Hey, I'm sure a majority of you have seen my Star Wars comics( If not, scroll to the bottom of my post and click the links in my sig). I just wanted to share the main and recurring characters here, in a different thread. First off is Jack Sisco, my SigFig: Mostly serious, he is an Ace Pilot and amazing in battle. He is equipped with Shock Trooper armor, a HUD, intercom system, blaster pistol and Lightsaber. Also a Jedi, he utilizes the force in battle and is used to quadruple-tasking in battle: Commanding Clone Troopers, aiming his blaster pistol, parrying blasts with his saber, and crushing close droids with the force. A few more pics: The custom blaster pistol: Jessa: Timid, but has a short attention span when it comes to training. She craves adrenaline, and loves to fight. Nieve. She has a lot of potential as a Jedi, but hates training with the force, because it takes so much concentration and is very dull. She is equiped with an intercom system, a blaster, and a Lightsaber. Se keeps some things in her knapsack. No one knows what's really in there but her. 214 (Two-Fourteen): An amazing clone pilot, he joined Jack's party at the same time Jessa did. He currently replaces Jack's personal Clone Squad, because there currently aren't enouugh Elite Clone Troopers to satisfy his needs in battle. His piloting skills are top notch, and he can pilot almost any vehicle, land, sea, sky, or space. He is also the single British Clone. He loves tea. Most people think it's strange, and that usually angers him. (see my first comic) Magna Guards: Regular Chaingun Version Not much to say there. (as of now) Nameless figure: Not much is known about him, not even his name. He wields two conjoining Lightsabers. If you can think of a name for the Nameless figure (ie: Darth "Enter name here"), post it! He needs a cool Sith name! Single Saber Wha... lightning? Yup, withought a lightsaber, this pretty much kills you. Jack and Jessa in battle: After he discovered he could create an energy shield with the force. Maybe he'll discover more Force Powers? And the final one: A droid! This little guy doesn't even hav a name, poor fellow. Thats it for now! Remember, if you can think of a name for the Nameless figure (ie: Darth "Enter name here"), post it! He needs a cool Sith name! DSR

Thanks! I just happened to have an extra laying around. I connected the two using the end of the chrome spike piece that decorates the end of the original saber. I just cut it down to a size that fit good in minifig hands. DSR PS: If you haven't seen the others, click on the links in my sig. The first one kind of sucks, though.

My first attempt at action in non-vignette form. I think it turned out pretty good for a first try! I had a lot of fun doing this! I actually wrote up a script this time to follow when taking pics. I agree, the Gunship is cooler, but I'm not sure if its a more satisfying build. I wouldn't know, I dont have it, so.... DSR

You know, when I saw this topic (before I clicked on it) I thought someone had revived this thread I started about a custom RGS (a good one) that you actually posted in. I was actually dissapointed to see someone made a topic to share this. DSR

Uh, no. I know that, that was the point of making up a story. If you want me to show you an example of other members doing exactly what I did, I will. We only are making fun of it because they want 80 bucks for it. You could buy all the parts for it for probably under 20 on bricklink, that's whats funny. It's not like we're serious. I know that, look at MOCpages... So, calling an imaginary person none of us knows is offending? It was just a joke. My post was not offending, it was merely a joke, and I don't see how I'm at fault for hopping on the bandwagon. At least I didn't blatently insult it. I was at least creative. Good start! Can't wait to see what it looks like with the windscreen from the Magna Guard Starfighter! You may have to mod the back behind the cockpit though, the new windscreen is twice as tall ( I think, something like that! ) DSR

Like what? I just made it up to go along with everyone else. None of it is true. What exactly was offending? The redneck part? Or the kid's building skills? DSR

What probably went on was this kid needed 80 bucks for a game system or big toy or something (maybe even a pet?) and his parent's either wouldn't give him the money or wouldn't buy it for him. The parents probably told him if he wants such an expensive toy, to sell some of his old ones first. Unfortunately, the boy is no longer interested in his legos (poor soul) and rushes to his room. He has seen all the Star Wars movies and has just recently seen the preview for the Clone Wars movie. He decided the RGS is the coolest thing he saw in Star Wars, and began to build. From the looks of it, he has used parts from the Droid and Clone Battle Packs and one of those brick buckets from TRU. He attempted to throw together a ship based on the RGS and this is the Bantha Poodoo that came out. He rushed downstairs exitedly and showed his parents what he had built. He made his dad take a digital picture of it and put it on the computer. He then told his dad to "sell it on the computer" and went to bed. Assuming his son wanted the full 80 bucks for it, he posted it on Craigslist. Seeing as how the best creation he's seen in his life is a multicolored skyscraper 2 feet tall, he saw it as a work of art, hence "good deal!" and "selling a republic gunship i built my self and i dont need it anymore." Also, considering he spelled "bored" and "myself" wrong, and used commas instead of dash's in between his phone numbers, this is most likely a redneck family. To make sure, I dare one of you who lives in the area or has unlimited long distance calls to call the number and inquire about this "work of art". Wow, that took a while! DSR
