Hybros keels over, and removes his kerchief. Black liquid spills out of his mouth, the color of his digestive fluids mixed in with some tree leaves he ate back in Freeport. He hadn't felt this sick since his first exposure to surface light... Aw... belch... I pay my blood for these pellets and this is how I'm repayed? Blech... hack hack... ugh...
-
Hehe... good results for the she-elf, why not me? I'll pop the yellow pellet.
-
Yeah, that sounds fair. It shouldn't be too hard to keep track of, either, since health and level are updated after each battle anyway.
-
Hm, I suppose we should distribute them. You can decide how you want to do that, Cronk, but maybe people who haven't fought yet may find a better use out of them.
-
Well, is there anything else we can do? I can refuse to fight, right? Not that Hybros cares about hurting his allies if it means his survival... Oh, so that's what the note says... hehe... maybe we should plant them?
-
They must mean something, and hopefully they'll become useful in the future. Or maybe this note explains it, hehe. I'd like to read the note.
-
Are you stressed?
-
Okay the, I'll crawl through the small opening, and explore the tunnel.
-
Okay then, I will go over to the skeleton, and try to comfort him and discuss with him any means of escape.

Here's just an idea for the Barbarian job trait: what if they regained half of the health the were missing? For example, a Barbarian's health after a battle is 8/12. They're missing four health, so they would regain half of that and their health would be restored to 10/12. IMO this would be a fair compromise since Barbarians would be nearly indestructible if they gained full health after each battle.

I think I should try to talk to the skeleton, and Jess could try to approach the lady over there. Yes?
-
Sorry I'm late to the badwagon, I dozed off... Like I said earlier, the choice is clear. If Heng turns out to be innocent, then I don't know what to do. But it's our best option, who else would we vote for anyway? Vote: Heng Lewly (Hinckley) Oh, and Freudian Slip, anyone?
-
Day Four, Shift Two 1. Red Devils 2. Saline Infusion Janie Beeswax 3. Horse Tranquilizers 4. Downers Heng Lewley 5. Strawberry Dust 6. Powdered Rhino Horn 7. Magic Beans Sassy Cooter 8. Black Beauties

Agreed, if we have to choose basic job classes, why not advanced ones? Although I'm sure Sandy has a good reason. But I still can't wait for them to be fully revealed.
-
Oh, that's right, I forgot about that. Then they're still useful anyway.
-
Great, thanks Sandy. Hopefully this will balance things out now. Since the Barbarians no longer need bedrolls, do the Rogues get to return any smoke bombs?
-
Hm, well I suppose I was wrong yesterday. Sunny wasn't helping herself at all by not getting her story straight, and that's a shame since we if she did, we could've lynched our first scum a day earlier. I suppose we all know who to vote for today then. Unless someone has a better idea?

I understand what you're saying, but perhaps you should have clarified this beforehand. Everyone is assuming the enemy's special ability does normal damage to three targets. Just because the Ranger class's Triple Shot does power+level doesn't necessarily mean an enemy's does. You didn't state otherwise anywhere, which is why people are confused.

I'd like to say that I am really enjoying watching these five quests run at the same time. All are run by different hosts, and all are doing a great job. I was worried that no one else would step up to the plate after Sandy's first three quests ended, but I was dead wrong, am enthused to hear that more quests are well on their way. I really hope to see this enthusiasm continue for this game. I may even have to think of some ideas for a quest of my own, once I understand how to go about creating one, of course. As a side note, playing this has really taken me back to the days of playing one of my favorite games, Lunar Legend (I think the Lunar series was mentioned in here before by darkdragon).
-
So I guess we lynched a fellow townie? "That's seven"... seven townies, or seven o'clock at night, our bed time? I will wait for confirmation from Frau in the morning. Werewolf anyone?
-
Zepher, just to let you know my character's health is wrong. It's supposed to be 13/13, not 14/14. I miscalculated somewhere.
-
Wait, so how do you expect anyone to believe you if you can't get your story straight? First you conveniently come up with information that you "forgot", then try pass Scully off as an investigator? Unbelievable. I was pretty much set on voting for Heng, but now I've become very doubtful of you and your claims. Is it possible that you're just trying to juggle so many stories at once, by chatting in private with your scum buddies and even manipulating Kelly? I'm afraid I have no choice but to change my vote. At least we know that one of you is lying, and if you turn out to be town, Heng will be lynched tomorrow. Unvote: Heng Lewley (Hinckley) Vote: Sunny Day (Sandy)
-
I don't have time to say much more, but for the moment I will place my vote on Heng. I might change that later on, but I'd just like my opinion out there. Vote: Heng Lewley (Hinckley) The arguments from both sides are convincing, with Sunny and Fishboy's evidence, and Heng's counter-evidence. I don't know what exactly to make of all of it, but I'm leaning towards Heng for now.
-
It does seem suspicious that Sunny conveniently "forgot" an very vital piece of her argument until now... I'm off to go take a nap, and think carefully about the arguments being presented. I don't know what to think right now.

It sounds good, but not as much when you summarize it into a few words like that. My advice: keep the quest specifics to yourself until it's time to fully introduce them. As long as you know what you're doing, your quests should be fine. Responses for asking if it is a good idea shouldn't affect your ability to host, so IMO, don't ask at all. Especially if you got put down by a comment like "no that's dumb" and it could've turned out to be a great quest.
