You are in Australia, yet you are still so updated? Actually, the usual outlets such as BW and ST are all out as well. You are correct on the promo price.

Location: L13 (Majestic Tower, Aldresgate, Odessa Region, Black Knights Kingdom) As the trio entered into the Master Pent’s study room, they sat down at the round table. Master Pent request Lord Calvin to summaries the recent happenings. He concluded the happenings in Ravine Tavern, Dromindur. Lee’s platoon was assigned to Lord Dragonator, moving forth to Dragon Keep to retake the Capital. The ambush instigated by the Black Wraith Demons in Oldennock. Lastly, the Dragon Stone which was given by Lord Dragonator. Lord Calvin finished his explanation and reached for his pocket. He took out the Dragon Stone and presented it to him. Fernando exclaimed and said “Your journey is indeed full of adventure and nasty surprises.” Master Pent poked Fernando, requesting him to calm down. He took over the Dragon Stone from Lord Calvin and examined its exterior. He smiled “Lord Dragonator did not disappoint me. This is indeed the Legendary Sacred Dragon Stone, kept by him in Dragon Masters Kingdom. I need to prepare the rituals for it and it will need to take some weeks for preparation. Meanwhile Lord Calvin, please keep the Dragon Stone secret confined within these walls.” Lord Calvin nodded his head and asked another question “Master Pent, is Kenneth around?” He replied “Kenneth and a couple of new friends are somewhere in the Odessa Region. They are carrying out another mission.” Lord Calvin understood and permit himself to be dismissed. After he left, Master Pent looked at his dusty shelves and said “Now, where did I put the Book of Dragon Secrets?”

Hello all Eurobricks members and Town Lovers, Today, I will be doing up the second item in the SHELL Promotional series in 1998. Three out of the eight promotional sets are under Town theme. The second in the line is the Divers sub theme which is promoted in 1997. Divers is an excellent sub theme which provide superb aquatic sets that can be used in any Town or City set up, and provide aquatic caring environment as well. There are many real and exotic creatures such as Sharks, Swordfish, Stingray and etc. Divers are one the best themes ever that was released in my "Dark Age". It's a pity that I only had this small lovely set. I am sure other members will expand your horizons with their other reviews as well. Name: Divers Jet Ski Theme: LEGO System / Town / Promotional / SHELL Year: 1998 Pieces: 22 Minifigs: 1 Price: USD$2.00 An image of a 2536, Divers, Jet Ski Diving sequence on! With a diver in place, she is ready to explore the deep blue sea and in search of aquatic creatures in the ocean. Opps, did I mention that she is a female diver? Another glimpse of her without the mask on This set practically provides the equipment that is actually required in a diving team. Her Jet ski is really very lovely with its red look. There are so many reasons for me that makes me drool over this set. So little piece count, yet straight to the point with good playability and fun. <insert that tiresome argument> pieces? I took off the lovely red dolphin printed part which is a wedge with 6x4. It is quite big and I had never seen it before. I had checked with Peeron, and show that this piece is only exclusive to this Promotional set. I am glad that the divers dolphin logo is printed instead of sticker which had made it so valuable. Looking at the Divers' logo, I believe Divers are advocating protection on the dolphins or illustrate care and concern like a dolphin. Meet the Diver and her aquatic equipment I simply love this mini-figure very much, especially when this is a female diver. You don't see female citizens that much in a highly populated male population in LEGO Town or City. The diver torso has a logo printed on it, with a small dolphin. Below it, there is a gauge meter which is supposed to monitor the depth or the oxygen supply? I am not a diving expert. As for the rest of her diving equipment, there is a white scuba tank, a pair of yellow flippers, diver mask and a yellow speargun. IMHO, this is a very complete diver set which has complete inventory, especially for a promotional set. A close up look of the Jet Ski without the diver Look at her, preparing to make a dive-in Good bye! I am checking the sea to make sure it's is in healthy level To summarise, this is a very impressive impulse set. I was very lucky to have retain this set in a complete piece. Glad to see that I am checking out the great things that I had missed during my dark age. The entire set is lovely with practically no flaws. If you find any design flaws or anything that you dislike, please tell me. Summary review Playability: 9.5/10 (High playability involved, especially when you used it in your sea and coast) Design: 10/10 (Very very simple design. For a promo/impulse set, it's reasonably good) Price: 9.5/10 (A very inexpensive set based on the 1998 pricing. Great way to buy a cool ski jet) Overall: 9.7/10 (This vehicle is almost practically flawless. Get it if you managed to see it) I gave it a "5" based on my Review Score Card. What about yours? Hope everyone of you enjoyed reading this simple review of mine. Comments and Critics are strongly welcomed. Pictures can be found in My Brickshelf (When moderated)

