The Minifig Customization Workshop
MicVash replied to Bonaparte's topic in Forum Information and Help
Slick skin, I like! So who was the genious behind all this? It's a wonderful idea! Man I love this community, always updating and active, all with quality. -
Geez, now I wish I had the pieces to make my own castle! I only have futurstic/mech parts pieces. However...an apocalyptic space castle? Hmm...you've inspired me sir. This piece is not only great for display but for play as well because of all the exposed levels on the backside. Hmm...a siege LEGO war, nice, inspired once again. The stone work around the window on the left tower is a really nice touch, same with the knight statue. I really like how you did the right tower, incorporating it with the timber house and finally adding a wooden outpost on top. I'm glad you made it wooden because it makes sense, the weight of the stone might be too dangerous on the whole structure in real life. Great job!

Sweet dropship landing! It'd be even cooler if troops were slinging out too on the tank! I really like all the glass in the buildings, makes things look more futuristic.

Whoa, this is awesome! And great MOC too! Nice photography skills! 1. Definitely mod the bike. I wouldn't stay around any longer. If there's the chance to escape somewhere, even into the unkown, then escape. If possible I'd upgrade the bike's shocks, engine, and hopefully have some type of turret or heavy weapon lying around to mount. 2. While modding the bike, I'd be on the lookout for food, water, and fuel. I'd ration all of these until the final day the bike is ready to escape. All the supplies would then be loaded on the vehicle. 3. I'd have to keep him around. At least he could help search for supplies while I'm back at base modding. Besides, since he's unstable I wouldn't want to break the trust first, he'd more likely to attack me. Wait til the first sign of mutiny, then BAM. Light em up.

One of the few reasons why Exo-Force is tolerable to me -- The minifigs. The designs are amazing, that is, if you take away the face and crazy hair.

*wub* What a cute lil mech! Just lovely! Simple but sleek design.
-
Wow, I'm shocked cause this is roughly the same front design I would have imagined for a Recovery vehicle! The details are coming along nicely, the interior "lights" were a good idea too! Can't wait to see the finished design, keep on truckin!

I believe "resembles" can be broadly interprated. For instance a mech could "resemble" a sigfig not merely by physicaly appearance, but by certain technical aspects of the mech's design. For instance, if your sigfig is really athletic with quick agility and a fast runner... (which people could know if you just post a topic about your sigfig's background. I've all ready established some of MicVash's traits through my Trials of Survival Episodes.) ...then the Mech could have wings or jump jets or four legs instead of two, just anything that could represent the trait of the sigfig. I've seen this in another mech. For instance, if you're really a pirates fan then your mech could have those specific traits in the mech's design, like using treasure chests and barrels in the mechanics. Again, the mech still "resembles" your sigfig, because it is not just reflecting the sigfig's physical raw appearance but it's personality and attributes as well. Just my two cents.

Whoa, definitely adding this to favorites! Great photography and idea! This would make a great poster! ...Dang, this is awesome!!!

Simply Marvelous! Great color schemes and consistency!

The same is seen in the GLA from Command and Conquer. Those infidels!!! If the treads were wheels this MOC reminds me of the Dune Buggy Rocket Launchers of the GLA from Command and Conquer: Generals.

Aagh!! Where's a shotty when you need one!

My favorite part is the teeth! That does look menacing!

X-O Why does Jack Frost have to look so mean? :'-( -
Wow, excellent work here! I'm a big fan of batman and this is a great model! My favorite parts are your office area, great detailing, and the costume display. It reminds me of the display case from Batman Beyond.

Sentinel Class Recon'/Utility Vehicle (RUV)
MicVash replied to Doctor Sinister's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Very well done recon vehicle. I always think it's hard to build something so small and simple yet try to make it detailed and appealing, you did a great job with it. Also, you've motivated me to get back to work on my own army! My friend's been achin for a LEGO war but I've just been lazy. -
Whoa, so fearsome lookin! The fins create a whole new feel for the model, very aggressive appeal. Nice work!
-
Welcome! Another mech builder I hope?? That makes me excited!

Wondeful photography! Wow, I'm really amazed! The use of real physical landscape worked really really well! Now I'm inspired! I must just want to go outdoors to photograph too! The last angle of the apache is really great too, nice work!
