Yuppies. Rich, "I like that, I'll buy it" attitudes and this could sell. I seriously doubt anyone who collects LEGO would ever buy this.

I had nine medium (12 inches tall) mecha each consisting of 250+ pieces take a domino tumble off of my shelf down some stairs. 2 survived with minimal repairs. :'(

I never got many of these sets and I remember really wanting the bandits hideout. Never did get one. I like the idea though and the set always looked cool to me. Though it is little wonder as I also like the forestmen and wolfpack sets from Castle more than any others.

Of course not. In 10 years original grays will be more valuable the gold and none of us will be able to afford them. :( I think the new grays look nice. I do like the old better but I am fine with the new ones which won't yellow like the old ones did.

I like this set. This is exactly what a LEGO plane should look like. You still have to build it. It has 401 pieces and when you are done it looks good for display or play. Not the most useful pieces for other mocs but there is a lot to work with here other than the biggest parts. Even the big parts will have many uses I think. This will set the standard for LEGO planes. This is what I see when I look at the wing piece. ;)

You could try offering cleaning services. People will sometimes pay up to near 10 pounds for people to do chores for them for only an hour even. Especially if they are old and can't, lazy or have plenty of money to spend. Yard work, gardening, trimming trees/shrubs, raking, shoveling snow, cleaning gutters (if you are not afraid of heights), walking dogs, cleaning up after dogs, house sitting, baby sitting, play music on a street corner, or paint a fence are all ways you can get some spending money without getting a job. They require now long term commitment and you can perform numerous differt things all in an afternoon. A good job to try for is a golf caddy or newspaper delivery. At least in the US they are easy to come require only a few hours and are usually done in the early morning. Both generally pay well too. As for the EXO Force I am excited to see a big black hair piece in the gate set. I will be buying this set for sure if it is in there.

Less plastic, easier to design, easier to mold = less cost. Maybe for better structure but LEGO is looking for cost saving measures more than quality these days.

Have you seen the pics in the link above? I saw the comics, I didn't see the set tab at the top. I just looked at them now. The preliminary pics had the green haired fellow in the small robot but now the red is shown. I am sort of glad they used the new hair piece in green/red/purple. The blue one in not used more than once which is odd to me. Maybe they will have more later.

Saw a scan nothing new. :( I think the story line is sort of :| It is nice to know that we get 4 different colored hair pieces. I hope they are all new molds. Maybe then they will come in ordinary colors too as LEGO wouldn't want to waste a molds use. I want to see what those other two use for vehicles, the red and purple haired heroes. You need to power up!

Many of the actual stores will have them anytime between now and Christmas. Like last year they won't have many and they will sell fast.

You can do a number of things. Try building your idea with what you have now. This can sometime produce results you didn't think possible. Even if you are not satisfied with your moc you will have a better idea of what you need to fix it. Then go buy the items you want. Large seller who sell in bulk tend to be able to have higher prices. The have better selection, large quantities, and more rare parts usually which of course draws more customers. Smaller sellers just like in real life can't compete as well but often times have the best price on items you want to buy. Try placing several small orders that won't cost too much in added postage to get the parts your require. Or buy stuff from me. I need to sell some and I have a good selection of items from the 70's to today. I will customize your order to be affordable and will ship it too you without any hidden fees. All customs forms are marked used toys so you should never have to pay fees. If you are interested send me a list of what you want and I will add it to my store so that only you can buy it. I will then open the store to international orders and set it up so you can buy. If anyone in can match condition with price on any item I will match their price for you. You can also email the seller you are interested in and ask them to inform you when the have a sale. This could save you generally 10-25%.

And he charges waaaaaay to much for them. If you want a custom ask redbean or kaminoan's. The will be expensive with quality but not over priced.

I don't care what else we get if we can have the imperial guards in all three colors. I want two of the blue in ep 1/2, two of the black in ep 2/3 and two of the red in ep 3/5/6. If I can get some of those I will happy with LEGO SW.

I like it. :) I would like to have seen some light gray included also. Some walls must be white washed you know ;)

How do you run out of flames? I have over 1000 of them. *wacko* Now green, blue and purple flames, that is a different story. :( Maybe just us two standard 1x1 round plates in red. Still round but not gapping holes.

I have dealt with Ed numerous times. He sells at a fair price and ships/packs better than any I have seen.

I really like the way this looks. The horns and color scheme looks very good. Two things I would change. The head looks out of place. It is so black compared to the rest that I think it looks off. The two holes on the forehead look . . . stupid. Maybe use half pins and add some horn there. The other thing I think could use improvemnet is the sword. It is a little small and skinny. Maybe try useing two fire columns place very close together. Other than that I am liking it a lot. Does it pose?

Actually, if people could win more than one prize and I had kept the total prizes at 5 Languages you would have won 3. All the judges liked you monster me and it was very close between the chimera and the cyclops. Cyclops won by 0.2 points. Everyone did well though. The score were very close at the end with only a point or less between every place.

I like the green one, though I wish he was yellow. I think the working weapons for both Bionicle and exo force will be a light up feature using fiber optic cables. Maybe even some sort of laser.
