I originally created a square rigged sail, but my brother told me that a triangular would work better... About the steering wheels: my bad I didn't really build it with an example beside me About the sailors: they got a bow and not a rifle And they are supposed to wear another hat (an armada helmet), but those are stolen by some new Wall Guards recruits... Edit: Also eastern ships had more often a triangular sail, so that's why I followed my brother on this one Like I said, I do have to admit I let my fantasy work and didn't looked to real medieval models on google

You really created your own building style and that is what I like the most! The waterfall and the mill itself are truely a masterpiece! On a general note to all the Avalonians: Maybe sometimes you have to build MOC's of buildings who aren't looking like they are almost crumbling down. Members from other Guilds may start to think that there is no one building in Avalonia that is good maintained

I am not really a big fan of how you did the pavement in the first picture, it kinda looks like the earth is splitting open... But that's the only remark I can find, both the first one and the second one are absolutely great for such a small MOC's!

Historica is still an unsave place. Nobody knows what really happened to Victor Revolword and there are still groups of HoC-soldiers raiding villages. But in these dark times, Lord Damaximus will be married with Lady Julia Xavier, daughter of the Consul of Morastia. The marriage itself will be in Morastia, but there will be a big celebration in Mpya Stedor as well. Lords, celebrities, kings, troubadours, traders, ... from all over Historica and other places in this world will come to the city. Needless to say that in order to guarantee everyones safety, a lot of soldiers will patroll the city and the walls. As Mpya Stedor is also a (very rich) port, a lot of people will come by ship and they will all have to set anchor in the Ghuba-Ya Biashara (the bay in front of Mpya Stedor) . So to guard these ships, Lord Damaximus ordered some very fast and strong vessels. The flagship of those vessels is The Amazon. To add a little more prestige to it, the captain of the ship is nobody less then Admiral Bostoximus. Together with Henry The Sailor, he is teacher at the Mpya Stedor Naval Academy and is specialised in naval warfare. The captain of the naval troops is General Ivoximus. I was trying to make a slave-sloop for in my city, but while constructing, I saw the opportunity to make finally a nice vessel If I had the right bricks, I would have done some things otherwise, but based on the collection availabe, I am really happy with the result I know the background could have been better, but it are exams for me, so I prefer spending my breaks with Lego instead of creating a nice background C&C is ofcourse welcome!

Isn't that typically Avalonian? A lot of talking while the only thing you guys can do is sitting under or just hugging a tree?

Kai and Nemo were first to help you The are based on a race in a game, but I don't know exactly what game anymore (maybe google can help you with that) And on a general note: that's why us members should keeping the Wikia updated every now and then. It is a really good job of ZC to attract all those new members, but they should have a resource (the wikia) where they can find all the information about past events or other characters people It is more fun for them if they really can jump into Historica and they are informed about the most things

I think we will be able to transport 1 yes (maybe 2 if you can convince Admiral Bostoximus to put 1 in his room) But I think he will be more a patrolling vessel in the Ghuba-Ya Biashara

So I planned to build some kind of vessel on which the slaves will be sold in my city. Well, now I really wonder where the Nocturnus I will have to place the slaves as it is becoming a real seaworthy vessel

I can ask Angeli if he wants to contribute all the information about the Drow on the Wiki. That should be no problem I think @my dear friend with the long ears: Mpya Stedor lays to far for the lazy Avalonians, so it is not that surprising that we got better relations with Nocturnus then with Avalonia! @Cpt Nemo: I don't know exactly anymore who the admin is. I think Scubacarrot. But be carefull with what pages you want to delete (especially if it are Kaliphlin pages we do like lists because it is easy to find something on it )

I was thinking about the joust MOC of Brickington @Legofin: A nice way to know some of the history is reading the GoH wiki :) http://guildsofhistorica.wikia.com/wiki/Eurobricks%27_Guilds_of_Historica_Wiki There are already 150 pages, so maybe reading it all at once is not that a good idea :p But if you want to know something for example about a character or a city someone of us is talking about, you can most of the time find the information on this wiki :)

Great idea ZC! But what about the Drow? They still live in Nocturnus even if they are banned from the diplomatic theatre. Every now and then a messenger arrives with paintings or news from there. Can't there be a way to get them involved again? I am not talking about unban Angeli, but maybe some other way to let his contributions count? And what about Mpya Stedor? As a long time ally of the Drow and some other Nocturnians, it would be a shame that they were pointed to the opposite side just because I am from Kaliphlin? There is a difference between a white bear (as in polar bear) and a brown bear (as in wilderness bear). So I still think it should be based on the colours more than on the herald itself. I am doing difficult now because I always said this guy was from Nocturnus as his colours represent Nocturnus:

Honestley, I kinda agree on this one. But then again, we are with so many members, it would be hard to really find a consensus. And also, the guildleaders are the ones who led this to such a succes, so maybe we have to trust that they will develop an even more succesfull second chapter! I do hope they listened to the ideas we provided in the last weeks! edit: and we still can take-over Historica by force

Great layering of the ground! Especially with the mud/earth section! Also nice minifig posing! But... Seriously, Mitgardians and Avalonians are sometimes too sure of theirself! Always with their "never beaten" and all that blablabla I mean, Mpya Stedor has a world famed champion (Sir Ereh Ahn Roblaw). He fought at tournaments most of you Avalonians and Mitgardians only could dream off. But I will never say he is the best of Historica, as he can be beaten by everyone when he has a unlucky day

Wow the update with the new "roof" is amazing!!! So many things to love about the gate! Also great job on the snow landscape!
