  1. "Sure, I will heal our party leader." Maurice felt great, this battle was all to his liking.
  2. "Good, now we have a better chance again, thanks to Righteous Light. I will attack the Pirate Cannoneer from the front row."
  3. "There is really no reason to target the cannon, focus on the Seamage instead. I'm going to try and heal myself in the back row, hopefully receiving a Miracle that will help all of us."
  4. "Why did nobody target the Ruffian? I will heal Eric from the back row this round.
  5. 1 plate taller, so the same hight as the 2x2x2 slope that is used as a dress piece.
  6. Wow, Izzy! That is a wonderful build! It has a very large and pompous look to it but at the same time filled with small, interesting details. I really like the bath it self, very natural looking, and I want to point out the flowers as well, great use of the ice cream piece there. All I miss is Moaning Myrtle trying to get a sneak peak at the bathing guy.
  7. I'm surprised that Tamiko is about to get away with a role claim just as Yasu tried yesterday. I really don't believe that she would be a Jester, there is no reason for her to reveal that role as she did. She was already one of the suspects and had a good chance of getting lynched so why would she claim that role as she did if she really is the Jester? The only reason I can see is that she is trying desperately to avoid votes with this, which will give her another day for her and her scum comrades to work their evil. But Ichiro is also looking very suspicious with all this secret talk he has done behind our backs. I don't trust that was made entirely with Town's best in mind and I wouldn't be surprised if both Tamiko and Ichiro is Mutineers. But since we can only lynch one today I guess I should vote for the one I feel is more dangerous (and hope that a vigilante takes care of the other tonight), and that would be Ichiro who seems to have done a lot of manipulation behind the scenes. Tamiko looks very scummy to me but at least she hasn't tried to steer the suspicions and manipulate other players to do her bidding (not that I've heard of at least, I don't know if she has tried that in private). I Vote: Ichiro (Tamamono)
  8. "Oh, I must have been mistaken. I guess I'll go with my first thought then and attack the Pirate Cannoneer from the front row."
  9. "I'll attack the Pirate Cannoneer from the front row! Hopefully my special guard will prevent him from firing the cannon." "No wait, I got rum left. I'll give my rum to the Pirate Cannoneer."
  10. Fun, fun! I've contributed already: Now I can just lean back and watch the rest of the month proceed.
  11. Architecture Month looks like it can be a blast so I fixed my table scrap of Uppsala Castle that I have had standing in my shelf for a while. It's nothing fancy but I thought I should post since it's in the spirit of the month, who knows I might try something more elaborate later on. The construction of Uppsala Castle began in 1549 and was an important place in the time of Sweden's rise to power in Northern Europe during the 16th and 17th century. Pretty soon after it was built it was turned into a Renaissance palace and became an administrative centre more then a defensive refuge. Several of very important events in Sweden's history took place here, including the Sture Murders and the abdication of Queen Kristina. The castle suffered from a fire in 1702 and it took a long time before it was restored. The money for the restoration ran out in 1762 and the planned northern wing was never built (right in the picture). The small thing on the right is a bell, called the "Gunilla Bell", that was placed there after the fire to serve as an alarm bell. I used a Brickarms U-clip to make it, a step away from my purist ways. Reference pictures (I'll try and get some myself tomorrow): Thanks for watching, now I hope to see some architecture MOCs from you too. /Etzel
  12. OoC: Since Sandy didn't mentioned them I assume it's just empty boxes. "Well, I can fight if that is what we want. Going back to the second pier and repair the cannon sounds tedious and I have no idea if we know how to do that, if we will fight I think we should just attack and drive them in the water!"
  13. Yeah, the problem is to know when to stop of course. I guess you need a pretty good knowledge about the person before being able to make something out of that, and even if Manga is my cousin I can't say I know her well enough to predict her actions here. (Don't understand why it would be a scum tell though, I thought it made sense. ) And I do believe we have stronger candidates for today's voting in Lizzie, Maniko, Shiro and Tamiko. All of them acted strangely yesterday with very short statements and not much reasoning behind them. I understand that it can be hard to explain your thoughts behind every sentence but considering the current situation it I think it's best to do as good as you can. Look at what Tamiko said yesterday, for example: Not much of a talker it seems, I would've suspected otherwise from a journalist. The next to last quote is also triggering my sensors. "I'm probably going to get lynched by others for being unhelpful." Yes, if you just give up like that it is a big possibility that we will take you on your words.
