Okay, well this just happened Tuesday, but anyways... I was in Spanish class, and we had to do this dialogue with a partner... So as I was presenting, I glances quickly down at the script that said ?como te llamas? (what us your name) And instead, I said " ?Como te lamas? (like the animal lama) on accident... And the whole class and teacher cracked up. Then I corrected myself, and ended up getting an A on the assignment!

I did some research and I found out that these SNL racers were being sold on wwww.Alibala.com for as low as $10-$20 USD. They are made by Yidan (or Yidang i forget)in Donguan, China. They are availible for mass order...I want to only get one because of the big green tires zblj uses a lot from the green one... (yes I forget the name)

Oh dang it will cost me $80.00+ :(

I am more of a LA person, mainly because they are more precise on their movements, and can be controlled compactly via remote. No auto-pumps and switching systems to control! However, there are a few downsides... the first is the drivelines to power he LA's... They can be hard to incorperate with a compact model. The second is price... A big LA costs around $7.00-$10.00 USD... Times around 4 or 5 or so (the amount that you should have should be at least 4 or 5)The small LA's cost around $2.00-$5.00 USD and you hould get around 2-3... However they dont need tubing and switches and air tanks, so you dont need to buy that... Thats my opinion...

Hey guys, after taking a look at Burf2000's topic on the large rotacaster wheels, I was motivated to go and buyt some small ones to mess around with. I went to the website and saw that the small package was $21.99 USD for it, and I think that is a reasonable price... But i was wondering: Does anybody know the amount of rotacaster wheels that come in the small package? I would like to have 4. How many packages would I have to get to accumulate 4 small rotacaster wheels? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Thanks for the images! I now have the front axle completed with the modifications for the M-motor! I also have the rear axle finished too. I will start on the frame now that I have a idea of how it was built. I was planning on using the 8110 tires, mounted on black rims too. Thanks so much for your help

Hey Andy, thanks for the response. I have been very eager to start building your TrialTruck, so with the few pictures on brickshelf, I have built most of the front axle, and I have started on making the rear axle. I am still a bit puzzled to how you set up the motor-mounts, and top-link securing part. I do plan to edit your steering on your front axle with a M-motor, and a 8-40 gearing. Also, I have somewhat of a clue on the chassis, but I'm not crystal-clear on how to build it. I might just wait until you have completed your 2-speed sariel-style gearbox. I sure hope the high-gear ratio is powerful enough to make it through dome flat dirt. And please make sure you put a remote-shift function using a linear actuator:) Once again, I am amazed on how well you put the 4-link in along with RC buggy motors & Power Pullers!!! I wish you the best of luck on your development of this project! Please email me some more quick photos of how the top axle links are attached, and secured, and sone photos of the basic structure holding the RC buggy motors in place! Thanks for your time!

@efferman Whenever I come across that dilemma I always take apart the MOC in modules or I take a look at the model really closely and I can replicate or build the sections of the model and make the whole axles and such:) Or, you can dissasemble AND take pics at the same time, and use those pics to rebuild your TruckTrial:)

As Dluders said, I sure hope you dont take this masterpiece apart! I would have to say that is one of THE BEST Lego Technic TrialTrucks (looks and function wise) that I have ever seen. It almost puts some of us to shame You really went OVER the TOP with designing this... the frame.... the body styling... ect. I really hope you can show us some more of this moc, possibly in instructions? I bet a BUNCH of people would love to build this. :thumbup: Whos with me??? Thanks, and please consider instructions

Great MOC! The car was pretty hard to make out of lego due to the very curved lines. and WOAH! thats a stuffed underside! That came to me as a suprise for such a small MOC.
