  1. That is nice to know. Now imagine what people in Vukovar, etc suffered in 20th century! Floods, earthquakes are unfortunately price for spreadind settlements from perfect areas like Mediterranean (ok Vezuc in Italy is not perfect example)... Back to Zetros that is not available here jet (just checked store where I buy LEGO ...)
  2. @Jim since you mentioned flood lights and situation with flood in Netherlands I hope that in your area is safe so you can rest Zetros outdoors.
  3. Tow truck is one of those evergreen trucks that will be impressive vehicles for ever. Since not all if us are mad about jumping into PU train, full manual models will be always interesting; specially like this one
  4. Impressive photos again, nice review. About this set - it is packed with functions (and parts - bunch ifframes and 11 alternate pin beams) for reasonable amount if money.
  5. Very nice photos as usual, review contains everything I wanted to know about this set
  6. Wether I have Alzheimer or @TeamThrifty is not a new member (I hoped that he could find the difference by now)
  7. I think that reviews were mentioned to be published after 15:00 CET; so some 45+ minutes and then counting
  8. Very impressive build you nailed cab, hood and mudguards
  9. Wow one of my favorite sets gets a new life. Looks great
  10. It is well proportioned; looks really nice
  11. ...8285 (tow truck) in 2006, but 8436 was released in 2004...
  12. Well people will always complain; somehow I'm affraid that people have lost any kind of respect...
  13. IMHO the only miningfull thing I can notice (in this review) are shown bunch of 11 beams with alternating pin holes
  14. Perhaps also simpler bigger trucks will appear (68.7 batmobile tires are perfect for 1:15 scale and that kind of scale will be just 2 studs wider than Arocs, working or something similar and simple, but for weeks I try to "repair" XL motor which I plan to power 6 x 2 truck)... Imagine your suggestion (log truck) with total 18 such tires
  15. I have made V8 hotrod few years ago with those tires and 15 studs overall width, so I think V8 (perhaps suspension) with differential and steering would be nice... This could be an inspiration
  16. That means that where I live people save money on tires
  17. White cab is my favorite; but I didn't see raisable axle that has dual, only with single tire. Looks good so far
  18. But it looks to fat (2 studs diameter)...anyway it is possible
  19. Generally speaking cheapest parts are when you buy whole set; very often I bought sets as parts packs, so IMHO it is not bad thinking at all
