Well, I'm a college student, so money is always tight for us :-$ Yes, I have one on order. I would've wanted to order a second just for the fact that in 10 years this set will sell for well over 10x market price now. I might have to, if I can scrape it together in time. A MISB first edition MF? Think how much it could go for! And you're the second person I know who's going to C4 :'-( I've never gotten the chance to go, mainly because I really don't like CA and will do anything to avoid going there :-P Make sure to bring me back something :-D (enjoy it)

No...I'm pretty sure they're randomly put in all sets of the new wave :-P I don't think they're even making 10000 MF in 2007

Yes, in the new 2007 SW sets, 10000 (not 1000 thank god) Chrome gold C3PO will be placed in the boxes.

Hey Axle, thanks for the review! Would it be possible to get some better pictures? Right now it's kind of hard to see much of anything. As for the review, could you edit in a few more details? Is there anything special about this set? How does the cockpit sliding mechanism work? What do you really like about this set in particular? What do you really DISLIKE about this set in particular? I agree pretty much with your rating though, it's a fun set :-P

Copied your post directly, huh? :-P I was actually gonna make a topic just like this, but thought against it. Great minds think alike :-D Anyway, this whole thing just reeks of Willy Wonka to me. Apparently he runs TLG now. 5 Golden tickets. 5 Golden Droids. I am a COLLECTOR of Lego. Especially Star Wars lego. But I can't afford this. If they do charge me NOW for the MF I'm gonna have to cancel. I want that certificate, but I can't afford that now. And on top of that, the sets are all super expensive for next year, and now this?! I'm sorry, I just can't keep up. And on TOP of that...just...I can't even afford the BL prices for this. I can't afford the prices for the C3PO. I want one of the chrome ones, but I doubt I'll even get that. The solid gold ones? Expect to pay upwards of $5000US for one of those babies on BL. Of course I may be severely underestimating the price :-| And to end, a quote from Family Guy

:-D :-D :-D Absolutely great. When I first saw this was a comic I rolled my eyes, as many of them are just lame. But this was absolutely fantastic! The slaps were done very well :-D The whole thing was, and I'm not even a fan of Exo-Force! What a wonderful sense of humor you have :-D

*sigh* I'm a Star Wars collector. But those 5 14K C3POs...they'll go for way more than I could ever hope to afford. And I'll never win it. I won't even get the gold colored ones :-/

... I mean... What? That Sith Infiltrator...it's the first set I think I'd get in the SW line solely for parts. It's just pathetic, the original was a hundred times better, and I never liked the original that much. And the Black Hole trooper gone? Wow...bad move. People would've bought a lot of that set just for the BH troopers...ugh, depressing

It should, just try right clicking on the image and going to "View Image" or something of the like. As long as the link ends in .jpg