I thought I had commented this review long ago. Too much of Brickster's reviews. Public Works Center certainly sounds quite nice to me. To me, this set seemed to be a construction site entrance, office and storage. It defintely offer lots of playabiliy. With this set up, it can easily blend into any Classic Town with that lovely road baseplates that has Lot 1 and 2 printed in front of it. The construction vehicles is pretty neat as well. As for the dump truck, the front section looks a little bare but the back and intersection looks awesome. The interior office has simple furniture for the admins or foreman to do their work in the cool air conditioner, avoiding the scorching sun. Outside seemed to be the reporting area for the workers to clock their cards. Garage seemed to be an uncommon sight these days, especially with its shutter. In fact, I am pretty fond of these shutters as it provide a much realistic touch in it. The best playing features in this set is defintely the crane and the sifter. You could use the crane to lift some bricks from the ground and transport it to other point such as the sifter. The sifter will process the bricks and drop into the dump truck, ready for land transportation. Despite of the set's age, it has actually showed how much fun you could have by playing it with different possible combinations. No doubt about it, I am going to give it a "5". Thanks Brickster for this review.

Inertia, the custom elves are really very cool. The battle scene is very nicely taken. Just love these different angles. Keep it up. The troll's hammer sure look big, much bigger than Hinckley.

Am I considering my own retrenchment? I was hired recently. Shadows was just suggesting to find an assistant for you. Edit: Shadows, we answered our replies in the same time twice in the same topic!

Outstanding train set. The LEGEND of the entire train series, is the Metroliner. This is a "Super 5" set. The color, design, minifigs is just so perfect and lovely. It resemble the trains which we see on our rails in our daily life. I can't find any flaws on this at all. The only flaw I noticed is my mistake of not able to buy this set at all. In fact, I had never seen this set in the shops before in my entire life. There is another set fufil the criteria above, which is also a well known LEGEND. It has 12 minifigs which is the 10159 City Airport aka Century Skyway Airport.

Since when you begin to do hosting?? It must be the Mystery Castle disease infected by Shadows and Staudie in EB News Presents. This is a very good attempt. The pictures are a little dark though. I believed you did it in the night. Will this stint be a new production by Cpt P.B? Oh, try not to type Staudie name wrongly. He can get pretty grumpy and naggy.

You sure keep your collection very well. It must be your past experience that had nuture you to be much careful. It's sad to hear that you had lost your entire LEGO Collection. I am very glad that you managed to stand up again and leave the Dark Age behind. Your army collection is really very impressive. As a minifig collector myself, I am always amazed by the numbers. Hope you will tide through your crisis and may things be much better. I do face the same problem as you, as my girlfriend impose embargo on my goods.

Gen. Knowledge, outstanding supereme Imperial Army of the Empire. The last time I had ever hold in awe was Bonaparte's Napoleon army. It's really impressive. I am very sure you are able to fufill your dream by completing your goal. Do you always keep your armies on display? How long did yo take to acquire such a huge army? I, myself is an army builder for medival age. However, I am still not ready to show my display as it's still look quite a small army I am glad you enjoyed EB experience so far. Although past discussion are rich in content and quality, but there are still good discussions lying around in here and the rest of the forums. Do take your time and explore.

