  1. It's 6:40 in the morning here, and you already made my day! On a more serious note, I think Nick Fury will show up in some kind of S.H.I.E.L.D. mission control or HQ or something. TLG seems to love those.
  2. This is amazing. One of my favourite City MOCs. I love the autumn trees and the gazebo in the middle of the pond. Nice minifig posing, it's very lifelike. Also, I'm going to have to "borrow" that swingset design.
  3. Yes, I understand now. I knew each set came with the mini-comic, though they're usually not that great. I don't own any Marvel sets yet, which is why I didn't recognize the comic.
  4. I'm assuming the link in your sig is the site you're talking about? I wouldn't be sad about new LEGO pieces!
  5. I just need to photograph my entry. I'll have the new version up tomorrow or the next day.
  6. Oh! I need to pay more attention. I thought The Joker1 was saying that the whole set was based on a real X-Men comic.
  7. I always like to see sets being displayed in creations. What comic is this from? Obviously it's an X-Men one, but there's lots of different series and issues.
  8. Yes, they made different figs with the Friends line. However, I said "Change all the figs". I'm also aware they changed all the figs from those 70's ones, but those were, as you said, "stiffy figs". They had no posability. Also, I think TLG has many more consumers nowadays and it would create more outrage.
  9. No way! I now have to go look through my collection, I'm SURE those are from her Lego! Perhaps she received some newer parts from a relative before she gave it to me? My mom was a kid a LONG time before the 2000's. (No offense, mom.) Is there a similar fence from the 70's? 80's? Maybe someone gave her Lego from that time period?
  10. It ended up selling for $666.66! (Nobody mention the devil's number, I don't want a religious debate.) I'm only assuming this is the same lot, but how many people are selling 46 cypress trees on eBay lately?
  11. I agree. Completely changing all the minifigs would surely cause a riot! And I'd be the leader of the riot.
  12. I hope so! A chance to possibly win these for FREE would be great, but even better would be some of the ideas that could come out of it! That reminds me, I need to get back to work on my CMF Series 6 entry!
  13. Did anyone else think of making a stereotypical Italian chef right after seeing Lando's face? That mustache is perfect! EDIT: And the smile, and the eyebrows.
  14. Oh, the things I miss when I'm away at school! I really like this new design! for more poseability! Thank you Lego for making the saddle compatible. I wish the headgear could be too, but I'd rather have the more realistic head so it's worth it.
  15. Awesome! In that case, I'll probably be getting some!
  16. These made me so excited until I saw "UK Exclusive". I'd like them, but it won't be worth the shipping costs to buy them. I hope Canada gets CMF exclusives some day.
  17. Very nice! And the dark green makes a great bus shelter!
  18. Haha thanks! And then you can have minty-fresh Lego bricks!
  19. It does answer my question, thank you! I'm going to have to try this. Another question, do you have any problems getting the stickers OFF of the bricks afterwards? Or do they come off easily?
  20. I'm sure this has been asked and answered many times, but I'd like to know. What do you use for your stickers? Just regular sticker paper, or something else? Thanks.
  21. I use these too. May I ask what modifications you made to it?
  22. Thank you! I probably could've easily discovered that with research, but I guess I felt lazy. I really appreciate it!
  23. This made me laugh a lot harder than it should have, considering the fact that I'm not even sure it was a joke.

Was that supposed to say trails or trials?
  25. Thanks. I think I'm gonna build one scaled UP further to make it compatible with minifigs!
