I'd really love LEGO to make, say, lions (as seen in LEGO Batman: the videogame), penguins (I really the brick built ones, though), and I fully back the idea of making pigeons. ) Cats and birds will be mostly welcome, IMO. ) Good day, gentlemen! )
-
Indeed, it is! ) What a beauty! I guess we may hope, gentlemen, that it's only the first set in a row of mid-scale starships! Imagine all those opportunities to make relatively-not-big starships! From CW to Civil War eras.... The kids will love to make space battles, and adults to see it on displays! ) I'd love to see some Confederate mid-scaqle starships! ) Good day, gentlemen! )
-
Indeed. ) Thanks for answering, everything is correct. ) Oh, you'll see them (and more!) soon, pretty soon..... Here's a teaser picture, gentlemen: He-he! ) Good day, gentlemen! )

Here's my dwarven army. ) Since I really like them in LEGO, I decided to divide them in some categories: General pic: Gunners: Light infantry: Miners: Hammerers: Heavy infantry: Dwarven lady and Head of the Banking Clan: Good day, gentlemen! )

Thank you! ) Fabio, pardon? )

A good review, indeed! ) Still, I guess, the pictures need more text and descriptions. For example, it would have been nice if you'd mentioned about a printed hull of the swamprider. Or about a design of the hovercraft (wich, for example, was new to me, when I bought the set.) Nevertheless, please do continue your reviews with our small suggestions! ) Good day, gentlemen! )

Perhaps, your character is a Gothamite? ) Or became one as he grew older? ) Thank you, dear friend! ) I hope that soon I'll find time to use some of them in a new comic story. ) Coming up next: Gotham vehicles and sights of interest. ) Good day, gentlemen! )

Puristness in the Maxium Power Omega Zone!
The Penguin replied to Zepher's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
They look pretty sinister to me! The true face of the Reoublic! ) Well done! ) As for the face, (if you pardon me for answering for you) it's Asajj Ventress from the back. ) Good day, gentlemen! ) -
Pardon for cuttin in, but I'm afraid I have to disagree with you..... First of all, not all minifigures cost more than the set itself. It's only with that hysteria over Batman now. I'm pretty syre the prices will go down. Second, it's much more usefull to buy minifigs, if you are a minifig lover (as me, or Sandy as far as I understand), and most of the time the best minifigs are in the biggest sets. Why should I buy a whole set if I really need only one minifig? Third point, some good BrickLink shopkeepers may offer you a discount if you buy several. like I get with Battle Droids! ) Now, pardon me for offtopic! ) Comrade-villain, may I also suggest you add some text with explanations under the pictures? For instance, Batman sets have lots of interesting and unusual techniques and detais. ) Nice review, once again! ) Good day, gentlemen! )
-
Moreover, it came only in this set. Like Croc, Two-Face, Ivy, Nightwing.... That's why the prices are rocketing now. ) Good day, gentlemen! )

A very nice SW MOC! I won't be critisizing much! But the way you did a burning falling clone is great! Blast the Republic! Good day, gentlemen! )

Thanks for a nice review! ) I really loved the set back then! I got 5, I guess, and it was awesome little Batman set. The Catwoman minifigure is great and I love the head. ) Please, do continue your reviews, but as said before, I suggest you should make the pictures a bit bigger..... Just for us to enjoy all those awesome batman sets! ) Good day, gentlemen! )

The Theme you most want to Be in.
The Penguin replied to Peppermint_M's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I think it's a great topic! ) Indeed, I guess everyone, at least, once or twice wanted to live in some actual theme. As for me, when I was younger, I really adored Adventurers theme, and sure wanted to be with von Barron! ) (Damn, I still love that theme and wanna be there! ) Now I would preffer Batman and City (as one). Guess why? ) And Castle sometimes, perhaps. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) -
Thanks, MarcusV3! ) It's mostly his own fault! Good day, gentlemen! )

Thank you! ) I also love them, types taken from reality. ) Great minds go together. I was going to post my not-yet-deconstructed vehicles and buildings. ) Thanks a lot, comrade! ) Thanks a lot! ) Oh, you are welcome! I'm glad that I managed to inspire others to create something, no doubt, great! ) Thank you very much! ) 2, I guess, the rest of the minifigs were purchased separately. ) I was wondering if anyone wuld notice. ) In fact, this head is given to him intentionally: he represents a communications officer with that nice golden speaking device. ) Why so? ) Yes, I also like that boy to the left ( ). As for the head, indeed, it comes from Speed Racer. Taejo, or something like that.... Though I don't find him weird. A pretty useful flesh head, in my opinion! You are very welcome! ) Let's just say it was Joker's acid flower, shall we? ) Good day, gentlemen! )

