In my experience some retailers have sets out before they show up on S@H. It doesn't matter to me since I only buy LEGO on sale. The only exception I make is battle packs for my kids.

Where did you read this at? I've done a lot of reading and searching and never read anything that confirmed this, just a lot of speculating on a lot of boards. Nothing official to confirm either way why things ended the way that they did. At this point I just want to know for myself. Nothing is going to change that TCW is over. I'm not happy but I've moved on. I'm looking forward to the ST and all the new SW material it will bring. I want to see new ship designs in LEGO form because after almost 6 years, I'm tired of seeing edition after edition of the same vehicles.

This is a LEGO forum so maybe some of you didnt realize that the plug on TCW was pulled after Season 5 when additional seasons were planned. There's plenty of discussions on other forums for hardcore SW fans that cover this so I'll drop it.

I was being sarcastic. For the people that are really into Canon and what is and isn't EU, Is TCW and now Rebels considered EU? I always thought EU was something that didn't come directly from Lucasfilm. I apologize in advance for my ignorance on the matter.

Since Disney has taken over, they have dismissed the EU, TCW, and to some degree the PT. That's a lot of fans and they are catering to one group of SW fans now. Don't worry, by the time LEGO gets to the 4th, 5th or UCS version of the Ghost, it'll have a better interior.

Do you have a source on this? At least I'm looking forward to May the 4th this year.

I guess that makes us in the USA very lucky since we are not limited by the "limit of 1 per household" restriction. I'm curious to know how much LEGO makes during May the Fourth. The way I see it, if they imposed a limit, it would hurt their sales.

I personally think it's way too early for leaks of SDCC exclusives. Plus, I don't believe any of the LEGO SW SDCC Exclusives have ever been a polybag minifig.

The majority of sets come with movie/tv show minifigs. We can do without another one.

Very interesting choice if this Darth Revan polybag is true and indeed the May the 4th promo minifig this year. Seeing that Darth Revan doesn't fit into any of the LEGO Star Wars sub-themes, this is indeed a nice little tribute to all the EU fans.

I really hope you're as critical of Rebels as you were of The Clone Wars. I won't hold my breath though.

Honestly you didn't do anything wrong. I've followed this thread and it looks to me like some are quick to judge without reading all the facts.

I'm too tired/lazy to search for the original UCS Falcon re-release rumor but I don't recall a rumored release date, just that someone had a credible source. For an updated/new UCS Falcon to succeed, I believe it would have to be as big as 10179 and have a similar piece count. That similar piece count would translate into a higher MSRP than 10179. I hope I'm wrong though.
