For $80? Skip the fx and buy a couple boxes of the clearence $6.48 ones. That way you and three freinds can beat the force out of each other and you will still have $60+ for new LEGO or a fancy steak dinner or something.

Hmmm, 2 entries for each category so 4 total entries right? And anything SW is allowed? Building I must begin. *yoda*

Welcome to EB.

I must agree these sets are great. The robots are excellent and the little mechs are made well enough. I actually prefer them to the larger ones. These two sets along with the gate make a perfect little setup for play and more than enough pieces to make some nice mocs. I have three of each so you can expect some new mods for each of the mechs and maybe a few extra things. I recuited some rock raider and city figures into the human resistance and have a good sized "Exo Force." I don't really like the huge set coming out later this year so I will make one of my own. Lets Power Up!

I am looking forward to getting 1 or 2 Striking Venom and the new KK2 sets. Maybe something else like Vikings or Batman if it is cool but I will wait and see. Striking Venom looks so sweet though. 7 robots (or more), dark green wedges and plates, trans neon green and black laser gattling cannons and the fact that it is over half a meter wide!!! :oD

I liked the city sets even though I don't buy any city stuff. They seemed to be well built and much better than World City stuff.

They dropped a letter to make it work for the caesars square or what ever it is. Let's first go to the yacht and try the key. If that doesn't work then off to the house!

Very nice viking you have there. It looks like you use water color markers to add some soft color and it worked nicely. The colors are perfect. A very nice scetchy look that is uniform throughout. This would make an excellent finish piece if you ever took the time to make it so. A little more work on the wrist and perhaps a wee bit more length in the legs (unless he is shorter on purpose) would be all you need to make it better. The eyes are good place holders but I wouldn't leave them so dark permanently myself. It looks like you were inspired by the LEGO viking armor.

Welcome costal raider type Danish leader guy. Castle is my favorite too.

Sorted by color, type and size. Each part in each color has it's own place mostly. Many of the larger parts are in plastic shoe boxes with like parts. All my basic bricks are in LEGO tubs unsorted (mostly) and the same with plates bigger the 1x4 and 2x4. So many pieces. *wacko*

I don't even want to start adding. It has to be more than Sne though. I still have 80 lbs to sort. I won't be buying any more LEGO for a while now.

I saw this on BShelf and I was in love with it then. You have been making many new MOC and not posting them. Shame on you. ;) Bionicle talent like this needs to be shared! I like the dragon wings coming out of the legs and the Galidor parts for feet worked perfectly.

You are getting much better. I like the 1x1 rounds for details. Simple yet classic. ;)

Post an announcement on Lugnet and RLSteine the two largest LEGO fan sites. You will get the most response that way. Best wishes for your new store.

Forestmen the sets or the figures are my favorite. They were great for girls or boys to play with. Were more about adventure and the merry life than the war mongering knights. Playful and at times executing punishment to the oppressors of the LEGO castle life. Robinhood inspired and clothed in Lincoln green the forestmen traveled though the forests building well hidden bases and robbing those who taxed over hard. Besides who could think to best Robin with bow or blade? I have outfitted my forestmen with weapons of the wood and will have to get a picture up for you to see them in all there green wonder.

You have brain washed them with you constant inane pirate babel and have confused the populace. They look to you with an odd respect and loathing they can't understand and as such participate in your endless pirate topics that lead to no ending but rather furthered begininnings. You have mastered some freakish thread reproduction similar to a computer virus and as a result many are now relient on the very medicine you give them to fight the virus you created. You obviously took what worked for McDonalds and the inquisition and have smashed them together to produce the abnormal pirate sub culture here on Eurobricks. Thus any and all arguements are made invalid to all those who are immune to such deception and mockery. More to the point, pwnage is a deliberate misspelling of the word ownage that has been popularized by the 10-17 year old online video gaming culture. It in simple terms is a reference to something having the mastery over another something or being of greater value or importance. Slang that connects with the younger generation in terms they will understand due to contextual reference found in numerous gaming servers or forums.

I think because the first did well enough we will get three for sure. LW&W Prince Caspian The Voage of the Dawn Treader (which I think will be amazing if they can pull it off right)

Welcome to EB my friend. Settle in and get cozy.

LEGO SW Mariocart Three x-pods A big roaster The Narnia soundtrack cd -#7 *wub* if you have it you understand I didn't get much LEGO this year. My wife and I decided that because I have 50-80 lbs of unsorted stuff I recently picked up I really didn't need to get any more.

THE OLD Official Eurobricks Straightshooters List
SuvieD replied to The Middleman's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
I would like to nominate Evil Willy for trading some castle figures to me. Well packed and shipped out right away. -
Had you said something a week earlier I could have helped. The only store that I saw had them sold them all. You may be better off just waiting for them to show up where you are at.

Forestmen River Fort. Forestman + fortress = pwnage Eldorado just doesn't compare.

I can't hide my LEGO. How do you hide so many plastic bricks? I finally had to move some of it out of the way and into storage. Most people won't admit to liking LEGO because of what other will say. Everyone who ever played with it as a child can't help but like it. Besides, older people only look at you funny until you ask them about how much some of the toys they buy like big screen TVs, snow mobiles and boats cost. Everyone will have hobbies. I prefer mine to many others.
