If you're referring to BS accounts, they're already free...

The artwork was untouched, it was just the names that were changed to allow easier identification with the characters ;-) Trust me, I've seen much worse happen to anime, that series stayed more or less true to itself which is becoming more and more popular these days. Hell, I'm still in shock AS finally decided to air Death Note...I guess they were serious about those Bleach ratings :-D They'd never fulfill their Bible Black promise though :-P Great purist customs here, Legofreak! Very recognizable.

Hardship of Destroying Old Mocs for New?
Starwars4J replied to Brickmaster's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Aww, tell him to keep at it *wub* I was a slow started with these...but made remarkable progress. I'll have to show you a mecha I made when I was 10 :-P And yes, it was my decision. Ever since I was little I just can't seem to bear taking my things apart :'-( Like I said I've only started doing so in the past year! Thanks :-$ -
Do red Darth Vader helmats really exist?
Starwars4J replied to Lt. Veers's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I'm afraid they do, for orders of a certain quantity they will do custom orders. As for events, they use parts in different colors for their own legoland MOCs. And I know this for a fact ;-) The extras eventually get out, and onto Bricklink. Rare parts are something of a specialty of mine Edit: ah, you did a phantom edit of your post again! Caught ya :-P And the PaBs are sometimes the overflow i mentioned earlier, and sometimes it's just people who sneak some out. -
Anyone know where this torso is from?
Starwars4J replied to Starwars4J's topic in General LEGO Discussion
You're a wonder *wub* Thanks! And you fixed the broken URL and found a store! -
Why this is in other themes, or rather not in the BSTF forum is beyond me :-D And I managed to snag the largest bionicle playset at the recent TRU BOGO 50% off. Awesome set with awesome parts.

Here's some interesting information Kaminoan gave me via e-mail a few months ago that you might find useful:

I've checked all over peeron and bricklink, and can't seem to find where I got this torso from. I really like it, and want to get a second one in case something happens to this one (it's a sickness :-X ) but I can't remember where I got it! Thanks!

Hardship of Destroying Old Mocs for New?
Starwars4J replied to Brickmaster's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I'm in the middle of studying for finals, but took this time just for you *wub* Warning: they're extremely dusty from sitting on a shelf Here's my first baby: a spaceship that was too small to fit a fig. The first microscale ever, perhaps? And here's my second: I house! Includes a tree to help the environment or something, and a door! I was such a clever kid *wub* :-P I was seriously like 3-5 years old...god that color scheme *wacko* Seeing this horrid MOCs with this photography makes me laugh for some reason... -
Do red Darth Vader helmats really exist?
Starwars4J replied to Lt. Veers's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Yeah, they're not all that uncommon X-D And Chuck, red isn't just to test a mold, it was originally the color used to test for cracks and stress (when you stress red, you get a very noticeable white streak), but trans-clear is used for that these days. So if you see a part in red that's recent, it's probably made for a specific LUG, or event. -
If you want minifig decals, those are currently collected and offered in the Minifig Customization Workshop forum. There's a topic there where you can request a decal :-)

Announcing the formation of The Eurobricks Nations! (EN)
Starwars4J replied to Doctor Sinister's topic in Special LEGO Themes
No problem. Just remember also if you're going to post a pic, to credit the person who built it ;-) As for this whole coalition thing...this has gained the attention of the Empire. A cruiser was dispatched in order to ascertain the level of threat this new force might pose. Due to the distance, it should arrive in a few month's time. -
Announcing the formation of The Eurobricks Nations! (EN)
Starwars4J replied to Doctor Sinister's topic in Special LEGO Themes
All the people mentioned are members of classic-space, as well as the builders lounge. I'm sure you can get in contact with them through there. In the meantime though, best to remove the pictures, as you don't have their permission yet. Also, there are a few things about making your own faction, such as 3vil, PCS, EB (Eastern Blockade, not Eurobricks :-P), etc. Usually that has a running theme such as colorscheme, similar structural designs, etc. Dr. Sinister has done this well as all his machines look like they were designed by the same person. There are many instances of someone building in another person's theme, and it's usually considered an honor. In my opinion it would be best to start from scratch and adopt a series of standards to make this look like one, cohesive army. Here's a nice list of the current well-known factions out there. You'll be able to search them on brickshelf and see their coordination. I think this will help greatly add to the project. -
Yes, that's not allowed either :-D I'm sure that didn't go unnoticed, don't worry.

Not if you keep spamming you won't... Remember that it's all about the quality of posts, and not quantity. Similarly this isn't an IM service :-P Rank really doesn't mean a heck of a lot if you're known for your posts being rather empty. Try to take it easy, okay? :-)

Funny, I didn't know we had Legohaulic or Peter onboard this... -
Nice MOC, though if you could manage some clearer pics I'd appreciate it :-) Moved to the Star Wars subforum

Sadly UFO and Insectiod were the last times they did aliens right (only times too...). That is, of course, Star Wars aside :-P Life on Mars...I hated them. Then again I hate battle droids for the same reason but people like those *wacko* Would it really be THAT hard to get the legs to articulate? Even just a little? :'-( The mission mars are even worse than Life on Mars...their heads are stuck on the body, the arms are stuck at their side, their legs are stuck together, and their back is unfinished so you can only see them from the front! Not to mention that trans green (slightly GitD my megabloks) nature makes no sense, and is just an annoyance. After the lashback from AFOLs I thought they'd switch the aliens for new ones in MM wave two, but apparently not. They even made an impulse with it. Yeah, that'll sell like hotcakes |-/ They can make some great aliens I'm sure, they don't need to look like minifigs, and could look like real aliens...it would be much better for their business...

Possibly just a typo, and he meant 9.99? Anyway I'll merge this with ebay madness ;-)

Moto GP Custom by Figures_maniac
Starwars4J replied to figures_maniac's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Besides getting them printed directly on, waterslide decals are far and away the best option, and you've done it nicely. Some future's floor wax should provide really good protection -
Great coats, Princess Ariana! I've never had any talent with paper accessories, but I've seen some amazing work with this (yours included). The fact that this is paper, and not cloth, doesn't seem to detract from the quality of the work at all!

This is great, thanks for the review...but they're using a new skellie? I thought those were just for the reanimated dead...not just skeletons. Unless that skeleton is supposed to be reanimated? Either way it makes me sad :'-( That marion is beautiful *wub* Worth it for the set alone! And that SW reference is great X-D

Again, Calvin, we're asking for people not to post in the YOC forum anymore, but rather in the themes this would fit in. As such, I'm moving this to the Town forum :-)