Location: L13 (Eden Gardens, Aldresgate, Odessa Region, Black Knights Kingdom) Lady Kristine leads Lord Calvin and the rest of them to Majestic Tower. Upon arrival, Lady Kristine went towards the Imperial Guards who is on duty. She asked for Master Pent’s location and they told her that he is at the Eden Gardens in the center isle of the tower. They rushed as fast as they could as Lord Calvin carrying Samson on his arms. Master Pent stood there and saw them appearing one by one. Lady Kristine and Lord Calvin walked forward and placed Samson onto the bench. Daryl ran up and sat beside him. Master Pent asked “What is going on?” Lord Calvin replied “Red Valiant Force was ambushed by Black Wraith Demons in Oldennock when we are on our way home from Dromindur. This boy, Samson was possessed by the Black Wraith Demons. I suspect that he was under possession.” Lady Kristine added “He is Daryl’s twin brother. He is the one whom was missing at the Green Valley incident.” Master Pent nodded his head and request the rest to step back as he try to strengthen his weakening pulse. A magical enhancement was formed and ray of gentle blue light shone upon him. Fernando flew down from the tower above and added “This boy must have suffered much mortal pain. Otherwise, Pent won’t be using rejuvenation at all.” Lord Calvin threw a stone at Fernando “Come here, you silly owl. It’s had been a long time since I last saw you.” Fernando showed a fuming look “You could have just called my name. You don’t have to throw a stone at me to get my attention.” Suddenly, the enhancement begins to lower its power and advised Lady Kristine and Karen to bring Samson to a resting chamber. Daryl followed them, making sure that his brother will be fine. Master Pent went up to Lord Calvin and Fernando “Both of you, come with me to my chamber. I want to talk to you regarding Dromindur.”

I thought the Mega Mayan Temple was your largest MOC ever? Now, this is a much bigger scale compared to that. I had not seen Penguin for a long time as well. I wonder where he have been? The lounge layout is very nice with its black and white facade, illustrating the Penguin style. The wordings are done very nicely on the front. Overall, it gave me a cold feeling. Brrrrr. What I love the most in this MOC is your penguin fountain. You have done very well with your SNOT technique on the fountain. The penguin statue is really very lovely. Somehow, it reminded me of the Penguin King. The entire building is really very nice. I think you have done a very great job, once again. The best part is by placing all of your Batman minifigs and the rest of your cast which is on your project. It's nice to see almost all of them into this Lounge for some cool drinks. More importantly, this is a place for villians' haven for them to crack their head to pin down Batman. One part of your design in the Lounge which is the single seater that is on the left and right of the fountain. I am not sure why you let them sit individually. Are they supposed to watch the Penguins ice skating peformance in the fountain?

SirNadroj and Ricecracker are the greatest contender in round 3. Both entries are really outstanding. To me, both are you are winner. In the end, my vote goes to SirNadroj. The deciding factor was Fabuland and his arena reminded me of Kung Fu Panda. SlyOwl, I voted for "Maybe, but with different rules".

Another great interview! Morgan, it's nice to know more about you in this interview. You are clearly those backlogs real fast, aren't you? You helped Shadows to input his?

20004 Indiana Jones BrickMaster Exclusive Review
WhiteFang replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Licensed
Nice review Hinckley. I just got mine as well by paying quite a high price for it since its exclusive to US. However, I had not opened it yet and I left it in my friend's car. I gave it for an above average for that cool little jeep. For an exclusive BrickMaster set, this is certainly one of the best vehicles I had ever seen. I like its construction built. If this is ever released in the main stream, I am sure it will be a hit to get a small sized Indiana Jones set. -
I am really speechless by the construction, just by looking at the box art. It can take it apart as well, and has more bricks ever than UCS MF. TLG sure make their sets bigger than ever. It certainly looks very very impressive. In addition, I am not sure if you guys had noticed about the prices on the top left hand corner, using hand written. The currency reflected, I am not sure what is it. It seemed Death Star is accepting $4500. While the Taj Mahal is accepting $2000. All transactions are in cash. Orders are now accepted.

