  1. I have replied you in original topic about tires, because original had same rim diameter at front and rear, just rear tire is "more fat"
  2. @Jurss perhaps it would be best to use silver champions wheel/tire combo at rear and 42039 (with custom chromed wheel) at the front, so transparent dish 4 x 4 would be good for fog light. Of course I do not know your financial possibilities for chromed parts; it is just suggestion
  3. You're wellcome. I new that similar idea was on something dealing with pc...but nevertheless your interpretation is great IMHO
  4. and I'll pick small battery box for my Unimog tomorrow (it has arrived )
  5. Very unusual vehicle; it looks on the other hand as something out of this World or very futuristic
  6. I understand what you mean (as we can see this on following image)
  7. New more narrow 49.5 tire would be nice, but I'm not an optimist in this case
  8. Interesting concept IMHO it suites even better to some automotive show than to TC12, but it is very original attempt. Really like how chassis is bendable It could be some kind of futuristic buggy
  9. Sorry for late reply, but you can try using 9398 Tires on 8448 wheels ow wheel futuristic wheel. If you use wheel futuristic, you can fill 94.8 balloon tire with 42000 tire
  10. they can slow down user's device because everything what you see on display must be "downloaded" on local disk and must be read into memory in order to display; it is principle of work for every kind of computer, no matter smart-phone, tablet, laptop, PC, workstation... (BTW I'm also old school, but due to my profession I could say that I know something about IT ) You can make your account on (for example) bricksafe.com and you can link images here with appropriate resolution (example 800 x 600)... I do that on my topics and it works very good
  11. That is acceptable then
  12. They look good, but are 43.2 x 17 mm, so I'm guessing they are a bit to small
  13. Just one friendly suggestion; don't use spooler with images because it is slowing up forum browsing on portable machines that are used in countryside due to mobile Internet acces which is grneraly slower than flat which is tipical for city users
  14. Sorry I misread that post, using Unimog Portal axles caused model to be to wide and to low...otherwise model is nice...my is waiting for parts...
  15. It is one of best hobbies you can have and every first step is difficult, so keep building and you evolve from time to time from moc to moc...
  16. @Paul Klop on image where you compared your masterpiece with real thing it looks to me than your model is a bit to wide, or it is photography angle?
  17. Agree. @Mechbuilds congratulations on becoming a Eurobricks citizen
  18. True, but on leaked image it is very hard to tell if rear wheels are double or single...and as already mentioned double 49.5 tires at the back will result the same width like with 62.4 tires (they both are 20 mm wide). Minimum width could be some 16 studs...and with 16 studs width I have feeling that 49.5 tires are to small (it would be 1:20 model)
  19. perhaps you should make steering with beams and not gear rack because gears tend to dis-synchronize steering...
  20. Ir looks very similar (from chassis point of view) to
  21. Cab looks really good and crane is interesting
  22. That could make sense, but as you mentioned let's wait few months
