Actually I think all four could work. Also I do find it interesting that Classic-Pirates.com doesn't get an ambassador past 2014 since it's more or less a part of Eurobricks, but BioniLUG gets its own ambassador in 2015 yet it's even more of a part of BZPower than Classic-Pirates.com is to Eurobricks...

I skimmed the article because I knew I wouldn't care to read it, but at the end it says "Go upstairs, find a book, and pour a cup of black coffee", as if that's any more productive than exercising fine motor skills through building with LEGO... At least building with LEGO is a way to express creativity as an adult, which is probably something the author of that article doesn't do enough.

Same. I think the only reason it wasn't reddish brown in the set was since that hair piece doesn't come in reddish brown (yet), they didn't feel like there was enough of a need to mould it in a new colour for one reason or another.

Aw that's a shame. I feel like it would be best to continue it. I can't see why the Eurobricks Ambassador wouldn't submit it for us.

Now that you mention it, I think a Lotus coupe rather than formula one car would be cool, especially an Evora or similar.

I think it'd be a very cool idea for a LEGO reality show. I look forward to seeing more details about it.

I think it's too early in 2016 for them to release a set and to sell it for very long. I don't know, I guess we'll see.

Personally I just wish the partnership lasted until 2016, which would be the 50th anniversary of LEGO's partnership with Shell. Hitting that milestone would just be a nice thing to see, since it's one of LEGO's oldest, if not the oldest partnership LEGO has. A redesign of set #325 (the first LEGO Shell set) would be awesome, like they did with the Town Plan several years ago.

And there are various professional rendering software you can use also. It's not perfect, but you can export from LDD as an LDR, open the LDR in an LDraw program, and then export it as something like 3ds, which you can then import into something like Mental Ray (what 3ds Max uses for rendering) and then get some really awesome renders, better than what you could get out of POV-Ray.

Ohhhhh Kids Fest. I went in 2013 and they didn't give anything out then.

I messaged the seller on eBay. In his response, he stated it was from "an official Lego event". No idea what that would have been, but at least we know it wasn't canned. Seller is in Virginia too. I don't remember any events at any of our LEGO stores here in VA that gave out exclusive things...

The set number (5002125) is legitimate and fits the set (500xxxx is exclusive polybag minifigures, and the next number up, 5002126 was Super Heroes as well).

That'd be cool. If LEGO could get licenses with Red Bull in any way whatsoever I can imagine a lot of cool promotional sets that could happen as a result...
