Systems tractors and other machinery
1gor replied to 1gor's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Thanks buddy. Honestly the major challenge was bonnet - curved and to make form without stickers; just with Technic parts...next MOC will have yellow telescopic boom (but I work on it few weeks to make it narrow enough)...and another one with tatra suspension...- 625 replies

42122 Jeep Wrangler
1gor replied to Ngoc Nguyen's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I had some different idea with Rubicon tires, so I'm working on this model (since it is small it will be all manual)...and harvester issue how to make both tracks and wheel drive still gives me a headache (and of course bad weather for photos since Fastrac is finished and updates for smallest manual Unimog 219 are finished). So I hope that very early in January this Rubicon will be available here -

Then Fendt 5185 harvester is better choice - it has ordinary green colour, or Claas Avero (with lime colour)... -

That (Deutz Fahr 6040) could be interesting for @eric trax since his models are approximately in 1:17 scale Sorry for to much off-topic... -

@JunkstyleGio I prefer with smaller tires I have fond machinery that could use 107 and 56 tire - Deutz Far 6046 https://www.deutz-fahr.com/en-eu/products/combine-harvesters/1194-serie-6040 And it could be made in 1:17,5 scale ... -

This tires look much more suited for this than tractor tires; perhaps we see first modified version -

Perhaps @jorgeopesi could make this one (my favorite V8 Cavallino Rampante)...to go with 42125 -

Agree on both plus we had Volvo licensed sets so there are plenty of original stickers available -

42124 Off-Road Buggy
1gor replied to Ngoc Nguyen's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
You can turn wheel to other side and have connection from beginning...I assume that 6 holes made cheaper mold since long time there is truck wheel for tire 62.4 that has 6 holes... Track width is often problem for my MOCs and main reason for abandoning projects -

V6 crossed my mind because of pictures (of official set) with open hood...what I have learned is that not always top model should be represented Looking forward to your mod