Bernd, thanks for showing your support and interest on this Classic Town reviews so far. The decal of his jacket with the two stars, has been seen in 4 sets including this. The rest of it are 6337 Fast Track Finish, 6334 Wave Jump Racers and 1189 Rocket Boat which is available from 1996 to 1999. Hope this info helps.

An ancient set revived from KimT's collection! Just take a look at the box art. This is one classic space minifig pack which deserve high rating, and I gave it above average. I never had any of these classic space figs before. If TLG could ever released this again, I am pretty sure I will grab multiple packs without a glimpse. You need to build your space agents/astronauts with a little bit of accessories added to explore the unknown space. I love this pack very much. Thanks for sharing!

This is one cute little toy tank. From the first glance, I thought it was a "real" toy tank. This theme is very surprising, and coming it from you certainly adds in lots of creativity into it. Look forward to see the rest of the TOYS.

Holodoc, nice work! You sure have drawn well, especially on the face. I thought it was a decal as well. Maiq, could you tone down on your fonts and put it in a constructive manner? You are not putting it across effectively. Thanks WhiteFang

Skipper, thanks for doing up all these SW Reviews. It certainly had given me some valuable insights on these sets especially on the Snowspeeder. It kind of making me regret to pass off this set. However, I had bought the hoth base instead but had never built it. I am just wondering if the snowspeeder had any difference? Keep up the good work and always strive your best to make each upcoming review a better one.

I am very sure that Pirates will be one of the new themes in 2009 Looking at the pirates merchadise appearing such as the Ice Cube tray. The recent craze of possible pirate minifigs. All of these are signs.. A sign to tell us that Pirates will be hitting the shores next year or mid next year. It is possible.

Hello all Eurobricks members and Town Lovers, Today, I will be doing up the first item in the SHELL Promotional series in 1998. Three out of the eight promotional sets are under Town theme. The first in the line is the Formula One "Race Car". This is a very small set, which is equivalent to the current Impulse set series which was released in the early 2008. This Race Car is the remnants of the vintage design of the typcial race cars in the 1980s. Can this beauty outmatch Formula One? Name: Formula 1 Racing Car Theme: LEGO System / Town / Promotional / SHELL Year: 1998 Pieces: 29 Minifigs: 1 Price: USD$2.00 An image of a 2535, Formula 1 Racing Car Let the race begins! This is a mini-replica of a "Go-cart" vehicle, that circle around in the racing tracks. In fact, most of the race vehicles used this design for its "Grand Prix", dating as early as 1980. You can combine a wide array of race cars and placed it together on the roads, as many as eight to twelve such race cars. It won't even clog the roads, unlike Speed Racer sets. With its sleek red facade on the front, I am sure he is determined to out win the rest of the drivers. Simple engine These are the engines that fuel its horsepower at the rear. The rear "wings" is able to tlit upwards and downwards slightly. Being Number "1" The printed tiles is the best parts in this Impulse set. First of all, this is a printed piece. Secondly, it's to tell us that this driver is leading the way with its number "1" car-sign. Maybe, that's the reason why his torso has stars on its gear. The driver sure looks cool and confident with its black shade and red helmet including black visor. See you next time! Vroooom!!! Summary review Playability: 7.0/10 (Not much playability involved, except adding it to your race cars collection) Design: 7.5/10 (Very very simple design. For a promo/impulse set, it's reasonably good) Price: 9.5/10 (A very inexpensive set based on the 1998 pricing. Great way to buy a cool red race car) Overall: 8/10 (This vehicle is a "nice to have" kind of vehicle. If you are interested in racing or go cart, this is the set for you.) I gave it a "3" based on my Review Score Card. What about yours? Hope everyone of you enjoyed reading this simple review of mine. Comments and Critics are strongly welcomed.
