails from the nearby land (insert dorky name) with the unicorn as his standard. The other is from the land of (insert some other dorky name) with the bull as his standard. Yet, Vladek the evil and former almost king of Morcia will not be undone. He goes out and gains two knights of his own, one with a dragon and one with a serpent as their standard. It is a battle royal of the two powerful leaders and their knights which ends in, you guessed it, the defeat of Vladek and his knights. At some point this whole story will have to end. My hope is that in 2007 KK2 will end in the biggest and most powerful storyline yet. Malakee the former magical king comes back and reveals himself as the sorceror that has been using Vladek to try and defeat the powers in charge of Morcia. Vladek has failed three times and now it is time to show the true power Malakee has. He brings out the rouge knights, the gargoyles, the monsters, and Vladek his general to final overturn Morcia. Yet, Jayko and his knights along with all the older knights are ready to face the challange and after assembling the armor of ages (which is the shield, sword, helm, and plate armor) Jayko puts it all on ane has a one on one duel with the sorceror. After a tough battle Jayko wins out with help from Vladek who (just like Darth Vader) is really good inside he turns on his master and helps Jayko put in the finishing blow with the book of Morcia (which the sorceror helped make so powerful). Jayko then becomes the new guardian and uses his power to usher in a new rain of peace in Morcia. Knights save the day and the code is maintained. My hope is that LEGO doesn't drag this out like the bionicle series with no new direction and just a repeat of the previous year with different colors. What do you think?

Welcome to Eurobricks. I am sure you will have fun once the whole mind-board thing gets cleared up. Enjoy your time here and join in on the discussions.

Yes , welcome to the posting side of EB. Have a great time and join in the fun.

If you look at this set you can see something like the battle droid body for the torso, so at the least these robots will have a little movement. I think I like the blue hair more than the green. Either will be nice to have because if you haven't noticed any non-license theme hair part will eventually be made in other colors. I am looking forward to red and especially yellow/light yellow of any of those. Super Saiyan here we come! ;) This is the only theme that peaks my interest out of the revealed 2006 stuff. Very new and even though they copied the idea it is as original as the new Viking stuff. Now lets just hope it selld well and LEGO expands it. Oh and per the translation it says these will be for a good price. I hope that means good in my opinion and not just TLG's. I would like to see the smaller sets at $5 and the larger at $15-20.

I have never read any of the books but I know a little about them. I agree completely that LEGO dropped the ball on this by not including all of the important characters. Maybe they are still making some sets like they do with KK2 and Alpha team, release the main set now and then a few more mid prided sets later. Characters that need to be included are Fleur, Rita and Cedric. It might be nice to get some of the other characters in also, someone like Cho or Ron's twin brothers who have been important in the stories.

I never remember my dreams. But a funny thing happened a while ago. I was looking at the boards here on EB and came across this thread here. I thought it was odd so I looked at the ebay listing and thought it looked okay. I contacted the seller and tried to help them out by giving them some tips on how to make the items seem more inviting and how to get the most money out of it. I mentioned at the end my message that if it didn't sell after fixing it to let me know and I will make an offer without ebay fees and all that junk. A month ago the person asked how much I was willing to pay including shipping (because it didn't sell as it was and they didn't want to relist) and I gave them a number. Well they said alright. So we worked out the payment and delivery and they sent it to me via UPS. It arrived in a large box with a weight of 44.1 lbs. I have spent what spare time I have had for sorting this last weekend and now more so what was in it. Sadly, there was near 2 lbs of clone bricks. But I suppose that isn't much out of 44. I have it sorted into five piles right now, bricks, plates, slopes, minifigures/accessories, and everything else. Funny thing is that this person (who must be old) said the bricks were their childs. I found some 15 or so castle figures and the majority of the Black Monach's castle. At least enough to rebuild it. I also found most of the pieces to a few pirates/imperial sets. But that wasn't were they treasure lay. For truly at least 1/3 of the 44 lbs was all pre 1980's stuff. Old baseplates and bricks with PAT PEND on them. The old acetate bricks are there. I found classic space sets (or at least 90% of them) 924 and 926. Other possible sets in there are 358, 575 (is there for sure), 656, 654, 640, 425, 611 and 659. They may be others. I had never seen in person sets or pieces this old before. The best part about it is that they are all in good used condition. They have obviously been played with but not destroyed or damaged. They have love soaked into them. Countless hours of construction and exploration are found within the little molded plastic parts I am now the owner of. I am happy to own a piece of LEGO history and I am sorry that others only attain such things in their dreams. I never expected to get LEGO that was made before I was. If you ever find some in real life keep a few parts for yourself. Just thought I would share. Thanks Lost Viking for sharing the ebay auction. Thanks LEGO for having a beginning to build upon. Thanks to the person who's children are old and didn't want these treasures any more. Thanks EB for having a place where we can share our wishes and dreams about silly little plastic bricks. Thanks Sne for starting a topic about it all. Thanks to you the reader for reading this far. Have a nice day. May your next purchase hold something wonderful inside it. -Dan

Happy birthday jedi-look-alike guy. Hope you get the LEGO you have been wanting.

Hey that is really nice. I like the look and all the glass this has. It makes it seem very stylish. I really like the way you put patterns in the floor as well. The overall scene makes this stand out as an even better MOC.

This is a Target (US) exclusive I think. It may may a guest appearance at the LEGO brand stores but I haven't seen it anywhere else. Many of the stores are tying to get some sort of exclusive. Target has a few, Kmart has one, and TRU has many. Target also has the Jayko face mask and sword and some other goodies including the Bionicle voice changer if you are so inclined. I love Target *wub* *wub*
