  1. Cursed has always been rolled as the max health is restored after the Remedy is taken. It'd be way too overpowered otherwise.
  2. Extremis. So excited to see the hex battles back!
  3. "All right men, follow Lady Ellaria's division Northeast!"
  4. Arthur also signals ready. Going to be doing renovation work this morning and livestreaming Minecraft this afternoon (I'll toss a link in my sig once the stream's up if anyone's interested). So if anything needs to move on, don't hesitate to order around my troops, Chrome.
  5. "Oh, believe me, I will give them an epic speech first chance when we meet them. And they'll have exactly ten seconds to make good on it." Arthur glowers darkly.
  6. "That reminds me, Lady Ellaria..." Arthur passes Ellaria one of his Nostrums, and she drinks it.
  7. "Whatever we do, we ought to do it quickly." Arthur prepares to follow Nerwen's plan.
  8. "I possess a Diamond, and my friend De'kra has told me stories of a Hero of Light who could use Light-elemental energy to create false images and illusions. I believe I understand enough to duplicate that Hero's efforts."
  9. Arthur simply strides over to his division and states, "With me."
  10. I want to like this post, but I'll have to settle with "agreed".
  11. "I don't know. But one of them seemed...familiar, somehow..." Arthur looks troubled, but says nothing more.
  12. I'm still impressed that you and I came up with the idea of the Pandemonicon independently, at the same time, without any communication whatsoever.
  13. "As I see it, only the Dwarf would have any use for this lot. Consider yourself lucky, Wineghilm."
  14. Of course, for the Dwarven Norsemen, fighting a tree is usually enough to grant that.
  15. OOC: Just in case it's not clear... Arthur and Elerylian both follow Nerwen's plan.
  16. Yeah, I called that way back on Day 3 or so...I couldn't say anything about it, because it was from info in my role PM, but again, lose-lose--Lyren and Nuitan are two of my favorites amongst Sandy's characters (just behind Chesterine Zeigfried, Bellanotte Shadeaux, and Byblos). No, it was fhomess.
  17. Aww, I wanted Thalion! (Though I really can't complain, considering that I'm still waiting on sets and will likely be continuing to do so until 77 is over. ) I do have that really conflicted feeling about 85, though--I'd really, really like to get on it if it's at all possible. Perhaps storms on the Crystalline Sea could delay the departure of 85 by a few weeks? I think Boomers would enjoy what I have in store for the Cathedral, though I should warn that it's another open-environment Quest like 72 and 77--though unlike those two, it's less about "where do I go to advance 'the' plot?" and more about "which characters' plotlines do I want to follow?". If you recall that writing project you recruited me to about a year ago, it somewhat borrows that form of plot development. I wouldn't dream of trying to compete with Scuba for you, though--Strivvi is just too hard of a hitter to try to go up against.
  18. So sad I have to miss Byblos. :(

  19. Shadows. Didn't you read the Byblos bits? It totally wasn't our fault, we weren't in control of our own actions.
  20. "Today the Pogs will pay for the sacking of Haddon and the raid on Eubric! Today, the murderers of Triad will face justice! TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO DIE!" Arthur's shouts could be heard as far as the Marketplace, even ringing out clearly over the clamor of the blacksmith's forge.
  21. This was something I wanted to bring up in-character, but couldn't because of the game mechanics and needing to keep myself from getting killed. Kharybdis, Calico, and their core deserved to die, simply because they were advocating a literal genocide. To be honest, that's what I was expecting and wanting when I signed up. I knew the game would be Mafiesque, but it turned out to basically be full-on Mafia, and I was disappointed by that.
  22. Noooooo--! Don't think we'll be done by then.
  23. Yeah, which is why I literally hid EVERY phase when a Town leader didn't order me to attack. That was the way I was playing, actually--I figured if I was totally townie in my actions, but then someone decided to (and managed to) bump me off, it would throw some of the less-experienced Townies for a loop. Also, Obelix! Why didn't you convert to our side?!? Now I see why Sandy didn't let me go Regulator for Level 30--I could have switched teams and ended the game all on my lonesome.
  24. I believe it's still done by Quest, with an alphabetical link index in the first post (a la Hero Statistics).
  25. Damn. I legitimately lost the reply PM to a bug (the PM editor likes to eat my PMs sometimes, and since there's no auto-save... ), and I honestly just forgot to try again.
