  1. Helen, you think I'm scummy in every game, and just about every time I'm town. I was gone Day 1 and brought forth that information way back when we were asked by God to help him out. You helped me out with the phone bolding well after it had become clear that lynching Derek might not be a great idea, so I left it since my vote wasn't counted. I was able to follow along but never had time to REALLY get involved. I admit I think you're town, you have your classic vanilla town "blame everybody and see what sticks" thing going. Which actually makes me feel good because I was conned big time in our past life in the Nordic hills. But seriously, what is up with you today? Claim to Helen, everybody else has.
  2. How do you guys like my new hairdo? Princess Leia's hot, right? Now who wants some of this? Leia never got laid with that hair, but I think I can. a) Why do you automatically think we lost 2 pr's? Because there was only 1 kill last night? My guess is the vig decided not to kill, seems to be the trend these days. b)I don't see a reason why he would have lied. c)Not to me, Scarecrow isn't very monster-y d)There could still be a correlation like game 1, but I have no idea yet. It seems we have both though due to some of the claims. e)I think it is just storyline as the Nurse was supposed to be a Monster Nurse, so I would have reason to believe that she would naturally be up to no good f)No. The note makes it pretty obvious. Wierd scum kill? No idea. Maybe she claimed to the wrong person. Did she talk to you? g)Sure looks like one to me. What???? This is how I see it. Pretty obvious scum kill due to the letter. Roman Commander is the scum killer, no need I guess for black figures this game. He makes sense, too, with his sword, so maybe there still is something to our figures. As to why we didn't have the other kills, not sure. I can see why the Vig would not have killed, but the SK has no reason to not kill, they don't care who dies. So it's possible that individual was blocked since God has told us there are independents here. I tried to vote from my phone but couldn't figure out how to bold. I was around when the Starfish bandwagon was going, but it looked like the same arguments against him as you were getting, so it didn't make sense to vote again since I don't like voting for people if they claim. I would like to make sure that person is lying first. I'm back in town now and will be able to be much more active from here on out.
  3. Folks, I'm sorry I have been very absent so far, but I'm out of town here on day 1 and am doing all this from my phone. It's been very hard to follow what is going on with the limited amount I've been able to read. I agree that lynching Derek is very risky, but also feel if there were even a decent amount of non-monster monsters, we would have heard by now. Maybe they are in fact pr's and don't want to claim, I get that. But at this point, Derek seems to be more of an outlier than anything. I don't even think my vote counted since I can't figure out how to bold in my phone.
  4. We definitely need to test our monster vs non-monster identities and since it appears we have an outlier already, nothing to do but go after it. Vote: Derek Polanes (darth potato)[\b] Not having much luck voting since I'm stuck on my phone out of town.
  5. Won't share? Sad. Anyway, lots of talk about hair and catty activities, we must have an abnormal amount of estrogen around right now.
  6. We've been here how many hours and I still have yet to hook up with anyone. I wonder if Henry the hairbrush is available?
  7. I got it. That was well done. As for Lord of the rings sets, I would be surprised if we got any information at the toy fairs, but if Lego threw us a bone I wouldn't complain.
  8. Good to see Henry the Hairbrush is back as well.
  9. Lacey Davis here. I've been standing here on the corner for hours and can't get picked up. What's a girl gotta do to get laid around here?
  10. I would buy, at minimum, 10 cases of these if they were to exist.
  11. 1.) What is your favorite monster minifigure? Zombie 2.) What period of time in history do you find yourself most excited to learn about? Incan Empire 3.) What experience do you have with mafia games? 6 games now I think 4.) Favorite moment in your own gameplay? Don't think I've had a defining moment yet 5.) Will you be committed to playing this game and being not only active, but keeping track of time with night actions? Yes, for the most part. I would love to play, but I will be out of town in San Antonio the week of the 20th, so I would like to sign up as an alternate or if you are needing players. I will still have my phone and will be able to follow along, but my posting abilities will be lessened a bit. So if I'm needed, I'm in. If not, no hard feelings, I'll play next game.
  12. Yes, I did not get the joke until after you had explained it, and it made me come off a bit bad. This game was full of excellent players and showed me just how much I still have to learn. You guys are so good at picking up little nuances that I don't even see. This game is so overwhelming at first when you're trying to figure out the allegiances of 20+ players, but as it gets going, you start to figure things out. I think this is why I'm suspected as being scum in every single game. My hats off to Hinckley especially, I was pretty fooled, I was sure you were a Town role player since you weren't your normal loud accusatory self, and I say that in a complimentary way. TinyPies, excellent game. From the wierd roles that you put in the game to keep folks on their toes(I think everybody can agree that they said "WTF!!!" when the double kill happened), to the excellent photography and story telling, it was great.