Thanks a lot, Patriot720! ) Well, I do buy City sets to use them for my Gotham (You can see some of the mocs and mods on this forum!). So, I'm working on it! Thank again! Trully a pleasure. ) Yes, you are right. I thought I saw it somewhere on Brickshelf, but it was you who posted it here. Credit given. Thanks! ) Good day, gentlemen! )

Gentlemen, as promissed, my Gotham citizens..... Hope, you'll like them! ) Gotham SWAT forces: GCPD pilot cops: GCPD officers: Gotham streets hooligans: (Credit for the second on the left goesto Skinny Boy, who has kindly reminded me that he was the first to build one. ) Gotham gangsters: Gotham villains' goons: (Easy to guess who's who's!) Gotham upper class ladies and gentlemen: ( ) And now, Gotham prostitutes female: And male: TV news crew and popular singer: (Betcha' Never! ) Gotham National Bank personnel: Now some generic Gotham citizens..... Fish merchant, community workers, telephone workers and others.... Generic group: Generic group 2: Generic group 3: Oh! How am I going to put them all back into the box! Hope you'll like them! ) Good day, gentlemen! )
-
Thank you! ) They are all easy to make, so you should have no trouble having them! ) Good day, gentlemen! )

Indeed. The Galactic Empire did not appear in one moment. Palpatine, just pushed the Republic into the wrong direction. And it willingly sunk in violence and hatred. Still, this particular story, is over. But I assure you, if you allow me, I'd be glad to show you what happened next with some of the characters! ) Good day, gentlemen! )

"Oh, the horror!" *in voice of Ziro the Hutt* That topic really makes me feel bad! Since I tend to buy lots of same sets for my SW collection. Say, 10 AATs, 5 HSD, several Hailfire droids, 2 Ahsoka fighters (2 vultures), 2 DGS, etc.... Good day, gentlemen! )

Thank you very much, professor flitwick! ) Oh, Roxie and three Penguin's bodyguards may be seen in TNBA (The New Batman Adventures series). If you wish, I shall be glad to tell you more in pm. ) Wow! I didn't even have time to answer, and you are banned! ) Thank you, barry, anyway! ) Have a good time in Blackgate then! ) Thanks. This is the exact color I used. I shall post them as soon, as possible, gentlemen! ) Thank you for your comments, gentlemen! )

Thanks a lot! ) No, this story is over. I, guess, no need to show what happened during the bombardment of the entire city.... But if you like this story, gentlemen, and will allow me, I may make another one on future. ) Thank you, friend! ) I'm glad you liked it! ) Yes, all CIS forces are mine, the Republican were borrowed mostly from my friends and relatives. ) My pics are meant to be dark. ) Not that I cannot add some light to them, but I just love the way they look. ) Not this one, perhaps, but who knows? ) Thanks a lot, djo! ) I'm glad you liked it! ) Thank you! ) If the second sentence was a question, than no. I don't think so. Can a great CIS-lover have enough droids? ) Thanks a lot, Spyder! ) I may make smaller stories in future/ Thank you for you high rating! ) Thanks for your comments, gentlemen! )

Thank you very much, friend! ) I think that I shall be able to post them this weekend. ) Yes, thanks a lot! ) Great work, Sir Nadroj! All credit goes to him! ) Thank you very much, Asuka! ) They are also among my most favourite figs here! ) Thanks a lot! ) Indeed, it's Mr. Freeze. Like with the third girl, I can never remember the correct spelling for some reason! ) As for Riddler, you just take a minifig's hook (hand-one), cut the stick and glue it to a standart "wand-stick". ) Thank you very much, TheBrickster! ) Since my childhood Ive been dreaming about Lego having a Batman theme (I'm a great Bat-fan, as you may see ), and, god, how glad I was when it appeared! So that euthoria is still with me. And with all those awesome new City and Indy sets..... They simply are made to be used in my Batman universe! ) Thank you, barry! That's one of the most unusual comments I've got! ) Thank you very much, Bricks! ) I'd love to show you my Gotham citizens part. ) Thanks a lot, friend! ) I'm glad that at least someone else remembers who Simon the Pieman is! Perhaps I should also make his girl with that weird russian accent! As for the beard, it was BrickLink, I don't remember the exact location of the item, but you can google something like "custom hairpiece", and you'll get it! ) Thanks again! ) Thank you very much! ) Good day, gentlemen! )

Gentlemen, after a long time, I finally present you the final part of my comic story! At first I wanted to divide it ino two parts, but then realised that it should go as one big concluding part. ) Hope you'll like it! Thank you for your time, ladies and gentlemen! ) Any general comments? P.S. I also apologize for some mistakes that may appear here or there. They are done unintentionally and mostly are "slip of pen", if I may say so. )
