I'll pin the entries thread, but I have to ask if only official parts may be used? Or can you make customs? If so, what are you limited to? Custom stickers, molded parts, cut official parts, etc?

Actually this is gonna be one of the few non-SW sets that I keep together. I love the playability of it. Frankly, not many Lego buildings looked all that great on the outside, and the main reason to have them was playability. If you want a model, you need to build your own. If I want a model mine, I'll build a huge rocky cliff, fill the mine with supports, maybe a skeleton, rats, and random rocks. I think this is great for what it does, and gives me a real "Legend of Zelda" feeling. It reminds me of a mine from Twilight Princess ;-) I'm really happy with this for what it is. It's a playset, and Lego hasn't been making those much lately. In fact one of the major gripes with SW lately was the LACK of playsets! This at least is a relatively civilian set (sure there's fighting, but it's still a MINE, and not a castle or warship), and that's what we've wanted for awhile. I'll definitely pick up at least one of these babies.

I bet it's a hoax. It has to be, Lego isn't that stupid! They're moving away from sets like this :-X The little mech is just the same old thrown together mess as the smaller mechs of the first generation of Exo Force sets and that large walker? It's a complete bastardization of the Striking Venom (which wasn't great to begin with). If by some chance this is real, I'll be horribly disappointed in Lego. This is worse than the new space sets...oh well, at least they're trying with all the other themes :-/

No, I believe they just featured his work because he they were so impressed by it. Check out his gallery here I think whether or not they'll use any of it is still in the air, but I know many MCNers are against it.

The Saiya-jin torsos were customs along with several others. You probably noticed many customs there, many of which belonged to Nick Great. He has a fantastic Vegeta

I ran a search and came up with nothing, so forgive me if this has been talked about. Anyway I was browsing S@H (window shopping) when I came across a large set of 8 magnetic figs. They seem to come from a variety of themes...from JT to KKI to racing, town, even classic castle! I was wondering if anyone had any extra information on this or larger pictures? I'm sure it's old, as it isn't even listed on the site as new, but it's new to me X-D

Yup, there's a tutorial here, but I'll tell you the short way. For peeron or bricklink, find a picture of the fig you want, right click, and go to "view image". Then copy the URL of that image and enter it in a post like this: [img=http://sampledeeplink.jpg]

Or he could just deeplink to it from bricklink or peeron like everyone else :-P As for my favorite...sure she's a fleshie, but I don't care *wub*
