Great work, Keith. You really make me jealous sometimes with the sheer amount of certain parts you have! I'm glad you ventured into the area of rocks with snow since I really love that scenery and almost nobody makes MOCs of that, perhaps a desert scene next? My favorite part of the whole thing is that medical ship, I'm going into medicine so a med-ship is something I've always wanted to make, and is definitely on my list after the SHIP and cargo ship I'm working on...maybe. It's a really unique design too, which is fantastic, I wonder sometimes about your inspiration. I won't be able to make these weekends for a bit until I get more time to, but I can't imagine how much of a pain this must be to transport, it's huge! Definitely one of your biggest, yeah? Must have a friggin huge lightbox too. Besides the snow, the great med ship, the way you do the rocks, and the grave markers, I wish I got to see more of the large omicron itself (I was totally expecting a transformers MOC though). It looks great, but a little small. Not in scale, but I mean the interior (if it had one) would be almost all hallways, right? Before you bring this, I'd throw in a few small ice flows, or at least make some of the water near the shore ice, it would lend to the realism of it. Thanks for posting it!

Yeah, I've done that to Charlie and Magic too. Charlie will look until he finds an actual ball buried in the snow. Magic will kinda look in that direction, figure it isn't worth her time, and go back to sleep. I've also manager to get charlie inside when it was late with a game of "catch the laser" :-$ Pointing the laser at the ground (never in his eyes of course) I point it in front of him. He follows it right into the house and up the stairs :-D He'll get it one day *wub* Charlie also does this thing...it's kind of sad when you think about it, but when I would be away at college the poor pup wouldn't have anyone to play with (Magic looks down on toys) so...well, he learned to play with himself. Not like that of course, but if he's bored he'll get a ball, and throw it at the ground with his mouth, then try to catch it. He's pretty good too Aww, that picture's adorable *wub* Sure thing ;-)

These turned out great! If you're having so much trouble matching torso color though, why not just try printing on clear waterslides? That way you only need to worry about the details. As for selling them, not a bad idea! Would you be selling them ON the figs though, or just the decals? As for what I like best, I love that arm with the green tat, as well as the chest with the red tat

He'd love you forever :-D I warn you though, he's a big dog but he's such a baby. When he gets scared or just wants a hug, he goes up to the nearest person, regardless of who they are, how long he's known them, or gender, and buries his head in their crotch. Just a warning :-D Well there were 10 more years of regular school, then 4 years of college...so she's between 14 and 15. We don't know for sure since we got her as a little puppy from the pound. I guess you'll just have to find out about that :-| Nah, I don't bite on the nose 8-| :-D :-D Awww

In the end it was between Hinckley, Barbossa, and Legocastlegirl, but I chose Barbossa because it gives me such wonderful memories of Italy! It looks like something that could exist in Rome :-D

I know you've been dying for updates on my dogs :-| Anyway remember when Hinckley revived this thread and I found a picture that I thought was lost of my puppy, charlie? It's earlier in this thread, anyway here's an update! Charlie (and Magic, my favorite who I've had since second grade) got their hair cut and nails trimmed today! Magic loved it (she knows when she looks good), but charlie hated it :-D Poor puppy First Charlie: That's his "Huh?!" face. He's a very inquisitive dog, and understands almost as much English as I do :-D When he was just 5 weeks old he untied a knot when his leash was tied to a chair leg when he was being house trained *wub* He knows how to play people for food real bad too Then there's Magic: She's my absolute favorite and always will be. Despite always being the smallest dog in the house, she's always been the boss (even of the humans :-| ). She's been around the block more than once, and she actually trains a new dog when he comes into the house X-D She starts off by walking up to them, looking them over, then giving them a quick bite on the nose :-P that's my little girl *wub*

Me too *wub* Whenever I use bricklink I can't help but browse for dark green/red/blue. I love almost any part in those colors :-D :-$ I almost compromised them for aesthetics I did? 8-| Well you know better than I do X-D Yeah, that's why I always wanted to use it. Like you saw the entire design wasn't mine, so I do plan on making another small fighter eventually that's all my own design that uses these just so I know I can. I'm about half-done with the main floor, actually. So far the walls are only like 4 studs high and I barely have any of it tiled though :'-( It's taking so long mainly due to the fact that each floor is two layers...held together by 2x2 bricks. I have something special for it planned for the second floor >:-) The whole project is reminding me how far behind I am on my bley collection. Speaking of though, I was gonna PM you. Is there a reason warning lights are typically red in emergencies? Like running lights and stuff, because I'm thinking about lining the hallways with a 1-plate-thick row of trans-dark blue 1x1 plates that could be running lights in case of emergency and just to break up the monotony, but I'd use solid dark blue if the blue running lights don't make sense. I liked yours 8-

That's half the fun, isn't it? ;-) This is a nice little fighter! The first thing that screams at me is speed, the second is the color scheme :-P The general rule is to try to stick to three colors total, though more people are breaking that rule, it's still a bit blotchy. Orange and yellow just doesn't seem to go well IMO, maybe pick one? As for the engines, maybe try building some? Those large SW-molds don't really give you much freedom to do what you want with them :-/ It could give you much more in the way of greebling opportunities since you love it so much :-P For the landing gear I'd either try to find something with a smaller base (those 1x2 modified bricks with the bars are what I'm talking about) or use two droid arms, one doesn't seem like enough support for it. Also, can you shorten the cockpit by chance? it would let you bring the cockpit to the edge of those bricks, and you should be able to do it without compromising anything. Just an aesthetics suggestion ;-) And if you're having trouble greebing, remember to ask yourself what the greebs do. What are their function? Greebs done right look like they have a function, but often times people will just throw bars and things sticking out of everywhere and it looks like that, ya know what I mean? That's pretty old actually, I made a topic about it when I first became a member here :-D I found it belonged to a member of NELUG, it was a prototype skellie horse from at least three years ago. Goes to show you that this stuff takes years to conceptualize

And I appreciate it X-D I thought about that, but if I beef it up too much it won't be able to open from the back...I'm not even sure how to beef it up to be honest :-$ Anything I could put would take away from the functionality of the back opening, in which case I could just slap a honking huge thruster there like in the original. I agree with what you say, I just don't know how to fix it :'-( Any ideas? Well I'm actually pretty happy with the landing gear, but perhaps I could work on it a bit more. The thing about the landing gear is that it isn't a very heavy fighter, so the fact that it's tilted a bit doesn't really bother me...as long as it keeps the delicate anti-grav off the ground I guess :-P And it's hard to integrate something that is strong in an area that small :-/ You mean reverse them and make the blasters the intake and the intake into some sort of blaster? I originally didn't have them there, but I needed some breaking thrusters. I wasn't happy with the blockiness either, and I'll probably play around with that a bit more since I agree with you on it. I think the level of detail for it is fine though, I mean they're just light thrusters, but to each his own I guess. Need to work on the blockiness like you said though because of the way the wings are connected it's actually impossible to do that :-/ What I COULD do is use one of those 2x2 overhang plates to cover the wings...but a part of me wants SOME of this to be smooth and un-greebly. I'll experiment I guess X-D Your little fighter looks like it has a lot of possibility, a really interesting design! Good luck with it and make sure to show us the progress! Well that was Imperial and this is Rebel, they wouldn't exactly mesh that well :-D Maybe in a battle scene though... This will be the fighter carried aboard that baby...four of them (two finished). I have since added 4 directional thrusters and I should take pictures of that though...