  14. Thank you for the review, Siegfried! Great effort from you to bring the model to the real Opera House and do all of those comparisons for us, I really enjoyed that. The set looks OK to me, as expected I suppose. The shell pieces may be the best possible choice but are far from perfect which brings the whole model down a bit. I agree with you about the water too, it should have looked much better with some blue tiling around it to get it set in the landscape. If I ever visit Sydney I would really consider getting this set, but as it is now I don't feel that much interest in it. I feel these Architecture sets are great pieces of art, but considering the price I want to have some personal connection to the building as well to justify the buy.
  15. I wouldn't abandon the double-bluff option too quickly even though it might look too complicated at first. As you say, voting for someone else when we already had Yasu as good as dead seems like a weird choice for the scum as that would bring attention to them. But, when confronted with this they could just claim that if they were scum it would have been a stupid move and therefore they should be town. I wouldn't be surprised if the mutineers try to think one step further, e.g: 1. Manga votes for someone else then Yasu - Looks scummy 2. But scum wouldn't vote so that they look scummy - Looks like town move 3. And with that Manga can look town even though she might be a mutineer who planned that the first scummy move would be easily explained. I don't find it too unlikely that the mutineers try and plan ahead at least 2 steps, but the problem is of course to know how many steps we must count on, which also can vary between the different mutineers. What I want to say is that we shouldn't dismiss suspicions too easily based on that the moves looks too scummy in the first step. I might add as well that I don't think this might be a good base for voting on someone today since it looks like we have several other more likely candidates for that, but I wouldn't like if we too quickly accept someone as a trustworthy Yakuza and then later turns out to be a mutineer.
  16. "I don't think it's anything very important in that crate at the pier, I say we try and sneak past the pier."
  17. And nice picture of the purple torso's back side, I hadn't seen that before. No I really have to get it.
  18. "Well then I guess it wouldn't hurt to at least take a peak through the door with the bronze lock on this floor."
  19. "Oh right, there were no prisoners in this jail." Maurice scans his memory to come up with some alternatives. "I think we should either return up the stone staircase and then the metal staircase, or we could take the wooden staircase on this floor, take the left corridor and then end up here: We could then fight those pirates and continue up to the next level via that wooden staircase. We will end up on the third level no matter which way we take."
  20. Happy Birthday Fangy!
  21. The defend Yasu is putting up is really not the best. I don't really see the advantages of letting her live through the night just because she claims a role. Judging from her action before she made the claim I think it was just a desperate try to turn the tide. Just look at these poor defences: Then comes the role claim and a lot of confusion all over. Some people seemed to accept Yasu's claim very fast and I'm a bit confused over that. I find it more likely that it was a scum move from someone who had failed in previous attempts to defend herself. What really makes me convinced to vote for Yasu is Emi's reasoning here: I think that seems like a very likely scenario and if it's wrong, well then I can just say that I think Yasu made some big mistakes that she will have to take lesson from in the next game life. Besides, I don't think the loss of a Yakuza role cop is that bad, that role isn't that important when we surely have a lot of other useful roles as well. Letting Yasu live and spend all our resources regarding night actions to verify/falsify her claim doesn't sound like the best option here. We should instead let the ones with night actions focus on others to let us get a wider knowledge about our family. So, I'm going to: Vote: Yasu (TheBoyWonder) Scum or not? Place your bets here!
  22. It turned out extremely well, Quarry! Every beast, plant and vermin will flee in terror as soon as they see it!
  23. How many gender confused family members do we got really?
  24. "I might as well take the opportunity to heal Hybros, Erdathcath and myself and then drink a tonic."
  25. I don't understand much here. What is going on?! How will you even survive the night if we don't vote you off, Yasu? Are you counting on a Doctor to protect you? If I had abilities to protect someone I would be very careful about who to target, and you surely haven't made a good impression so far. Damn, I thought we had a lead and could just go to voting. Now I really don't know anymore.