  13. Picked up Tower of Orthanc from S@H and got it down to $90 after gift card and VIP. Can't wait for it to arrive, but it's backed up a few weeks, along with about half of the website.
  14. Jarni told me he trusted Finn simply because he thought he was town from the thread Day 1. Nothing more, nothing less.
  15. Yes, Jarni was able to see who his target targeted. He used this information to confirm me Night 1 and I'm sure Finn knew this information as well.
  16. If you know that I'm town, then why would you vote to lynch me? Vote: Finn the Squinter (fhomess)
  17. I would like you to find where I said this. It might have been a theory thrown around a long time ago, but it's been pretty obvious the last couple of days that Jarni was a scum kill, and you were the one that ratted him out. I find it highly unlikely that you were framed, as you had been hardly mentioned during the day, so why would you think that you would be a target at night? You've been very quick to try to implicate me at every turn, and guess what, it's not going to work.
  18. The only sorting out that was done was figuring out what Jarni had told Finn and I and to see if there were any differences and if we had told anybody our information. We both knew what Jarni's role was, we both said we hadn't said anything to anybody. I knew I wasn't lying, but it appears Finn was as the only other option was that the scum got lucky Night 1 and role copped Jarni or killed him on a whim. Which do you think is more likely? I get a strong sense that you're trying to save your buddy, Ms. Godmother.
  19. I find it interesting that you and Patrekr keep bringing this up. If you're town, I think siding with him on any issue would be pretty toxic as just about everybody lists him as a suspect for being scum. I know he's my #1 for tomorrow for lack of doing really anything and he keeps fishing for info. Since I know I'm town and never even brought up Jarni's name to anybody, I know I am not a source of a leak. My personal belief is that you're town, and also not the leak. I believe that he was either role-copped by the scum Night 1 and then subsequently killed, or they got lucky with their target Night 2. I have no way of knowing either way. Dagstyrr, thanks for making my decision easier with your last gasp of air. Here I thought you'd come out and explain your situation, but instead just flailed and attacked.
  20. Dagstyrr was on my list already for being quiet, though that's not necessarily a crime. Making a foolish claim to the wrong person, however, is. Maybe it's fitting to the name. Vote: Dagstyrr the Fool (Darkdragon)
  21. My top three would consist of Patrekr, Baulf, and Dagstyrr. Patrekr really hasn't offered much to the conversation at all here or behind the scenes as far as I know. The other two mostly for the extreme quietness. I know Baulf is normally like this, don't know about Dagstyrr. I'm also still not 100 percent on Wilhalm either. Maybe someone else can further verify his claim today.
  22. Excellent news today, about time. Once we're able to regroup and figure out exactly what happened last night, I think we're going to be in good shape to nail down some more scum. Freaking Wary, I went after him Day 2 about his behavior on Day 1 but let it go. Looks like first instincts right again. Glad we were right about Def as well. Patrekr, why again did you feel that Dufa didn't deserve your vote?
  23. Going to go with the night results and Vote: Dufa the Godless (def) Naemr, I sure hope you're right about this. We cannot afford for this to be wrong.
  24. "If I had to choose a scum team, it'd be Fugazi, def, Nemo, Palathadric and someone else (Bob?). It's implicit that I think you and fhomess are townies. I am concerned that Palathadric immediately jumped to watching/tracking Wilhalm (WhiteFang) when you said someone should confirm his claim. If I die unexpectedly, fhomess could have been taking me for a ride, so keep an eye on him." Finn, I pretty much got the same thing. He stated more than once that he trusted us both. This was his quote from a pm. (I'm not sure how you make a pm copy/paste look good like you did it, maybe a more powerful Valhallan(mod) can help me out with that)
  25. Well, last night sucked. Gofraid being loyal confused me a bit. I had penciled him in leaning towards scum. Nobody can honestly say that they knew that guy was town. Sigrid, well, I had assumed quiet Town, and was right. Jarni being Town is no surprise as I had been in contact with him quite a bit. Even more unfortunate for the town, he had a role to play in our success. I'm going to hold onto information that I know for now as I would hate to divulge anything incorrectly and at possibly the wrong time. I also know who Jarni had been in a lot of contact with other than me, so I will be interested to see what he has to say today. Keep in mind, Jarni trusted him, but Jarni is also dead today. Also, I know that Wilhalm was not protected last night, since that seems to be a hot topic of conversation right now. I will be back in a bit, but I need to continue to help my village dig out from the recent snowstorm. I've been at it almost non-stop since yesterday morning, but will be around in a little while. I'm hoping if I do this right, they'll give me some horns for my helmet. Maybe a coat, too, this little red shirt doesn't keep out the cold very well.
